Ok so I absolutely love your Hera art.

But

Pink/orange/multicolored Hera

Honestly I feel like warm colors in general just suit her so well.

oh, i don't know! when i ask people to draw hera blue, the reasons for that are: 1) it makes her more immediately recognizable, and 2) i like what it represents! it draws on existing sci-fi imagery of holograms. a projected image of someone who is physically elsewhere. it's associated with water and sky, distance and longing.

physically, i think there are two heras: there's the way people literally perceive her from an outside perspective - formless, or associating her with the hephaestus itself, which is misidentification. i love when people draw eiffel interacting with hera's cameras + monitors very much, but i also think it's clear she feels she's seeing through them, not that she is them. and there's hera as she sees herself in her own mind (and in eiffel's mind, in the finale), where... i really think she just perceives herself as an average, tangible person.

so i don't think she's literally blue, i just think it's a good way to give her a visual presence in art that's closer to her self-perception, while still communicating some sense of distance / disconnect, if that makes sense? if hera had a body and could wear clothes, i think she'd love to try on all sorts of colors!!

oh, very general emotions, it's not very Specific i'd think. cool colors correlate with cool emotions - like a frosty blue would mean he's feeling frigid, yk yk

#warm colors - like a nice red or gold or orange - would mean he's Feeling warm #im not explaining what i have in my head very well!#so like if he's off to the side and smoking #and the smoke is warmly colored #everyone will understand that hes in a good mood! he's very approachable! he's feeling Affection perhaps!#but if he's exhaling blue #everyone will understand that he needs some space & time to himself #rambles from the bog #wh fantasy au #it can be hard to tell sometimes #since in my mind the smoke - no matter the original color when breathed out - will quickly fade into pinks/purples #gotta focus on the base color! gotta pay attention!#so a nice orange-red would be all the way at the 'good mood' end of the spectrum #while icy/sky blues are at the other #i mean there is variation #like purple-pinks can mean he's feelin a bit mischievous or sly i suppose #gold can be energetic while yellow-green can mean he's feeling uncomfortable #blue-green could be worry/concern!#reds/pinks tend to be a bit more flirtatious - with red more on the earnest side while pink is more uh. playful?#it all blends into each other i imagine...#kinda gotta get a feel for the nuances #i wonder if barnaby would notice? if no one pointed it out i mean

The main three concerns on Emily's mind were working her job as an air traffic controller, counting down the days until he maternity leave kicked in, and working through the rough patch in her marriage. And it would all have been relatively simple and easy if it weren't for two giant alien jet robots throwing her airspace into chaos. Thankfully, she found the radio frequency for one of them, so she can tell him exactly how much she hates him.

meditating on shrooms is insaneee oh my god

#it was a groggy day bc of the smoke and when i would close my eyes i was showered with a bright shining warm yellow light #it felt like the sun and oh my god i felt so safe and loved in that moment so grateful for that experience #i did it with a friend and we laid beside each other and we felt so connected our trip was in sync when my waves came hers came #god and we forgot it was eid and these guys came down wearing white kurtas and they looked like angels we felt like we were in heaven #this was yesterday but i still feel the love from that trip
