more ki working on a certain deep space trawler - phik of safi and plo of mother kisa, two technological linguists. tah of safi, a robotic mechanic. and sah of the great kisa space station, a real phyisicist.

phik is a representative ki with light gray skin. they wear a dark green jumpsuit over a light blue shirt, which hangs off their frame. they wear thick bands at the base of their antennae and a light yellow headdress secured at their neck. their airsac opening is pierced

plo is a 3rd type alate with dark green skin. they show slight signs of aging - freckled skin and slightly deepened eyes. they wear a dark green undershirt under a light blue jumpsuit. they, too, wear extensive jewellery - a pair of white glass bands are fitted around their antennae, and are attached to piercings on their airsac with small chains. they also have pendants hanging from their major horns/crest.

tah is a 2nd type worker with yellowy-green skin. their attire seems rather plain compared to their peers, with simple black glass bands around their tall antennae and small piercings above their eyes, ceremonial piercings giving devotion to the effigy of safiga, a six-eyed ki deity. they wear a loose fitting blue jumpsuit, and their digits are covered by safety coverings, to keep them safe when working with machines.

sah is a very elderly 2nd type drone, with heavy freckling and light mossy green skin. they wear the traditional attire of a real physicist, a long robe and a head covering, blue and adorned with yellow star markings. there is something slightly intimidating about them...

horrible disease (adhd) that requires me to put on some kind of background entertainment while i draw my stupid little drawings that i need to do for uni, but it’s becoming increasingly difficult to find stuff that hits the perfect spot between not too boring so that i don’t zone out and break my concentration, but also not requiring too much focus so that i can put the majority of my brain power into drawing without losing track of my background entertainment. ifuh anyone has any recommendations please make them known to me please. like yewchube channels or potcasts

i hc all the shepards to have undiagnosed autism but i never talked about their (rlly never only talked about tim and angela) special interest so here it goes

tim- i can see him having a special interest in like chemistry or biology, or history to be honest w u, the reason why ppl dont see him as being autistic is 1) hes black and black ppl tend to go undiagnosed for that sorta thing lol and 2) hes doesnt fit the “stereotypical guy w autism”, it that makes sense, he doesnt rlly rant about his interest, he doesnt have his whole room decorated w his interest or anything like that, he doesnt fit that mold so ppl just think hes not autistic

curly- horror and insects, ppl dont recognize him as autistic bc once again, black ppl just tend to get misdiagnosed bc of racism and a whole bunch of stuff like that, but i will say this, if u r neurodivergent and spent time w him, youd definitely notice that he is absolutely not neurotypical, he isnt even rlly masking or anything like that, ppl just dont recognize him as being autistic bc he is black

angela- i dont have a SPECIFIC idea of what her special interest is, but i always imagined that it was something that was “stereotypically girly” bc w her she has that added obstacle of being an autistic black girl, so 1) once again black ppl not rlly recognized for being autistic bc of racism but also 2) any thing she does that she does bc shes autistic is often written off as her being a “teenage girl”, like if shes overstimulated ppl just go “oh shes just being moody, u know how teenage girls are” and when it comes to her special interest ppl are like “shes a teen girl of course shes interested in xyz” yknow???

Thinking about this from a new angle

See the twins being above each other makes me think wonder if some of these (at least some) are separate conditions of specific experiments.

Cellbit and bagi, as twins, make perfect use for experiments on biology or psychology and the idea that cellbit was "issued" implies at least somewhat success while bagi being "failed" compares their results prettty interestingly. The fact that they have family history with the feds backs up this theory imo

Mouse and jaiden is a lot more of a stretch on my end. They feel like the biggest outlier.

I could see quackity and elquackity with arin and luzu being an experiment on 2 different cloning methods (tho this is spitballing to do with luzu lore on my end tbh, i dont rlly know a lot about arin) but for whatever reason the cloning experiments were deemed obsolete.

Etoiles and baghera meanwhile could definitely be to do with hybrid testing.

Hi ! I used to be extremely supportive of gender ideology, but I became disillusioned with the trans community’s constant disrespect of women.

A woman is an adult human female. A transwoman is a male with gender dysphoria who socially and medically transitions in order to alleviate said dysphoria. If there was no difference between the two, there would be no need for the prefix “trans.”

My main criticisms of gender ideology are as follows:

1) Women deserve equal opportunities in sports. Trans identified males have no right to compete against women. Transwomen have an unfair physical advantage in sports due to their sex. They should not be stealing awards and opportunities from women.

2) Women deserve access to female-only spaces. Especially vulnerable women, like incarcerated women & women seeking help from rape crisis centers. Incarcerated women should not be forced to shower with convicted male rapists.

3) Trans identified males constantly degrade women & expect us to respect them. They say they are better than us because they have “designer coochies” and choose to conform to misogynistic female stereotypes. Women are expected to submit & accept this humiliation. If we speak out against this misogyny we are silenced & labeled transphobic. I’m tired of it. I will no longer lie to spare a man’s feelings. A woman is an adult human female. A man is an adult human male. No amount of hormones or surgery will ever turn a man into a woman.

