Kuai Liang and Hanzo - mk11 death and the tower ending do not exist to me.
Kitana and Jade - they have always been my fav duo. I just want Jade to come to the roster soon and rock tf out of Kitana's world.
Tanya and Mileena - obviously, bc Forbidden Love trope is so good! The stole glances and kisses. And the angst of Mileena wanting to disband the Umgadi to finally be with Tanya but Tanya is so devoted to Mileena that she would rather prioritize her safety and well being over her love. DO YOU GET IT?? Like choosing Mileena over her own selfish want to have her only to herself. THE DEVOTION OF LIFETIME 😭
Liu Kang and Shang Tsung (MK1) - enemies-to-lovers is spicy and delicious with these two 😩🤌❤️🔥 and the amount of character study i can do to Shang Tsung, development of i-blame-u-for-my-every-misfortune-u-will-atone-to-what-u-kept-from-me to suddenly-i-feel-complicted-to-kill-u-bc-u-seem-just-as-human-as-i-am. On the other hand, Liu Kang knows he can't trust Shang Tsung and should abide to his own moral value but something makes him deviate, something makes him drawn to the sorcerer. And its just 😩❤️🔥❤️🔥
Raiden and Kung Lao - im not really friends-to-lovers girlie but they are so darn cute. The feeling slowly morphing into love but too afraid to risk their friendship then MUTUAL PINING?! I got a scene in my head that Raiden and Kung Lao are snuggling together, all tangled idk maybe watching a movie but then suddenly one of them kisses the other on the cheek then both freezes bc what just happened? this has never happened before, what does this mean?? they're both freaking out silently as they awkwardly detangle themselves from each other 😆😭🤌
As for fanfics, i always have plot bunnies jumping around everywhere, i just need them to fully mature and start producing actual coherent sentences into my head.
Rn I'm fully planned to write Railao one that's set in TMOAW&TEOAL universe. Additionally, i have an idea for a medium length Shangliu fanfic but it's only on the ✨️vibes✨️ stage. These dont have any set scedule unfortunately. I wish i was a fast writer, alas 😭

ofc my most written character in this fandom is corin bc i adore him and he captured my little heart as soon as i saw The Suit™️ and his gayass hat. i mean just look at this slutty depressed man.

mortal kombat
in my mk phase, i wrote multiple characters (eg shang tsung, johnny cage, kabal, raiden, etc) but surprisingly my most written character is actually kano.

none of it is indy. its mainly klaber. sometimes voller. but mostly klaber. because hes a stupid silly boy.

I'm fond of this Elsa haired pretty boah, so time to write some fokin hcs;
- Has a sweet tooth. While I don't think he needs food, he does enjoy it, calls it one of Earthrealms greatest pleasures. But, his favorite type of food? Candy. Especially chocolates. His favorite type of chocolate is fruity dark chocolate.
- Loves his hair and would probably crumple up and have the big sad if something bad happened to it. He takes care of his hair, and probably as a joke named it. It rly was a joke tho, mostly just to annoy his bro Raiden with it
- Fashionista 200%
- He really loves fashion, and has always taken great pride in maintaining a nice looking, put together outfit.
- I mean shoa ya won't see him eyeing clothing magazines, but he might die inside if he sees someone wear something unfashionable (Looking at you, Raiden)
- Sweet boah
- Really gentlemanly all the time. He's as polite as he is sweet
- He's also a very sensitive feller. Much more than Raiden, anyway lol, but poor boah can't take too much teasing (Unless it's from Raiden, but that's different cuz siblings, and even then, when Fujin was much younger he couldn't even take that, although I don't think Raiden did much teasing anyway, when he did, Fujin would be a sad boah till Raiden apologized... assuming Fujin got the joke, anyway.)

I write dark content mostly, and the biggest part of my fics is about any sorts of violence of a certain character over reader (it may be hidden or depicted graphically).
I like: drama (between character and reader or reader and society, etc.), mysticism (including all the forms of paranormal activities and devilry), dark, horror, body horror, ABO system, physical and psychological violence, sexual violence, surrealism, mental disorders, status difference, age difference (only with younger reader/older character), patriarchal and heteronormative relationships dynamic, misogyny, femdom, mommy kink.

