1) @andreakedavra !!! i can’t remember when we met exactly but we’ve become closer this year and i’m so thankful for that. she’s such a smart and supportive person, i love hearing her thoughts cause she always has something to add to the conversation and overall i just love having someone like her in my life. te quiero mucho andriu 🫶

2) @tovarischlouis the wifey! i got to meet her in person this year and hung out a few times and it’s always been so fun. i’m so glad we’ve become friends, she was always there for me especially during some shitty times early this year and i’ll never forget it. can’t wait to see louis again with her sometime in 2024! (even though we’ll definitely end up splitting up the second he comes on stage lol)

3) @lovedangel my D! i just think she’s neat! genuinely one of the coolest people i’ve met, nothing makes me happier than seeing her in my notifs. she’s just very funny very intimidating very cool like the vibes are immaculate. one day i will visit her and i’ll kiss her on the lips

4) @needvodkand1d cami my beloved ❤️‍🩹 can you believe we met but lowkey… didn’t? i think it’s funny cause technically we went to harry’s show together but we were never next to each other or really had a conversation in person cause the queue was a mess rip but hey i saw h super close thanks to her and i’m so grateful for that, i’m just so happy she let me tag along and we all had such a great time at the concert. 10/10 would do it again. she was such a sweetheart from the get go and idk just her whole existence makes me happy. sos un amor cami espero que lo sepas 💓

5) @kieumy THE MAN THE LEGEND. i have nothing but good things to say about jackie, i just love seeing them on my dash, they’re one of those blogs that are just… memorable? and that ACTUALLY change your dash in the best way possible. super talented and kind and iconic and overall a great person. very thankful for their existence 🫶

AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST. hi @faehrys 🤗 i know we don’t really talk so this might be a bit random buttt i couldn’t leave you out of this one cause i probably wouldn’t have gotten that much into dteam if it weren’t for your blog. and i’m glad i did! they’re exactly what i needed in my life and i’m glad i found them. thank you for being part of that, and for always being so nice to me about it (some ppl aren’t umm. exactly welcoming rippp) so yeah i just wanted to include you here 🫶

probably an unpopular opinion but

ok newer users with completely empty blogs who just likespam. SIGH. i was fine with likespamming when i was like 15 or whatever but it's annoying as fuck especially if it comes from some random empty blog like idk who you are or what your purpose is other than making me the first blog you decided to interact with. and having my notifs get clogged by one singular person. it's so fuckin stressful as someone who hardly gets interaction like what do you want. i'd keep push notifs off on my phone if it didn't mean missing whenever my mutuals did something or seeing reblogs when they happen. i don't block based on just likespamming though but if it's an empty blog i would have blocked anyway, then they're free game. new ppl are allowed to navigate this site however they want but god damn start reblogging things or ur just gonna look like those ppl i DO have to block for legitimate reasons later down the line!!!!!

thank you + milestone!!

damn, never thought we'd get here, did we?

in all honesty, it's been a pretty shit year. march 'til now has felt like the same month on repeat with tiny tweaks to make it all so much worse. but i'm not here to complain about the worst parts of this year, i'm here to celebrate the best ones.

this was the year that i finally started writing, that i was finally spurred to open a google doc and just type away until a tiny work of fiction stared back at me. my first one was 1k words, a rant to get all of my emotions off of my chest with an idol as my muse. it felt...great, though it also felt a bit odd writing after being an avid reader for years. i always did prefer essays to creative writing, but this year definitely changed that perspective.

i wrote that first blurb along with another fic in late july, and in early august, i asked my friends if i should post them. om august 3rd, i changed this blog from a fic rec to a fic writing blog just like that. i regret none of it.

it's been nearly five months since i revamped this blog and i couldn't be more grateful for the support i have gotten from all of you, whether it be a kind comment, a like, a reblog, all of it. i never thought anyone would like my content, but i've been proven severely wrong by this community. from my irls that are on here, to my lovely mutuals and followers, to those i've talked to a lil bit on this hellsite, to the writers whose fics i absolutely adore, to those who have left a like or a comment on one of my fics, i want to say thank you from the very bottom of my heart ♡

have a happy and healthy new year! i love and appreciate every single one of you!!

