Stranger: 3 days at the hospital then about a little more than a week at the facility

Stranger: After that I didn't really trust anyone

Stranger: Tbh I only just started talking to people about my problems

You: I was forced into counselling and i hating going at first

You: my counsellor saw i hated talking to people so she encouraged me to talk to a friend

Stranger: The person I had listening, I didn't really like her do I stopped going

You: and this friend i knew i could trust so i told her a lot

Stranger: I grew away from my best friend

You: Yeahh it felt really unnatural so i just prefered talking to someone close

You: I was scared i would drive her away if i told her certain things

Stranger: Yeah, I can't tell any of my online friends either because I don't want people to think different of me if they know I tried to commit suicide

Stranger: One of the people in the community I love knows because she was one of the first people I told

Stranger: But she told her bf back in the day and he sent me a lot of hurtful messages

You: people can be really ignorant about these kinds of things so i get its hard to talk about

Stranger: He isn't with her anymore but when I do end up talking to her, my stomach sinks so much

Stranger: It was just catching up and she has changed as a person and I'm just scared tbh

Stranger: The fact that she knows that I tried to commit suicide and like I said I want to play a bigger part of the community and she streams occasionally and I don't want the community to know. Because I know I'll get a lot of messages and stuff

You: I always felt different and I was quite isolated from people because of it

You: like i didnt really have friends because the ones I had ended up hating me or breaking my trust or some dumb shit

You: and I got bullied for like a year

You: I thought differently to everyone else

You: everyone was so much more willing to be ignorant about things just because it made them happier

You: And everyone around me would be after small meaningless things and I felt like I always thought big

You: idk what im saying hahah but yeah people pretty much thought I was a weirdo and i got bullied for it

Stranger: A lot of people miss the big picture

Stranger: I never really got bullied

You: so when i was 11 i had my first real real friends

Stranger: A little name calling here and there

You: yeah it really sucked im glad it didnt last too long

You: so it was a small friendship circle and i was friends with them from ages 11, 12, 13, 14

You: like there was additions to the group but i wont say much about them

You: but during these few years i was still that same weird different kid

You: but I suppressed that and acted like somebody else so I would have friends

You: and yeah these friends weren't great, they lied a lot, said a lot about eachother (including me) behind eachothers back, spread rumours, told secrets

You: so I knew i couldnt trust them with the things i was thinking or whatnot

Stranger: Yeah, it's tough finding trustworthy people at that age

Stranger: You gotta find them before all that

Stranger: Hormones can do a lot to mess things up

You: so yeah, 14 years old was when I was really down about it, I felt lonely all the time because I was constantly stuck in my own thoughts

You: So I would spend a lot of time on my own which was the biggest mistake lol

You: there was a lot i was thinking about

You: when I was 14 I just fell into a deep hole of bullshit and stupidity and got into the habit of harming myself

You: and I left all of my old friends and found new, even worse friends

You: but i "loved" them for the reason that we would smoke a lot of weed together

You: no nobody knew i hid it all the time

You: dumbest thing I could have done in my situation as it was the only think I was relying on to make me even the slightest bit happy

You: and then in that friendship group was this one guy who I wont go into much detail about but we were both mentally fucked up so we were just toxic together and fucked eachother up even more

You: and my mum found out about me harming myself so i was forced into counselling, my mum was getting panic attacks because of stressing about me

You: which made me feel shit so i started harming myself again

You: and then at 15

You: is like one of the most important exams we do in the UK

You: and basically i didnt really care much about life so I purposefully failed everything

You: and then i left to go to a new school because i hated everyone there so im going there currently

