What you learned back then may be different in today's time. There might be a new technique or even a new piece of equipment you just never know. There is always time for growth and improvement no matter the age you are. You can never be too old to learn something new. That is why we have the technology, google, and YouTube. All those things you can learn how to improve your skills or even your knowledge about something. Every year something is going to change.

I sewed my very first wearable item - a winter headband! 😋 (and of course, I had to use the filter with sparkles - because glitter!) . I've made plushies, pillows and purses before but never anything wearable. I wanted to try something different! . There are so many mistakes and I have so much to learn, but I'm so excited! And even though it's all uneven and funky, I'll wear it proud! 🥳 . . I noticed that sewing straight lines with fleece is VERY different from sewing plushie (curved) patterns! Does anyone have any tips for the best stitch sizes and tension levels for fleece? And how to avoid pulling?