though i'm painfully bad at writing letters and getting all sappy, i wanted to write them anyways hahaha let's goooo

1. why did you choose your url?

i love win metawin. simple. my previous url like very early on was sarawatined and then i went to metawwin then i removed the w. hehe

2. any sideblogs? if you have them name them and why you have them.

i always considered making one (i got lazy) but then i realized that this blog is my personality and i like having one blog for all my interests and likes bc it represents my brain lmao and i’m aware it’s a mess but i love it.

3. how long have you been on tumblr?

i made this blog on april last year but i’ve been on tumblr since october 2009 so i’ve seen it all.

4. do you have a queue tag?

nope! i prefer scheduling posts tbh.

5. why did you start your blog in the first place?

the main reason was 2gether. i made it during the final eps and i just remember seeing everything on my dash and being so fascinated bc it was my hyperfixation at that time. my friend angel had made a blog and i was hesitant to come back to tumblr at first bc my prev. blog got hacked and deleted and it was a scary experience for me. but i ended up doing it and i was super happy. also, i started watching thai dramas like around 2016 so it was nice to find all these dramas on tumblr again and even new ones afterwards.

6. why did you choose your icon/pfp?

she’s my wife 💍 (that CK shoot.... man. i edited it on photoshop and idk i like how it turned out and i really like the bg color. and how she’s holding a film camera as in to represent all the dramas i watch ;) or smth like that)

7. why did you choose your header?

well i love brightwin, they were a huge part of the reason i made this blog so i like having a win url and a bright layout and technically when i had a twitter i had a bright username so they just complemented each other. 💕

oh. very guilt trippy. i found that sometimes posts can be triggering or ppl are just not in the right mindset to reblog/interact. you are not a terrible person for scrolling past a post. pls dont let anyone tell u otherwise.

love them!!! but sometimes they get lost in my notifs and i don’t see them when someone tags me :( i’m gonna try to do more of them when i can.

yessss i love getting asks it makes me so excited like ppl care wow

idk by definition. but a lot have been around way longer than me and make content for so many different fandoms as well so they’re more known as well.

milestone!

we’ve reached 100+ followers! even a month ago i never fathomed actually making a writing blog, much less 100 people following me! i just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who gave my writing a chance and enjoyed it enough to follow me <3

hihi!! sorry this took a while to get to, but i got tagged by @dannydouni and @frogb in a thingy,,

Pillowfort Is Coming!!

hey yall PF is opening up to the public soon (was gonna be the 15th, they just announced theyre pushing it to the 25th) and I REALLY want people to follow me away to there instead of everyone exhausted by twitter just coming back to this.... place

I have 3 weekly invite links if anyone wants to get in pre-open to get their blog set up to be ready for the incoming noobs to follow!

WHAT IS IT THO?

oh, right, so pillowfort.social is a blogging platform much like tumblr. while its not yet at the slick polished stage of tumblr (tumblr has a several year advantage), it is already offering its users several things tumblr does not, such as:

NSFW/18+ content OK (within law, so no fuckin CP allowed ya creeps)

Blogs toggleable as NSFW, as well as INDIVIDUAL POST NSFW toggling

edits to the original post changes all reblogs of the post across the site--so no “fuck they reblogged my drawing already but i just noticed i fucked up and need to fix smth”

toggle reblog-ability and comment-ability per post

if u make smth unrebloggable after its already been reblogged, u can either let the old reblogs stay but be unreblogable any further, or delete all reblogs!)

choose who can view each post if u dont want it just public (only me, only mutuals, only followers, only logged in users)

toggle whether non-logged-in folks can see ur NSFW content (bless)

if multiple people/communities you follow reblog the same thing it compiles it into one post on ur dash so u dont scroll past the same thing 6 times

“communities”, which are basically like, uh, a group? so it has its own little discussion area and its own feed (that also shows up on ur dash ofc) but any group member can contribute, theyre themed on certain things...

