Edit: I goofed and had accidentally deleted a layer the whites of his eyes without realizing I hadn't replaced it this is the actual portrait completed I still can't believe I did that😅

Deity, what did you initially feel when you found out Zane was going to die at some point?

“I...” Deity looks to the side, a grimace forming on her face while she tries to remember. “You ever feel like you’re not in your own body? That’s what it felt like. Zareth was explaining why the Zane in their Ninjago was titanium and I just...I think I zoned out when I heard him mention Zane dying.” She shakes her head. “I don’t even remember coming back to my Ninjago that day. I don’t remember traveling to the rift to get back home. When I came to, Zane was hugging me and apologizing.”

DUN DUN DUN DUN DUN! [another gift for @grumpy-zane] 

So uh, had the @grumpy-zane blog pulled up and saw the whole Zareth kind of reference thingy thing they posted and I was bored on the ride home from restaurant today and sadly only had a pen and a small sketchbook so all my sketch and referencey lines are visible and such but....I tried to draw Zareth. It might not be the best but I tried. My failed shrug and whatever the hell this drawing ended up being. I know it’s kind of messy and probably terrible but, I tried. And I can’t ever hair right.

What ever happened to Zareth? He run off with his girlfriend or something?