You: and yeah I'm still not in a really good place mentally

I Think I’m Done

I have this problem of falling for people who I can’t have. I was going through a heartbreak where I decided I was done trying to make someone mine or become someone, someone. I met this girl during this time she was weird mysterious and very cute. Like too cute for me, so cute I didn’t try and flirt with her or make conversation cause she was way too far out of my league. We worked together and eventually she asked me if I wanted to hang out. Weird for me because she initiated the first contact. I thought nothing of it. When we hung out her room was weird lots of miscellaneous items, very grotesque and weird. I couldn’t put my finger on her. We smoked weed and soon she said that we should move to the bed as it was more comfortable. I was so naive and never really had sex except the one time I was blackout drunk and was forced upon. I try to forget about it and don’t count it. I had no idea what she wanted to do. We cuddled and then after awhile she pulled me onto her. I still didn’t put 2 and 2 together. Eventually I did and I asked her if she had a condom. She didn’t I definitely didn’t. We met up again and then had sex. It was nice for me. The first time type of eye opening sex. We met up again and again and kept having sex. But we also hung out and talked. Not just sex. We had a good time. There was about a week in between each visit. On like the 3rd visit, I asked her. “What is this to you?”. She said “I hadn’t really thought about it.” That was a clear answer to me. I don’t want this to go any farther than this right here. I was spot on. I quickly realized she was addicted to sex and had at least a few other guys that she could text at anytime to come over. We only hung out a few times a month. She rarely spent a night alone. She was sexually curious at 11 and messed around with a girl who was 13 when she was 11. She gave her first blowjob at 13. She then had many sexual relationships with people much older than her. Basically all men. She cammed for a while and sold sexual services online. She claims it wasn’t prostitution and that she walked all over a guy once for money and then fucked him but didn’t fuck him for money cause she would have fucked him either way is what she said. She stopped all that pretty soon before we met. But she had an abusive relationship with this guy. He just wanted sex and was very rude and dismissive to her. He would force himself on her and she would push him off, he would punch her and then force himself inside her. She wanted that though. She fell in love with him. She’ll never admit that she loves him. But she loved everything he gave her. Pain, suffering, a constant dismissal of attention. She was addicted to him. She broke that off right before me as well. We were friends with benefits. I got to be really good at getting her off. I never came. Not once did I come. I stopped trying really. She really liked having sex with me cause I was good at it. But we became more and more focused on our friendship. She claims that she actually really wanted me to make a move to be more. But after an argument we came to the conclusion that I did make an attempt and she shot it down. I was okay with being friends. I cared about her but couldn’t see myself holding her down. And i was practicing distance. About half a year into our relationship she met with another co worker and they went on a date had sex and she was very eh about him. He assumed they were dating now, at least thats what she says. She has a very poor ability to say no to people especially back then. They were now dating but we were still fucking. He had his hands all over her and I quickly realized I was the third wheel. I got sad and was drunk. I decided to get cigarettes. I forgot my earbuds. Walked back inside and he was on top of her in bed. I did not say anything or even look really. I walked back out. I got cigarettes and walked for an hour or so. I got back and was still too drunk to drive so I sat outside. Eventually they both came out to comfort me. Mainly her. I got up and walked away. They followed me. We all laid on the bed going to sleep but I sat there and waited for them to go to sleep and left. Was one of my worst nights on earth. Cant believe I didn't see I was hurt because I thought she just didn't want a relationship and here she is in one. I knew she fucked countless guys but I didn't wanna meet the guy. We continued to hang out. On the day after her birthday, I came over with cigarettes with a bow and a card. The card had cute bears on it and a sweet message inside. She didn't look inside. The next morning, I said the real present I wanted to give her was to drive 3 hours away to this oasis and spend the day. I said i understood