for example, i made one for WoW Goblins specifically! :^)

there’s art communities for showing off your stuff to people who arent even following you, great way for artists to attract attention, theres LGBT+ communities, fandom communities, all sorts of stuff so u can find a nice user-made compilation of the kind of content you wanna see

tells u how many mutuals u have, and u can click to see a list of only ur mutual followers

replies on posts can be replied back to, encouraging conversations instead of just random comments (and letting artists thank ppl for saying nice things <3)

replies can also be “like”d!

filter the posts on a blog ur viewing to show only original posts or only reblogs

can put more than 10 images in a post (idk the limit, I have a post w 12 at least tho)

easy access toggle to if u wanna see nsfw on ur dash or not, so u can Safe It while ppl can see ur screen and switch back real quick later

u can put images in ur blog sidebar lol

only show notifs for replies, if u want that i guess

AND SO MUCH MORE I CANT REMEMBER OR MAYBE EVEN DONT KNOW ABOUT!

It also has stuff we like from tumblr, such as:

searchable tagging system

direct messaging (via inbox, not like the chatboxy tumblr IMs) that you can disallow based on follower/mutual status or disable entirely

blessed validating notes

images in text posts

5. my friends who arent M also make me very happy!!!!! i have a limited social circle, not as small as some but .... 5 ppl i actively talk to and seek the company of. one of thems my roommate!!! we are all big gay! i love them and love spending time and talking to all of them!

I really hate to bring up the salt so you can completely ignore this if you want, no harm done, but I just gotta ask. Do you know what happened with aj on twitter recently? I keep seeing ppl that are upset w him and he tweeted a response but the original was deleted? Apparently a sk shipper was getting harassed but aj was never one to involve in discourse like that so do you know what happened or what was said?

so what happened was one of my friends replied to aj one of his tweets about wanting a goth girlfriend, and aj qrt’d it with “don’t we all” but there were a lot of people replying to the qrt about how they can’t see it and why were they blocked, so aj ended up screenshotting it to post it so people could see what it said. as you would expect from antis, they got upset that they were blocked but they had no idea who it was, until some person said they used an alternate account to see it and was like “op is a shallie that explains it”

so basically instead of leaving it alone and not associating with her, like antis keep spouting about how they, ‘yknow, don’t want “shallies” to interact with them or associate with them, they decided to throw a fit about being blocked and decided it would be better to dogpile her to gain her attention and do all they could to get through the block. making fake accounts to bypass the block as antis have admitted before that they create fake accounts to get into “shallie” spaces to spy on them.

however, aj didn’t delete the tweet and left it up, and the longer it stayed up, the more people---excuse me, antis---the more my friend was exposed to antis who used this to start another smear campaign against shippers of the pairing they hate, and this one involved gratuitous harassment that evolved into death threats.

aj ended up catching wind after a lot of people kept replying to him to please delete the tweet for a hours and that people are using it to gain my friend’s handle and trying to harass and threaten her, and he eventually qrt’d it telling people to chill out and that they shouldn’t be doing this but then decided to delete the tweet. my friend is very upset that a harmless tweet was used by antis to target her and to try to intimidate and harass her, of which was completely uncalled for.

basically antis keep starting these dog-piling sessions and trying to bombard people until they’re overwhelmed---i know antis tried that with me back in july for almost 2 weeks, like my notifications were swamped with random people trying to come at me, from big name antis who were encouraging it to the fucking she///ra staff anti who inquired about it and people who were flat out admitting they were using all kinds of alternate accounts to spy on my twitter, all of which were upset that i wasn’t giving them attention. i put my notifs and dms on mutuals only so it did clear out people i didn’t want to see.

i had seen people make posts that got hundreds of likes and rts about parties and groupchats for getting blocked by me, about how they should @ me and get me to block them, and all kinds of dumbass posts because they couldn’t handle the idea of me finding them irrelevant, which is basically what they’re doing now to my friend.

in all, antis are just acting out cause they’re upset about being blocked like they wanted to be in the first place.
