terfs are fucking nuts like they really think they understand biology better than trans people, who have to learn college/graduate level biology as a matter of course cus they will have to justify themselves to most people they meet who aren't also trans. (no terf I've ever met has had more than a high school level understanding of biology xx xy penisman vaginawoman. look around you. biology is NEVER that simple)
terfs get all their panties in so many twists over trans people "enforcing gender stereotypes" when I've known trans men to be feminine and trans women to be masculine and nonbinary people who are specifically and exclusively concerned with breaking gender stereotypes 5 different ways with each item of clothing they wear. we know women can be masc we know men can be femme. We Know. it's you lot who keep attacking gender nonconforming cis people in bathrooms cus you don't seem to understand identity isn't tied to gender expression
literally all slur discourse I've seen on here was instigated or fanned by terfs. terfs are concerned with respectability politics only, which means they're not actually activists in any way, they're reactionary bullshitters who don't give a single fuck about the material world, or consequences and realities in the material world. they want to preserve the status quo - it allows them to paint "women", "lesbians" and "children" as vulnerable, default-victim-status categories with no agency or power, who can't ever hold (any kind of) power under patriarchy and can't ever have agency (ever). it means they always will be forever convinced of their perfect victimhood.
they claim to want to abolish gender entirely, but they don't really want that - they know that won't happen in any of our lifetimes, so it's a convenient strawman to bring up anytime we tell them that their """"activism"""" literally only reinforces already existing axes of oppression. hun you're literally making gender live longer with your attitudes. no stop you're being soooooo counterproductive to the cause you claim to fight for etc
terfs i really hope you get better soon. especially if ur one of those teenage terfs around these parts. u have been brainwashed with anti-men propaganda. u have been brainwashed with anti-slur propaganda. no terrible thing you've been told is terrible exists in a vacuum and there will always be people reclaiming slurs and loving men and trying to be better. you really don't have to be so scared of them, we have more in common than we don't, etc
peace and love for everyone (this includes cis men and queers and fags and trannies and dykes by the way. and also every single other group you want to exclude for arbitrary reasons. it even includes terfs but i kinda doubt u will find peace and love unless u stop being a terf so once again. i really do hope you get better soon)

Any shedding tips? It's so difficult to brush bunnies especially when they begin to recognise brushy time and preemptively flick their legs at you.
Tbh my bunnies are decent about this but I never pick my rabbits up for this bc they will start getting hella freaked out way more than necessary. So I get them in the carrier (takes a little cornering them in the pen and waiting for them to resign and walk in) then transport them to a higher surface like a desk with a towel on it and let them walk out onto the desk before I either brush or clip nails.
I get those bunny safe cleaning wet wipes (I think the brand was "Full Cheeks") and wipe the bunnies down first THEN brush or comb. You get a lot less hair floating everywhere and you get a lot more loose fur out. I know the bunnies hate it so I do this to just get as much possible out in one sitting and reward after with treats
Alternatively if you brush them while they are on the ground or resting, if you have a high reward treat like a tiny piece of fruit you can start doing positive associations by holding out the brush and rewarding when they touch it and moving forward rewarding when they let you touch it to their head or back or so on. Hopefully it'll result in them associating brush time with something positive

For any followers of mine still living with parents, guardians, family, or even just with roommates and who've never lived alone and/or fully on your own terms (whether ye be 16 or 60), I have TWO pieces of wisdom for you for when you eventually do:
You WILL discover that you were wrong about some shit you felt pretty strongly about before. Maybe you never realized how often your mom ACTUALLY cleans the bathroom and it turns out she asked for help really rarely. Maybe, much as it grates to admit, putting $50 into a different savings account every paycheck really IS the ONLY way to save any fucking money. Maybe that big rolling trashcan you resented your roommate putting in the kitchen, and got in that big fight about, really WAS super convenient and now you have to buy one for yourself after they move out and take it with them. Maybe blanching vegetables so they retain their color when cooked actually DOES enhance a meal, pretty food slaps actually, and the reason you didn't think it was worth the effort is because you were depressed.
You WILL also discover new shit that works SO much better for you than everything you'd been taught. Maybe you'll discover that dropping trash off at a recycling center at your convenience works way better for your brain than getting it picked up on a set day. Maybe you'll realize you don't actually hate tofu, you just hate how your family cooks tofu. Maybe you'll love being able to walk around the house naked whenever you want. Maybe you'll find you thrive in a space with giant framed nude photography, or taxidermy animals, or fandom themed Everything. Maybe you'll realize that keeping the thermostat set like 5 degrees colder (or hotter) than is typical makes you sleep better than you ever have before in your whole life.
The point of this wisdom is: Stay humble, but also, stay excited. There's no point pretending you weren't wrong about shit you were wrong about, just eat the crow and move on. But also, there's so much to look forward to about your own space-- even more than you could ever imagine when you don't have it yet.