she prolly didn't wanna go tho and thats okay. She apparently didn't even spend her birthday with her bf as he left town and got her a grocery store cake. She got excited and said lets go. We had the most magical and romantic moment either of us have ever experienced. The sexual tension was there. When we got back I expected a long time before we could hang. The next night, She called asking if she could come over. I said sure and we stayed up all night watching movies. In the morning she asked if I wanted to come over I said yes. We got to her place and immediately started having some of the best sex we ever had. Pretty soon after, we heard knocking, on the outside door. We assumed it was the upstairs neighbor who didnt have a key again. She said lets go to the shower. I said sure. But got up to let the neighbor upstairs. When i opened the door it was her bf. I was half naked and sweating. I remembered her phone was ringing all night and she wouldn't pick it up. She was ignoring him. I sat outside while they talked. She came outside and said “ ill cya later dude”. Dropped my stuff in my lap and walked away. 2 weeks of no communication I said hello and she responded that she needs some space right now. 1 month later she posted on her story and i asked how she was doing. I was growing increasingly worried that I was being ghosted. She sent me a picture of space. I sent her 3 texts more over the course of 6 months. She clarified that she wanted to be friends with me but couldn’t cause it was damaging her relationship with her bf. and she wanted to focus on that so maybe someday we could be friends again but not now. I was a wreck that whole time and realized that I was in love with her. I missed her dearly and was in so much time. I spent that whole time depressed and abusing drugs. At about 7 months. One morning I woke up and I had this feeling like a boulder had been lifted from my shoulders. I could breathe and I knew i had moved past her. I sent her a message saying thank you for all the lovely times. But I am over this. She responded and said she was very sorry how it all ended and wanted to talk about it over a coffee. She had broke up with her bf for the 3rd and final time the night before. We hung out and picked up where we left off having the best time together. We hung out increasingly frequently till it was every night. At about 2 week I said I cant do this if i’m not the only one. She said then “ lets date”. I didn't believe her but we started dating. We started spending every night and every free moment together. It was amazing so was the sex. Everything was perfect. Until one night I was going to hangout with my best friend who I hadn't seen in a long time. I got high scared and so i texted her. no response. I called no answer. I called again the phone picked up and i said hello but then the phone hung up. I called again and she answered she was out of breath and scrambling. Saying how the phone id said my mothers name that she didnt recognize. and she didn't recognize my voice. she also says that her phone was upstairs so she didn't hear it. She says that she was chasing the cat around the house which is why she was out of breath. I asked her what she was doing and she said she was going to have a cigarette. She then told me to hold on one second. She said she had to pee. I hung up and began to cry. She cheated on me. I saw it in my mind. I never even thought of it as a possibility until then and then it happened. I cried all the way to her. I showed up and told her I thought she cheated on me. She was very dismissive and was like “ really??” “are you serious?”. After that every time we spent time apart i would get anxious. I started looking through her diaries and her phone. All the time coincidental things would happen that she would have no explanation for and I would think she was cheating on me. This happened almost every day. It was hell for me. We were surprisingly doing well tho. Soon after we moved in with my parents to save money to move to Oregon. The anxiety only got worse and the stress and fighting became almost constant. She left back home. We stayed in a long distance relationship for 2 months. I came back to live with my sister who lives close to her. We are still in a relationship. She doesn't want to have sex. Or is very particular about it. Weve had sex only a handful of times and ive been back almost a month thats weird for us. I am very depressed, I dont feel like she loves me half the time. Other times i think she is cheating on me. other times were having lots of fun together. Its becoming unbearable and I feel i might kill myself soon. Im tired of this game. I ready to see whats next. I always knew I would never last long. Is 21 the year where I finally get the courage to end it.

