THE DAY HAS COME. Happy blogiversary @storyweaverofgondor!!! I don’t know you super well but I’ve seen your writing & art around the fandom and can’t get enough of either. Thank you for letting me join this stellar event!!
My production was... Cats, Original Broadway Cast! Aka Grey Spreads His Tumbletoria Propoganda.
I LOVE THESE TWO. Tumblebrutus was often the one to do the pas de deux on Bway, since he got like, a character arc to match Victoria’s. :) And I got some HCs for them too!!!! And a short story about Goldenlonzo and Plato!! All under the cut... 👀
Victoria is a housepet who visits the junkyard with her father Bustopher..
Tumblebrutus is a former housecat, rescued from a hoarding situation with his best friend Pouncival.
The first time he sees her he thinks that it must be the Jellicle Moon itself in cat form. He has a crush immediately but Victoria doesn’t really notice him
Oh but Tumble adores everything about her — her silky smooth fur, her gracefulness, how kind she is to everyone, how she seems a bit chilly at first but is actually very warm and fun-loving like any other kitten…
She’s not at the junkyard very often so they don’t see much of each other :(
But, but, one time when she was visiting with Bustopher, he was trying to show off a back handspring to Pouncival, and didn’t stick the landing. He fell right over, right in front of Vic. He was totally mortified, until she laughed softly, asked if he was okay, and whispered something to Bustopher that may or may not have ended up getting him a bit of extra trout when it was time to eat.
The Ball we watch is the first Ball Tumble has ever attended, cause though he’d been in the tribe for a bit, he joined right after the last one. Watching Victoria do the White Cat Solo, he became totally determined to at least dance with her once.
His opportunity came during the middle of the Jellicle Ball, when everyone else had paired off and it was just them… he may have gotten really excited and literally headbutted her, on accident, but she didn’t seem to mind too much. :’D They danced at the Ball and Tumble feels the need to slap himself multiple times afterwards to make sure he’s not dreaming.
The pas de deux at the Ball was very much a one-time thing, though, since Victoria didn’t really show much more interest in Tumble after that — which was perfectly fine by him, as his crush started to abate a bit. He still admires her deeply for her dancing technique and her sweet personality, and hopes they can be better friends some day, though. :D
~~YOU HAVE NOW ENTERED THE FUNKY ZONE. Short little drabble about Plato & Lonz, Broadway besties, during the Tumbletoria pas de deux!~~
Plato and Alonzo were sitting together, off to the side of the junkyard, contently watching Victoria and Tumblebrutus dance together. Plato sighed and laid down, looking up at them with almost-longing eyes. “Oh, young love. Those two are adorable, aren’t they?”
“‘Oh, young love’?” Alonzo said, scoffing lightheartedly. “You’re not much older than those two, you know. But this must be Tumble’s dream come true. He’s had the eyes for her forever, it’s gotten a bit insufferable.”
“Insufferable? You’re insufferable, how about that. You’re just jealous that it’s not you and Demeter up there right now.” Plato nudged his friend, looking pointedly at the yellow queen who lay with Bombalurina on the other side of the junkyard.
“I’ve not a clue what you mean,” Alonzo said innocently, “and as if you’re one to talk. Don’t think you’re subtle with how you’ve been staring at Bomba.”
Plato sputtered, then pouted, looking up at Alonzo. “Not that obvious, I hope?”
Alonzo rolled his eyes.
“Shush.”
“I said nothing!” he protested. Sighing dramatically, Alonzo rested his head atop Plato’s and looked back at Victoria and Tumblebrutus, the latter of whom had just set the former back down again. Both were looking at each other with sickeningly sweet eyes. “Young love,” he conceded softly, and dodged Plato’s upward swipe at him with a laugh.