I do not hate any individual who chooses to transition in order to alleviate gender dysphoria as long as they respect women, biology, and scientific fact. I believe legal adults should have the right to transition if they so choose. I do not believe transitioning should give you unfettered access to the opposite sex’s intimate spaces.

I do not hate “aromantics.” I believe sex should be an act of intimacy between two people who love and trust each other. I do not believe you should be having sex with someone you are not romantically interested in. I believe this is the best way to cultivate a healthy culture surrounding sex.

ck- i fear i dont really care for this one very much even tho i do really love this fight scene so like 4/10. the choral bits are cool i guess

oni- 5/10 its ok feel similar to yang in that its just general ninjago fare

mystake- its ok its a bit short like 5/10 tbh i like the percussive bits

yang- 5/10 its ok idk very generic ninjago fare but it suits the scene its from well

warden- harumis theme included automatic 10/10 (joke) but i do like this one. sorry i just really like the s8/9 ost they always bang for real. this ones a bit more on the chill side and its not that remarkable/memorable as far as the versions of rumi's theme go so like 5/10

cursed- 6/10 its a fun track but its like weirdly dramatic for a not very dramatic fight scene which is kind of funny. ok fight track

ouroboros- 6/10 yk going thru this list i noticed a lot of these are very percussive which is fine but yk. also very short

final- 7/10 a classic but nothing crazy

upply- 8/10 really big fan of all of motm's leitmotifs and the different percussion instruments in this really help distinguish it from like. every other extremely percussive ninjago song. but the leitmotif helps a lot too its very epic and grounded.

possess- 9/10 im a violin player so im always very biased to when ninjago uses violins and i reallyyy like their use here bc its like the dark intense but contrasted with the little fiddle notes and yea. its cool its very morro-y. the back and forth between the violin and the rest of the ensemble is really fun it reminds me a lot of the danse macabre and tbh they prolly took inspiration from that seeing as its one of the most well known pieces abt the undead

garmy- 10/10 one of my absolute favorite ninjago tracks ever sorry i absolutely love the mesh of the sons of garmadon theme ( one of my favorite leitmotifs) and the garmadon family theme bc its just sooo fucking crazy and intense and it suits the scene its in so well. mega banger alert

nya- really love this one. lots of ninjago music is extremely percussive so this one is really nice bc its so Different. the slow careful treading at the beginning building up into something intense and i always rlly like nya's music bc its very different instrument wise from most of the other tracks and she has a lot more wind instruments usually but it also just focuses more on the wind + strings than the percussion which is nice. and the overarching beat done by the what i assume is bells of some sort but electronic instruments dont always sound 1:1 to real ones but yk what i mean(idk why i wrote so much abt this one but its a good track. 10/10)

i think reader + satoru r like magnets in the sense that they both attract IMMEDIATELY they both quote the same internet shit that suguru + shoko dont rlly get [like . mulch gang on tiktok] they both share sweet food w each other [sharing being a first 4 satoru, but i think hed share if the ppl around him would APPRECIATE the metric fuck ton of sugar in the shit he eats] n they both r TOUCHY AS FUCKKKKK [self projecting but whatever the author injects parts of themself into their writing or whatever] no but reader + satoru r so annoying w their touchyness w other ppl but w each other theyre clinging on2 eachother 4 dear life, giving each other wet kisses on the cheek, laying on each others bare stomachs, holding on2 any body part at all times, n shoving chairs 2gether 2 make a mega chair so theyre squished 2gether always

AND THEN . DISASTER STRIKES . the readers landlord sold the apartments they lived in 2 someone else and they ARENT RENEWING ANYONES LEASES so reader has 2 get out of there FAST

shoko, suguru, n satoru all live 2gether in a 4 bedroom apt so after reader texts the gc [that satoru made] abt not getting their lease renewed n after a VERY quick discussion they offer their last room 2 the reader !!!!! yay !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

MOVING TIME w the help of 3 other ppl [not rlly, satoru just moved already packed boxes around n shouted encouragement at reader + suguru while shoko passed out on readers couch until they had 2 get rid of it since it wouldnt fit in sashisu's apartment] reader didnt mind tho bcuz they got 2 b w their very attractive and silly friends

once they move in finally, so much more of sashisu's dynamic is revealed 2 them [n reader gets slowly integrated in2 it] satosugu r an established couple n do gross couple shit like sloppy make outs IN SHOKOS ROOM . they hang out in there 2 annoy shoko but after she puts more focus on her medical textbook they end up just doing whatever the hell they want ,, shoko doesnt care that much bcuz atp shes used 2 it n reader gets used 2 it pretty fast 2 cuz they would do the same when reader still had an apt [rip readers apt u will b missed]