Blame Monday

ive been wanting to write down this entry since tuesday but i was busy trying to regulate my thoughts. Writing has always been my point of solace where in i find peace of mind and a completely different outlet as to talking to my friends about what im going through. i’ve set to making this entry in defining my roles and the effect of them. however, i ended up realizing its too complicated to describe.

so let’s start it like this instead.

Facade - a false, superficial, or artificial appearance or effect

OK. let’s not waste anytime by letting people see who you really are. Smile for the audience and don’t show that your hurt, in pain, or depressed. Keep moving and show that you’re fine. be in everyone’s good graces. please them like a slave. adapt, change for them, plead for their acceptance. All the while, bury your thoughts of reality within you. you’ll get to that stage where youre always wanted.

Reality bites. you keep wearing a mask for too long that you forget how to be weak, to be vulnerable. i learned that word when i was seven. one of the words you learn at that age where words originating from the french language. it was along the lines of “rendezvous” words or english classes that tries to teach different sounds of words that has literal sounding letters. When the teacher told us what it means, i always thought it was acting. Facade is a character that you want to play but not in a movie, but in your life. it dawned on me that ive been doing that awhile. since i could remember. Then i keep just playing along.

Before, i would bring the sadness of my day by showing to the people that i’m ok. That it doesnt hurt. My mom pulled my hair and complained how thick it was, even if i was sitting still not wanting her to try to do my hair. called me, “worthless” and “incompetent”. instead of crying, i’d laugh and play around with some classmates the moment i get to school. Or the time that my sister made fun of how ugly i was in front of her friends, that i’m just an orphan. I just talked back and said, “Well, at least im not fat.” Then, there was this one time that my dad scolded me for trying to play in my undergarments, i wasnt naked but i was wearing a thick white top under my uniform and some thick shorts thats long enough to touch my knee under my skirt, like my friends were doing at school. i wore three layers everyday and wasnt allowed to take it off till i go home but i saw some kids doing it. took a layer off and played. i was 6. Dad dragged me out of my school yard and slapped me right in front of the guard. Don’t get me started with my brother. let’s just say, he never made me feel like im important in the family. he’s the only person that treats me like im nothing and no one until now. like my opinions didnt matter, or as if what i do doesnt have any relevance. yet, i’m the jolly one. the funny one. the energetic one. the loud one. the push over. easy definition, the masochist. Harsh but partially true.

Now, implications. still, verbal cues. like, “lazy”, or “stupid”. in the family, its more verbal but emotional responses. Mostly they cuss, or scream or yell. If i reciprocate the same but not intentionally, i still get scolded. i cant talk back because im just the help. i’m obligated to do what they want me to. Even if im tired from work. Even if i just got dumped. Even if my mind is going through some stuff.

what you dont know. i go through these every day and i don’t bring it at work or when i go out with “friends”. I’ll go to work with a smile on my face like nothing bad ever happened to my life. i’d put that big smile on my face and just laugh things out. Remember just the little good things that happened and seemingly move on, but i don’t. its slowly sinking into my chest. Subconsciously weeping like a baby, consciously aware that during a meeting i’d want to cry just because i couldnt keep it in a box. i’d clench my fist as if im waiting for my palms to bleed because it crate wasn’t chained shut. it oozes when you can’t regulate.

Obedient - submissive to the restraint or command of authority

the words “dont” and “do” are basic commands to me. any question that has “did” are immediate doubt on me or even the start of the sentence “have you” makes me quiver already. i was taught to obey a form of authority. Parents, older siblings, uncles, aunties, prefects, teachers, apparently, anyone who is older. so when someone says, “believe me” or “did you know”, i immediately am in awe. i believe them. the fun fact is stuck in my head. i pass down the knowledge or experience. There’s another word for obedience, gullible.

i was once asked by my brother to go through trash when i was a kid. because he threw something he shouldnt. i was asked to do my sister’s homework because my mom overheard her asking me to do so. i was told by my so called friends to ask people for their numbers for them for their friendship in exchange. I have reached the point that i feel guilty when im not doing what people ask me to.

imagine working. imagine dating. imagine meeting new people. i can paint a picture but it’s too painful. Subconsciously, i thought i have removed that side of me. unfortunately, reflecting on the past few days, NOPE. i thought my defensive stature in every decision ive made was and the only way to take off that obedience or gullible card. Looks like i have been. being conditioned this way from the very beginning makes it seem impossible to take off. Obedience equals to gullibility. Refusal equals to guilt.

my dad comes home drunk one time, asked me to give him his gun to point at my brother. i said no, he shook me. no one else stopped me but i obeyed. i talked to my sister’s friends once. she told me never to talk to them and beat me up till i had bruises on my stomach. i wanted to cry when one of her friends talked to me. so i ran away. i wasn’t allowed to sleep until i memorized multiplication set of 9. it was 3AM, i woke up on the bathroom toilet. my mom woke up and asked me to recite it. closed the door and told me to recite it till i said the right answers. there’s consequences if i dont follow. i took that till adulthood.

i have guilt if i don’t do what i was asked to. more guilt if i really decide not to. it consumes me till i finally give in. i feel regretful right after. then, i completely try to forget. that never happened. ever tried telling your boss no? i learned how to say no last year. i had multiple speeches dedicated to me with people saying, “Do you even know how to say no? do you even hear thank you?” i feel obligated to do what people want. i feel obligated to give what people want or need without being asked to. let’s stop there. i sound stupid.

