Whipped Pistachio Cream Cheese Frosting
Enough for 1 cake
This frosting is great tasting and covers the cake nicely.
Ingredients
1 (8-ounce) package of cream cheese, room temperature
2 (8-ounce) containers of whipped topping, thawed
½ cup of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (3.4 ounce) package of pistachio instant pudding
Directions
Using your electric mixer cream the cream cheese until it is creamy. Add one of the containers of whipped topping. Blend. Add the other container of whipped topping, the powdered sugar, the vanilla extract, and the package of pistachio pudding.  (Add a different flavor of pudding if you prefer.  You can also use a few drops of food coloring if you want the frosting to be darker or another color.)
Thoroughly blend everything.
Spread the frosting over the cake.  The frosted cake will keep in the refrigerator for several days.
Notes
This frosting can be used on cookies as well as cakes

So my milk had a best by date of today. It’s still good, but idk how much longer. I had some instant pudding boxes, so I made life easier. I can’t drink that much milk lol, but I did make some pudding. In a paper cup, with a plastic fork. Saved me so much energy and time, and I had a yummy li’l dessert with my leftovers :)
I still have 1/4 of my half gallon left, and I could make another box of instant pudding, but... I think that’s pushing it. If I lose it, I lose it. I’ve lost more in the past. This is a win for me.
Anyway, that’s an easy hack. Disposable cups & cutlery, and you got a nice, easy dessert :D

Banana Cream Pie Milkshake
1 serving
This milkshake is thick and has a great banana taste.
Ingredients
¼ cup 2% milk
1 teaspoon banana extract (or use vanilla)
1 sliced banana
1 ½ cups vanilla ice cream
1 tablespoon banana cream instant pudding
1 graham cracker crumbled
Garnish: whipped cream and a banana slice
Directions:
In a blender add the milk, banana extract (or vanilla if you can’t find banana), banana, ice cream, and instant pudding.  Blend until smooth and creamy.
In a tall glass, pour in the milkshake from the blender.  Top with whipped cream, a crumbled graham cracker, and a banana slice, and enjoy!
Note:
If you want to avoid dairy products use milk like almond or coconut milk.  Use a non-dairy ice cream.  There is whipped cream made from non-dairy products.
If you can’t find banana cream instant pudding use vanilla instead.