Lemme tell you the story of how the twins don't really like their younger brother Bart. 😒🙄
It all started when Lila @lilacura introduced Bartholomew to me saying how this was now our son and how she gave birth to him (of course i agreed) . During this moment she had also sent the pic to Jade @jade-jini and Keer @keervah oh my god they did NAWTTT like him and called him uglyyy😭 (LIKE DAMN LEAVE THE BABY ALONEEEEEEE HE DID NOTHINGGGGGGG). Everytime Lila and I bring up bart the twins were always like "ugh i thought you forgot about him" or "ugh he's not my brother" LIKEEEEEEE 🥲 ITS OUR BABY WHY WOULD WE FORGETTTTT AND WHY R U SO MEANNNNNNN!!! LIke they gotta learn to love him but they dont wanna CAUSE HE'S UGLY??????? LIKE BFFR. BUT GUESS WHATTTTT THEY ARE FINALLY GETTING USED TO HIM ( they still dont like him) BUT WE ARE FINALLY GETTING SOMEWHEREEEEE!!!!! jade is just being nice cause she wants fortnite things AND KEERRRR THE #1 BART HATER FINALLY COUNTS HIM AS ONE OF LILA'S AND I'S KIDS!!!!! (she was calculating how many kids lila and I have now and she was like 3) GUYSSSS WE ARE GETTING SOMEWHEREEEEEEEEEE🤪🥳🎉 but lila and I welcomed another baby a fur baby (the family pet) named riri :3 and shes is a little flirttttttt 😭 but lila and i love her cs she talks like us 😭. and when Lila and I were telling Jade and keer about their new sibling they were like ??????? ARE YOU A FURRY (like okay. what the actual fuck.) WE WERE GONNA ASK JADE AND KEER TO NAME RIRI BUT NooooOoOOoOOOoo THEY WANNA BE RUDE. so we asked sienna!! @kittyl1z she was no help at first, wanting us to name riri stephen curry🧍♀️like okay. no. BUT SHE GAVE US THE NAME RIRI SO WE TOOK IT AND RAN WITH ITTTT (we were gonna name riri Liyuh "Leah" but riri was too iconic and too good) But yesssssss lila and I now have 4 kidsssss. :3

The past three months had been a delight, the new presence around his castle had changed drastically the mood of the surroundings. Now, that more people had accepted the Uchiha as the Alpha’s spouse, excusing a few people. It was less chaotic everyday as like that morning, which the sun already flashed from the curtains.
However, different from his usual smile upon waking up, Kisame’s gaze was to the young man asleep on his side. They shared a blanket which covered just up to the taller man chest, letting his upper body naked to the eye since it was how he preferred to sleep.
“....You know. If you want—there’s still time to revel that you’re actually here to kill me. After today, there’s no turning back. Kagami......”

part of me wanted to give yura some slack honestly but i really really can’t seem to like her. like ??? since her and suna were still sleeping together before he found out about omi, that makes me wonder if yura was just messing with him. like with his head. because if she knew about their rivalry and she went and got with omi, then that immediately is just a red flag. especially since suna describes their whole on and off thing as “crazy and fun.” and ig the same could be said for us, but it was more of suna trying to get yura back and us trying to get omi.
and i want to feel bad for yura because omi broke up with her, but i don’t. not after the whole stunt she pulled with the ring and being all touchy with suna. basically acting like everything’s normal. especially since she still had a bf at the time. and the fact that she just went crying to suna. like girl i do not care you cant be just running into the arms of a taken man. or “taken” but she doesn’t know that.
yn is amazing like i agree with suna, she’s a good person even when she shouldn’t be. because ik i would shove yura back because i understand that you’re hurting but you do not need to be all up on my man.
risa my heart like when he was complimenting her during dinner i was so happy and then yura ruined it again.
ik we said we’ll always wait for suna, and im hoping that we wont have to waittt likeeeeeee suna and yn endgame but ughh. suna needs to do better fr and start to treat yn the way she deserves to be treated. truly deserves.