//So, let’s talk about Aftermath real quick.
Honestly, I didn’t hold any sort of high expectations for this DLC, I watched the story mode today at work and after digesting a lot of parts of the story, I have to say this.
I liked it.
Honestly, Aftermath is way better than MK11 itself, and it has so many things that I wished for canon in the first place and it didn’t disappoint me by the end. Perhaps the only thing I disliked was Sindel (for obvious reasons, but the good thing about this is how she played a major role than I expected, shining as a villain and being as evil as Shao Kahn, yeah, we might not like it, but is there and a source in the story for keeping it interesting, it was a good delivery).
Now let me point things I liked.
FIRST of all, FUJIN. Fujin is literally the best character, okay? I don’t care what anyone says, he is the definition of a cinnamon roll, I loved those bits in which he showed so much humanity for a god, something we sometimes don’t see with Raiden, Fujin delivers that part. Thank him for saving us the bitter moment between Jax and Jacqui, Fujin was completely empathic with his situation and did what it was right. I could talk about him the whole day, seriously, I love him.
Sheeva to me in the story is what I expected and more, after years of being included only as a side character or that kind of sexualized type of character that is just there to be a threat, Sheeva suffered the same development in her writing as Baraka. That part when she saw Sindel’s revenant? Amazing, I loved how much emotions she delivers on-screen and the role she plays in the story as someone who’s still loyal to the causes to bring goodness to her people and the realms. Definitely a fav, and also her intros are so cool.
And Shang Tsung...
I gotta say that a few weeks ago I got spoiled part of the story and his Time Protector skin via Instagram, but only saw the model without all of the colors and omg that’s a beautiful skin... okay let’s go back to the real thing.
I missed this evil bastard SO DAMN MUCH in MK11, honestly, I MISSED HIM, and how this guy is constantly backstabbing others in order to get the crown and become the superior god of time, that was fucking amazing and true to his character (because, let’s be honest, Shang? Being good? Nah). So I was really content with how the things unfolded by the end when it came to him. Shang Tsung was and is the real threat of the story and the fact that we have to fight against him it gives me such a nice vibe from MK1 when he was the final boss.
Another thing. Shao Kahn. I mentioned before that he wasn’t exactly a threat in MK11, yeah he is big, has a hammer and is there for cruel imperialism, but, he was a big real threat in Aftermath this time, and I FUCKING LOVED IT. You know guys that I sometimes like villains (I mean, look at this blog), and I was enjoying seeing this guy be evil as hell, that moment in ship? Yeah, that one? HOLY HELL, it made my head explode, and the fact that he beheaded Kotal, that was a nice touch (also, F for Kotal, I didn’t feel bad for his death tbh).
And last thing, the fact that a lot of good favorites didn’t receive the gif of ‘Plot Armor’, that? That was a risk, a good risk in my eyes, as much as we had evil guys dying, we had good guys suffering. Don’t get me wrong, I was crying inside when Kitana, Liu Kang and the rest were being defeated and humiliated, but in the end, it proves that bad things can happen to good people even if they are important to the plot (and also I almost screamed when Shao fought Kung Lao, like omg, I was expecting for the neck crack... I’m disappointed we didn’t have the neck crack...).
Anyway, this is all that I have to say, in resume I’m happy with the result of this fuckery and I wish this was the fuckery we got in MK11.

Bi-Han
How I feel about this character:
Look, the same as Vader, Bi-Han is one of my longest favs. As a kid, I loved MK movie and kept playing the game with my sister & cousins on every occassion. And man, playing it on arcade game during vacations is so good childhood memory! I love ice-themed characters, and Bi-Han (then known to me just as Sub-Zero) catched my attention on the first look. I love his no-nonsense attitude, his sarcasm and lack of social skills. I love that such cold-blooded killer is also pretty complex character, depending on the source, even sometimes heroic on his own way. Thinking about him, either as Sub-Zero or Noob Saibot always makes me happy!
Any/all the people I ship romantically with this character:
None. For me, Bi-Han is aromantic/asexual to the core, interested only in two things: 1) keeping his little brother/closest friends allies alive and, as much as it’s possible, safe and 2) perfecting his skills. He cares, yes, but has like zero need for romantic relatonship, thank you very much.
My favorite non-romantic relationship for this character:
His relationship with Kuai Liang is such roller coaster of emotions it’s hard to not love those two together as family, or bitter enemies! Lately I also get into Bi-Han & Sektor dynamic to the point, I feel like they could be much more close to each other than lack of screentime suggests. There is something really interesting how different and how similar they are at the same time. A traditionalist and techno geek. Cold bastards that cares way too much that it seems on first glance. I could go on for hours, really. Also, Bi-Han & Shang Tsung working together is always a fun thing to imagine. I mean, well spoken, polite old sorcerer and don’t caring about etiquette/social norms cryomancer sounds just about right! :3 Oh, and Noob Saibot, because cute murderous shadow, along ice and black armor, is my thing too.
My unpopular opinion about this character:
Dunno, if this unpopular opinion or not, but I think Bi-Han would be pretty good grandmaster. Like, not so open the way Kuai Liang is, but with far away from the opression nature of previous leader. Though he would hate to be in charge because that means dealing with other’s people problems and he really does not like that at all.
One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon:
I wish either to see more Bi-Han’s interaction with Kuai Liang or other Lin Kuei members or for Noob Saibot to actually get the respect his character deserves; as in: get some development and storyline that does not treat him as minor obstacle to beat down. There is so much stuff about Bi-Han/Noob connection to main (old) heroes and Netherrealm, it’s so shame it was never truly used in latest games.
Favorite friendship for this character:
I feel like repeating myself, because my fav no-romantic relationships to a large degree are the friendship I need so much.
Okay, with Shang Tsung, friendship may be too big word, but anyway...
Also, the friendship between comics!Hydro and Bi-Han is precious for me, since it seems like Hydro was the only one person around whom Bi-Han could be much open with his feelings and actually could show weakness, even if just for a moment. I like also Bi-Han/Noob & Sareena, as two traumatized people (or demons) thatdecided to take over Hell support each other in need.
My crossover ship:
I’m not really a shipper, but I would like some Naruto/MK crossover, so Bi-Han could meet Haku, a fellow ice warrior with special bloodline. Maybe it’s just me, but the Lin Kuei vs. Shirai Ryu kinda remind me the contrast of Kirigakure (Village Hidden by Mist) andKonohagakure (Village Hidden in the Leaves)
