getting this ask was very sweet and wholesome until i went to dinner with friends & was amazed at the extreme ninja skills of our waiter who kept refilling my water when i wasn't looking because it would always be higher even when i thought it would be lower after drinking some... and when dinner ended i realized that my water's ice cubes have diminished both in stature & quantity.... and then i realized my water had ice cubes and ice cubes have water and when an ice cube's solid water form melts, it turns back into normal water; therefore, replenishing my water over time without human intervention

Like. When he got knocked out by Korsica and was "in the hideout" in his conscience. Everyone was just nice to him and he was content with that when his mind could literally conjure up anything for him. Yeah I know it's there for comedy (one of my friends told me that she recognised it as fake immediately because Peppermint would NEVER be that nice to him) but. The fact that all his mind changed for him in his silly unconscious mental world was that everyone was simply nicer to him. Bro what's up with you. AND THAT'S NOT EVEN GOING INTO ANY OF THE OTHER STUFF LIKE WHEN HE TALKS TO KORSICA ABOUT THAT BAND HE LOVED THAT TURNED OUT TO BE A BUNCH OF DICKHEADS...WHAT HAPPENED MAN. I feel like they would've said something about his arm if I'm completely honest it makes sense. Like his dream is to be a rockstar, but his arm was partially paralysed (or whatever was wrong with it we don't know) so he couldn't, guitars need 2 hands to use. The only way I can see him viewing his favourite band as assholes after meeting them is if they made some comment on his arm, that he had a dream that was so clearly out of reach because of it or something. There is more I could point out that is funny/easily dismissed in the game but concerning when you really think about it (the. the fucking tutorials man. what do you mean he can completely disassociate from the world for minutes at a time completely unprompted. what do you mean the announcer is an actual voice he can converse with silly game stuff aside do you know how fucking concerning that is. what the fuck) but I won't go into detail on that as this is getting too long and I want to keep it fairly short. But you get me. You get me.

I also love how the devs did plan for Chai to have a backstory but decided to not have him have one in favour of simply being a guy that just appeared some day. They were so real for that
