I saw the wip goin around so figured I’d post the finished one! I was gonna do lineart but. I did accidentally delete the sketch layer. But thats ok! I like how it looks here
[Imade ID: A simple digital painting of Magnus Burnsides and the Voidfish from The Adventure Zone. Magnus is a young man with warm, medium-brown skin, dark wavy hair, and a muscular build. He is wearing a white t-shirt and blue pants.
In his arms is the Voidfish, a pillow sized jellyfish creature. In appearance it looks like a mix between a white-spotted jellyfish and a lion’s-mane jellyfish; its bell and tendrils are a deep blue with glowing white and cyan spots. The inside of the bell is a lighter blue than the rest of its body.
Magnus is kneeling and holding the Voidfish protectively in his arms. He is crying. The Voidfish has a few tendrils wrapped around Magnus’ arm and one is gently wiping away a tear. The background is a warm purple. End description]

Unfinished Dagon :(
So I accidentally deleted the original canvas file for this one, and the only thing I could find was the finished lineart. I’ve tried extracting the lineart to be able to color it again, but it just kind of ate the quality and the loss of the color layer was a blow to my motivation for this piece. It was supposed to be a good show for Dagon’s new claws! but oh well. Just means I’ll have to draw him again. No real complaints there lol
So, enjoy the lineart for Dagon and Ego having a chat. Dagon’s size… constantly varies in every piece I draw him. Don’t ask to many questions.
Also his kilt is so funny bc if you pose him just right he just looks so skimpy, like he does now! No complaints here either!

≿━━━━༺❀༻━━━━≾
I’m remembering how great the KFC trio is.
I like to think that Chara’s the chatterbox of the three while Kris doesn’t like talking so they stay silent and Frisk is incapable of talking due to a communication disorder (think Shoko Komi from Komi Can’t Communicate)
So here’s an art piece of Chara talking to both of them as they try to listen and understand.
Also fun fact I accidentally deleted Kris’ lineart and base colors since I had reached my max number on layers of procreate. I didn’t actually realized until I finished Chara. But thanks to its video recording feature I managed to screenshot a part where it has only Kris’ lineart and base colors and traced it back on. So thanks procreate! (But also screw you.)

Welp I was gonna try and get another Lost and Found page done this weekend and almost had the lineart finished.
And then I accidentally deleted a layer that had a big part of the lineart including all the hands and didn’t find out until it was too late and now have no way of recovering it.
So my new plan this weekend is jumping off a cliff.

How I Draw Hair: Part 1
As promised to @myearts-uwu here is my tutorial on how I do hair!
@sanhatipal I think you might be interested in this too, fren!! :D
Other people are free to follow this tutorial too, of course!
The first five brushes (technically four because I accidentally duplicated the blur brush and forgot to delete it oops) are the only brushes I normally use to complete a whole artwork. I still haven't yet figured out any of the other brushes. The program I am using is FireAlpaca, but I'm sure this will work with other programs too.
Stage 1: Draw the hair
For this tutorial I won't be using a whole head of hair but use this little bit as my example.
Stage 2: Pick out the palette
Now it's time to pick your colours! With my method you will need 5: base colour, darker colour, darkest colour, lighter colour, lightest colour. Here are some examples of the palettes I've used in the past:
The outlier one was the palette which served for two characters instead of one, they both had red hair but one was a darker red than the other so I didn't bother making a new palette.
Now you might've noticed the notes I've made on some of the palettes. There will be one layer for each colour, and the layer modes can vary between darken or multiply for the two darker colours and screen, add or overlay for the two lighter colours. Mostly I stick to just screen for the lighter colours, add doesn't tend to work out so well. For the darker colours I tend to use darken-multiply or darken-darken or multiply-multiply depending on the colours I've already chosen and the final shade I want to achieve.
Stage 3: Fill in the base colour
Make a layer below your lineart, and fill in the base colour with the basic pen brush!
Stage 4: First darker colour
Then you will paint in the second darkest colour, also with the basic pen brush. You want to leave a moderate window between the two sides, but not too big or not too small. I unfortunately don't have a way to put it in words so you'll just have to feel through it. I'm using multiply mode here.
I have reached the image limit so this will have to be broken up into parts! The other parts will be in the reblogs.

Even tho it has only 4 unique frames it kept having difficulty’s because of me being a dumbass multiple times
now after wanting to punch myself for accidentally losing the og with all the fin lineart I proceeded to
Accidentally get the eyes on the wrong layer before flatten and merge
Had to grab an old ver of line art coloured differently so I had to delete again
because losing the complete Frans for pupils I had to redo them again right after finishing them
And more
so I would of finished it 2-3hours ago but it’s done now
also scout OC