and as for omi…… im feeling like he broke up with yura because maybe they had a talk about what happened or because he has feelings for yn. or both? but i still agree with what i said before that i just don’t think it’d be right for us to end up with him now because we felt nothing during the kiss. yn hasn’t really seemed to be thinking about him either. like when yura said he broke up with her, yn should’ve been ecstatic because that’s what we wanted. but all we were thinking about was suna. so idk it wouldn’t feel right to end up with him as of rn. but idk what you have in store for us but im scared, anxious and nervous like utlyldlrkrjf. i will be talking to my therapist about this.

omg i literally have nothing to say ilysm thank u 😭 it's true. it's hard to feel bad for yura when we're rooting for sunayn and she is getting in between! there are still a few things about the whole thing we have yet to unfold so maybe it will all start falling into place these last couple of acts and your opinion on her will be solidified for good. dw about samu! he'll eventually come in with the clutch GSKEGWKWGOSHWI probably not in a way u think but he still has a part to play :") the 10/10 means a lot to me especially as i wrote this act when i was getting very burn out. thank u sm ily <3

ferb for the character asks??
Y E AH FERB LET’S GO I LOVE FERB
Favorite thing about them: everything ok I just really, REALLY like Ferb. He’s such a great character. I love his sense of humor, I love how he is able to express himself in his own way, I love his bond with Phineas (and the entire family), I love his interactions with the other kids....and I also LOVE CHAOTIC FERB. AKA: I love when Ferb says or does things that are “chaotic,” such as him pulling out a mace in “Dude, We’re Getting the Band Back Together” or Vulcan death pinching Buford in “Raging Bully” 🤣. (On my blog, I usually use the phrase “chaotic Ferb” to refer to him teasing Isabella and Phineas about their feelings for each other, but that barely scratches the surface of him being chaotic in canon, LOL.) Also wingman Ferb is the best (but i’m gonna talk about that more in a second). He’s also a SUPER fun character to write, omg.
Least favorite thing about them: Sometimes Ferb’s character development is pushed to the wayside. I love ATSD, but in recent years I’ve come to realize Ferb doesn’t have nearly as much character development as Phineas in it. So I guess I wish he’d had more time to grow as an individual. The growth/character development he has is AMAZING, and I just wish there was more of it!
Favorite line: gOSH THIS IS HARD. Actually you know what, I’m gonna say a couple of my favorite lines from him in canon AND my favorite line I’ve written for him (because it’s my blog, things roll my way🤣)
Favorite lines in canon: “Well you could, it would just be ‘platyp.’” “Give up? Give up??” (And so on)
Favorite line I’ve written for him: “I suppose you didn’t need a skylight to see stars earlier....right, Phineas?” (This makes no sense out of context but it was VERY FUN TO WRITE, I LOVE FERB.)
Bonus line that wasn’t spoken by Ferb but to Ferb: “Not yet, Ferb.”
BrOTP: I’ve got two!!!!
BrOTP #1: Ferb and Phineas (obviously). I LOVE that their sibling relationship is 100% positive and friendly and supportive. So many times, sibling relationships in media are shown to be strained or cynical, but that is not the case for these two at all. They get along so well and clearly care SO MUCH about each other and each other’s interests. I love their relationship as siblings sooo so much, and I love that Phineas doesn’t push Ferb outside of his comfort zone. Liiiike like, aaah. I LOVE POSITIVE SIBLING RELATIONSHIPS IN MEDIA.
BrOTP #2: Ferb and Isabella!! I love, love, LOVE THEIR FRIENDSHIP SO MUCH. Ferb is comfortable enough around her to tease her, and she’s comfortable enough to talk to him about her feelings for Phineas (which speaks VOLUMES, because he’s Phineas’s brother. She trusts that Ferb will respect her privacy and not tell Phineas anything). “Wingman Ferb” is my favorite thing: the moment at the end of “Happy Birthday Isabella” where he steps aside to let she and Phineas spend time together is just, the sweetest ever. (I talk about that more in this post, but in short: he wants to help Isabella but also is thinking of Phineas in that moment. He wouldn’t have stepped aside to let them be alone together if he didn’t trust Isabella.) They’re going to be siblings one day and THAT MAKES ME REALLY HAPPY😭
