I had the fucking funniest dream last night y’all. In my dream some dickhead police officer gave me a $300 parking ticket and I was not fucking having it. So I was cussing him out in the most Karen ass voice you can imagine and I literally said “you’re really gonna give me a $300 parking ticket?! In this economy?!??” and my alarm went off immediately after and I woke up simultaneously outraged at the nerve of the fucker and literally dying because it was so fucking funny

Was having a sick day today and decided what better time to do absolutely nothing else but lie in bed and finally begin arc 2 of the wwwo...

And my god.

I can't think of a single work of cinema, or art, or literature, or ANYTHING that has struck me as fiercely as Ame's memories with Grandmother Ren have. I don't have the mind today to even begin to unravel all the little threads of love and care and- and whatever word encapsulates the kind of softness that comes from understanding something with your entire being- that you can feel littered throughout the tapestry of that sequence. And I don't think I ever will. I don't think I'll ever find words that live up to my love for that whole deal. All I can muster is this extremely ineloquent:

Melatonin is a delicate balancing act, it took some time to find a dose that helped me fall and stay asleep without leaving me groggy after 8/10 hours. For me, that has been 10 mg gradually increased to such over a few weeks then steady since.

I also take roughly a week without it every month or two, as the bottle recommends. Listen to your body and do what you can. Good luck, and thank you for the sweet gay were/pire comic<3

Yeah, I can tell my sweet zone is somewhere between 3 and 6 mg, at least right now. Or at least I think it is. Admittedly my sleep has been absolutely horrible since I was a kid so my standards on "not tired" are pretty low, so I'm not actually sure if they're any good right now. All I know is I'm getting more than 2 hours of sleep at a time, and I'm not spending every waking moment fighting off a nap!

Thanks for the confirmation I've gotta test with it and go off and on and such, my doc didn't give me a straight answer on that (he just kept saying take it as needed... I need it every night!!!). 75% of the time being good is way better than 0% so I'll take what I can get!

And the gay comics are the least I can do 🧡 thank you for reading it!

#my boyfriend actually commented unprompted that ive been complaining less about being tired all the time..m #like dont get me wrong. im still tired #but it has been a WORLD of a difference.#like. its been every day since i was like 14 that just. all day i could fall right back asleep #and every night i wake up every. other. hour.#ive never really been able to sleep longer than 2 hours at a time #so ive never gotten uhm. good sleep before.#and ive had to stay in bed 14. 16. 20 hours to even feel like i can GET UP!!!!#super bad hahaha #but I'll take a week of that every month or so over every day #im just glad ive found a dose and combo thats workint for me cause ive tried melatonin before and it didnt help #but that was qlso before i used those nose strips. which also help me a lot?#so i think the combo is important #and i wouldn't be shocked if in 5 years i learn of another secret sleeping ingredient #anyways. maybe i can line up the bad sleep week off melatonin with the other week that sucks every month auajjddjdjejdj #see how it goes lol #oh ive also been taking other vitamins which have also been helping #so that combo leaves me with some actual waking time that im not fighting off a nap #this is why I've been posting more recently btw lol #asks #jackedupjack

theres a 99% chance we’re gonna move so i have to start packing little things now cause it makes the transition easier but i hate it i dont want to

#fun story #i ordered 3 things from hot topic. they shipped but never arrived so a couple weeks later i messaged them abt it #and went back and forth with them for a while bc their customer service agents cant read apparently #before being told i had to call bc one of the things i ordered went out of stock and i was replacing it w smth more expensive #so i call and im on the phone for like a fucking hour missing the 15 minute window i have to eat between jobs #and being on the phone at work for a while lmao #i finally get it done and the guy fucking forgets my apartment number in the shipping address. it's in the billing address tho??#so i email them AGAIN and im like yo your man forgot my apartment number. they cancel that order and place another #the effect this has is that the $14 payment for the more expensive item is cancelled as well. bc again they don't read #so im like sick i will effectively get these $60 pants for $15 (im very good at sales and also manipulating customer service)#but apparently when they replaced the order they put ny apartment number not in the address‚ but as part of my name?????#so i think its fucking up usps. but it came in 2 packages and 1 has arrived so i still have hope. but thats not the end #yesterday guess who fuckin calls me. its hot topic. my original order arrived to the fuckin store in my local mall #and theyre like i think we fucked up bc we just found this package but it says you picked up your order already. do u want it #and i was like yes? not really sure what package to be expecting and its my ORIGINAL FUCKING ORDER #so once this package arrives i will have gotten 2 of the same shirt‚ 2 kiki sign things‚ a sweater‚ and a pair of pants for $40 #and i figure i can return one of the shirts and one of the signs that i have duplicates of for store credit of their full price #so anyway yeah. thats been the past 3 weeks for me.

my life has just turned into an endless grading cycle. i spent 6 hours grading one hw set today (and may not even be done with it lol). i ALSO have two more hws and a midterm (+ 1 more midterm once it hits wednesday) to grade. just kill me now lol
