What inspired u to get a degree in math just curious now :) :0
i've always been really good at math. for some reason, it comes extremely naturally to me. i chalk it up to genes and also my environment. i was fortunate enough to have 2 very present parents in my life that really valued education, so not only was i reading at an early age, but any time we travelled, we would do math flashcards in the car.
i was told that university courses would be difficult, so i braced for math to get harder. but it never really did. like yes, i had to do homework and study for tests, but i never had to work to understand something, it always just clicked. i think i'm simply hardwired for math. and i really love it. it makes so much sense to me, and it's almost beautiful the way a lot of complex mathematics works. it's like you're tapped into the universe and it's speaking about the mysteries of existence, and you learn to listen and speak back.

honestly i think my biggest pet peeve bar none, especially when it comes to talking about media and social media, is when ppl who clearly spend a minimal amount of time around kids (particularly little time listening to how they talk to each other and to adults they actually trust) critique something by adamantly asserting that kids of a certain age group 'wouldn't talk like that/say things that complex' when they absolutely fucking would and youd know this, if, again, you knew kids at all

The internet will tell you that the solution to our problems is anger, but then you talk to actual activists and they always seem to stress that the two most important things you can do are vote and be kind. I'm not saying that anger isn't important, but I do think there are a lot of people being socialized on the internet who learn anger without kindness. They are not opposite to one another; they are complimentary, and while kindness without anger can sometimes be naive or unwillingly help that which is not so kind, anger without kindness is simply cruel.

More enemies from the 1st beta!
The ruin guard seems the least changed, mainly changing in the head area
The fatui masks are separate from their faces but there are no eyes underneath, just a plain face model with the shadow from the mask. In the final game the mask and the face are modeled as one material so there's nothing to look at there
Enemies 1
textures and icons below
Icons for the fatui are not present in the first beta, instead the mage is from the 2nd and agent is from the 3rd

I'm curious about something, Lucas realized that Athy liked Ijekiel when they were younger?
I mean, in the sense that he got jealous when they interacted, then I guess so. But the thing is, other than finding him handsome and charming, Athy never let herself get emotionally close to Ijekiel. This is more prominent in the novel, but you can see it in the manhwa too (Roger out of all people explicitly tells Ijekiel just that). So she never developed any real/deeper romantic feelings for him. I'm bringing that up because the only time when Lucas and Athy talked about her relationship with Ijekiel was when Athy had just rejected him. (In one of the best scenes of the whole novel, in my opinion) Athy is troubled about causing Ijekiel pain and she opens up about it to Lucas, how she always tried to put a distance between them but that she had to end up openly rejecting him, which made her feel bad for him. Lucas then replies that she doesn't have to feel guilt over not reciprocating anybody's feelings, as she didn't have that obligation, making Athy feel better. That's how their dynamic played and sorted out when they got older.
