i need him to always be checking up on will, asking him if he needs to take a break from vecna talk, assuring him that he won’t ever let anything bad happen to will, giving will time to speak when the group is talking over him, comforting him by wrapping his arm around his shoulder, yelling at everyone for making risky plans because he can’t risk even the possibility of losing will again, holding on so tightly to will every time he can feel vecna again, pulling will aside from the group to make sure he knows he can back out of their whatever their vecna plan is at anytime, keeping in touch with the whole byers/hopper family to make sure they haven’t seen anything wrong with will, and just a whole lot of touching and sitting so so close together because at this point they can’t be even 1 inch away from each other.
