having a hyperfixation as an adult is both mortifying and incredibly distracting. but also this is the most fun ive had in. too long.

is there a term for when you jump from hype fixation to hype fixation like a fuckin game of pong? Or is playing Cosmoteer non stop for 3 days, then Undertale for 5, then Cult of the Lamb for like 2, then delta rune for currently 3 and consuming ever little bit of content you can about each one and not stopping until you eek every bit of enjoyment out of it.