Strength - legal, logical, or moral force; degree of potency of effect or of concentration

People see what i want them to see. Facade comes into this picture. i’m always strong. can never show my weakness. if i do, i lose. if i don’t, i lose internally. i’ve been playing the supergirl card all my life. issue is, i’m always alone. always the savior never the saved.

my whole life revolves three things; work, home, friends. i always wanted to be alone, but i don’t survive it much. never felt wanted anywhere, even if its family or friends. then, work came. loved it because it was the only place the NEEDED me. but seems that i wear my cape there everyday. to the point that i couldnt be clark kent there either. always strong, never vulnerable.

been saying lately, im tired of being strong. then Monday came. That’s that for strength, it’s pretty self explanatory on my side. it’s too literal of a section so i hope this would suffice. for the last of the entry.

i’ve defined some of my roles. a glimpse of my mind and soul but to the people i’ll be send a link of this too, i bet you only know some. some, would even say they never knew. you know, i dont share my feeling or these heavy stories. seemed irrelevant. one time, 1st grade. i shared a problem about the family to a friend. This ‘friend’ made it seem too petty to the point i avoided sharing problems since then. i feel like any problem i have has no value to others. so i keep it in. just me. maybe a few blank pages. some ink. mostly tears. by myself. on my own.

when i feel bad, or depressed when i was a kid. i would cry faintly inside my closet. come out after an hour or two. wiping tears of my face. i got caught once, by my dad. i just said, nope i was just checking my closet. i acted as if what he said before that point was ok. i step out when i feel weird and want to cry. ive learned how to cry heavily without showing an expression or even in a quiet manner. Congrats to me, i brought that till adulthood.

Until Monday. i tried to put up my mask. but couldnt. i tried to be strong. but couldnt. i tried to obey. but couldnt. i remember asking my boss recently, can i be selfish? all my walls broke down in one day. all my optimism. my positivity. and i thought that i can do it. what people saw of me, they couldnt recognize me.

i showed me. the weak one. couldnt even get myself to fake it. fake being strong, fake happiness, no mask. i couldnt even try. i was just done. even basing on what ive written on this entry, getting tired wouldnt be an option just yet. i didnt even talk about love or difficulties. i only got to write down instances. i was just done pretending.

since that day, i couldnt regulate. i associated almost everything and get anxious about everything. seeing the exit to my work makes me tense. walking to the building tightens my chest. getting inside makes me palpitate. claustrophobic. i dont usually breathe heavy but the doctor said breathing exercises would help. SOMETIMES it does. but not everytime.

it took years to learn how to regulate these thoughts that i experience daily and i feel like i have to go through two decades again to learn how. i didnt lose myself, thats for sure. but i feel like im not strong enough to stay in one place anymore. to have the same people in my life anymore. i want to leave. i want to disappear.

you know what i did after i broke down on my boss? i sat in a Starbucks branch in Molito. and starred out the window for two hours. spaced out. even my friends knew i dont do that. i felt like i died and im just the undead walking around doing my daily routine.

why am i writing this? it’s 2:35AM. nearly sleepy by the way. i’m writing this for me to realize something. i already just did. i just realized that what people knew of me, wasn’t me. what you see and experience of me now, is the true me and i dont like it. i want to be wild binx on good days. bea when im home. bianca when im at work. looks like i can’t be that for a while.

It was a '94 Blazer SUV. My parents' insurance went up about $800/year when she and the car were added. Then, she got married in 2002 and was removed from my parents' policy. Not much has changed since then; they are still paying pretty much the same premiums. So, since I also decided to wait until I was at least 18 to get my license due to the increase of insurance premiums, last fall I started inquiring with my parents' agent about how much it would be for me to be added.