ANYWAY there is so much tension in that damn apartment its unreal, sometimes the touches w satoru turn awkward in a SNAP, late at night when its just reader n shoko that r awake at the dining table n the conversation lulls n suddenly shokos big brown eyes are the most beautiful things in the world, driving around w suguru 4 groceries n ending up being mistaken as a couple n the idea of what could b just ends up sitting w reader + suguru 4 the rest of the trip AND THEN WHEN UR ALL 2GETHER shoko already also has mildly romantic moments w satosugu separately n together but w reader added in2 the mix ends up w all 4 of u on the couch watching a movie n limbs r everywhere n its warm n its raining outside but ur all inside w blankets n snacks n a shitty movie but ur all w each other so its fine and then suguru makes breakfast the next morning cuz its a sunday n he needs 2 clear out the fridge 2 make room 4 the new weeks groceries

WAIT expanding on breakfast w suguru . waking up around the same time as him n u end up helping w breakfast BUT since suguru is a music nerd 2 ME . 2 ME HE IS . u end up picking out a vinyl from his collection in his room and put something on the record player in the living room [THIS . THIS ALBUM I LOVE IT SO MUCH esp go my son, desert rose, i walk in beauty, reservation blues, sehe nado yodo, n from the eagles bed] so ur both just there swaying in the kitchen n all is good in the world :3

OK . ok . enough tension they all need 2 make out NEOWWWW

i think the first time reader + satosugu kiss on the lips is when they end up looking 2 long at satosugu kissing, so satoru turns 2 reader n says some cocky shit like 'what ? u want one 2 ?' n in full seriousness reader goes 'yes.' n then satoru gets a goofy ass smile n he grants a singular kiss on the lips n then they both turn 2 suguru whos just sitting there in quiet admiration n then he goes DAMN !! theyre all looking at me . in his head n then he just leans forward n gives a firm press on the lips, holding the back of ur head, n he ends up tasting a lil of ur orange chapstick

AND THEN SHOKOO shoko ,,,,,,, theyre both in readers car, in some random parking lot waiting on take out 2 b ready, n its COLDD but shoko wants 2 smoke so she rolls the window down [a courtesy she gives 2 no one without asking other than u, suguru, satoru, n utahime] but the cold ends up coming in either way so u ask her 2 roll it up n she raises an eyebrow n blows the smoke from her previous inhale in ur general direction, and its like shoko herself crawled in2 ur lungs and nested there once u take a deep breath of the secondhand smoke in. 'are you sure ?' she asks and u nod 'yeah, dont want you to get cold' she gives u a sharp smile n puts out the half burnt cigarette n rolls the window up once shes back in the car. shoko tilts her head the way she does when she knows something you dont want her 2 know, 'now what ?' u look into her big eyes with reverence as the smoke smell lingers around you, 'i dunno, what do you want to do ?' your voice is soft, unsure, but what the two of you have been itching to do for the past few months metaphorically crashes over the car as shoko reaches her hand out to you jaw while you cup the side of her face and pull her into a gentle kiss that COULDVE been more if it werent for your damn phone pinging w a notification abt the food being ready

and then !!!!!! u all slip in2 a happy polycule, there isnt much talking required, except 4 one night at the insistence of suguru + reader bcuz u wanted 2 get boundaries straight n grievances aired n suguru wanted 2 know the general details of what was happening between u all

but after that ? GUESS WHAT . ur all in love <3 BUT . DISASTER STRIKES AGAIN . reader has 2 go the hell HOME . 2 THE USA . [probs not the us, but somewhere out of japan] cuz they ran out of days on their school visa n all 4 of u guys r abt 2 finish ur senior year of college. reader wouldve gotten a work visa, but they couldnt find a job in time

so then reader goes home after a few months of the greatest part of their life, and all 4 of u stand in a circle at the airport n everyones crying bcuz u all gave up on holding back tears after satoru started sobbing in the car on the way 2 the airport

even shoko was crying !! damn . u thought her tear ducts were all dried up from how dry her eyes were from staring at computer screens all day [u told her that 2 her face in the car once a few tears slipped away from her big brown eyes n she giggled a lil . and then started crying harder]

all of u look at each other and u end up getting glomped in2 a group hug that reeks of salt and wetness. and then ur all kissing each other. really ur getting showered w kisses on ALL sides while satoru clings on2 ur side like a big baby. eventually when u HAVE 2 go n get started on bag checks n stuff, ur all sobbing, u say i love u , they say it back, and then ur GONE . not 4ever but 4 a few months ur gone until u get a WORK VISAAA

the second everyone [minus reader] is in the car 2 go home, satoru n shoko r searching up the best way 2 get ppl in2 japan thru work visas while suguru is having a mild depression spiral in the front seat [he gets pulled out of that mess FAST]

and then more i havent decided on yet eye dee kay BUT THANK U 4 READING THIS GIANT THING im so excited 2 write it when i finish writing all of the chapters of my satosugu x reader fic which ALSO involves reader having 2 go home, but in . a different way . [not really adsgshsg] also i just realized i changed perspectives so many times writing this . what .