OTP: u h m. I don’t have one😅.
NOTP: Ok aside from obvious nOTPS (I’m not gonna say em but...i suspect some of y’all will know what i mean😑) and F*rbnessa (which I talked about in this post), I reaaaally don’t like Ferb/Isabella as a ship. I would never judge anyone who ships it—it’s a personal opinion thing and there’s got to be good reasons to ship them, so ship away if you like them—but likeeeeeee......in the context of canon, I think Phineas is the better match for Isabella. First of all, I just like Ferb and Isabella’s friendship and view them as having a sibling-like dynamic. And, from what I’ve seen, some people only ship F*rbella because Ferb is more in tune with romance in general than Phineas and because Phineas is oblivious to Isabella’s affections for him. They want Isabella to be with someone who is more romantic, which I get but like.....her and Phineas’s dynamic is so interesting and compelling in of itself. It’s like they’re trying to punish Phineas for being a child who simply isn’t interested in romance. Phineas and Isabella are best friends, and he cares about her SO MUCH, even if he doesn’t consciously view her in a romantic light in the main show. Thus, shipping her with Ferb just because he’s more aware of romance leaves a bad taste in my mouth. (I talk about this at length in this post, if you’re interested in hearing more thoughts about it! And again, if you’re reading this and you ship F*rbella, no judgement! It just isn’t my cup of tea. And I would never leave hate on anyone’s F*rbella content: I just avoid it when I can and keep scrolling if I see it.)
Random headcanon: once Isabella and Phineas start dating, Ferb takes every opportunity to refer to Isabella as his “future sister-in-law” and lovingly teases them about how oblivious they were to one another’s feelings every so often. (Did I steal this from one of my fics? Yes. But that fic is basically just a bundle of my headcanons so IT COUNTS.) Also ok, here’s a non-phinabella themed headcanon: it’s canon that Ferb likes expressing himself through music, so when he’s a little older (or maybe once he starts college), he joins a community orchestra and plays whichever instruments they need. One week he might be on the viola, the next on the tuba, and the next he might be conducting because the director is out sick! His favorite orchestra memory is getting to play a solo on his harmonica during a holiday concert one year.
Unpopular opinion: i don’t think Ferb and Vanessa should have gotten together in AYA. In that episode, he’s just out of high school and she’s in her mid-twenties: they’re in completely different parts of their lives, and I think it’s strange that the crew made them canon in a show whose primary demographic is kids. (Plus i can’t watch the Phinabella kiss without being reminded that F*rbnessa is canon...couldn’t they have kissed WITHOUT ANYONE WATCHING THEM???? .....ok I’ll stop peppering this Ferb ask with Phinabella hot takes now😅)
Song I associate with them: “Hey Ferb, I know what we’re gonna do today!” Also “We’re Watching and Waiting” because Ferb playing guitar in that song always makes me happy.
Favorite picture of them: THIS IMAGE IS PURE SERATONIN. I LOVE THIS SCENE AND I LOVE THESE THREE😭

whats your opinion on posie HONESTLY
loveee why u came to me on anon 👀 u want to expose me like that, so likeeeeeee i shiped posie YES i did! i guess i was just JOSIE and someone who’s not rafael moment (and while hosie didnt happened ofc) and because i was like she’s protecting baby josie and then the kisses they got me all mixed up!!! dont judge me BUT THEN (especially after s2) i came to the realization that the way penelope did things were not really what i would see as “right way to deal with things” and that changed my mind about a lot of posie scenes and penelope actions...if people see my previous posts back on s1 they would get confused about how i feel about posie now, but i guess i just took a deep look and analyzed every scene since im bored so yeah my opinion on posie/penelope changed
1. Lizzie is josie’s twin...josie loves lizzie..penelope cant “attack/blame” lizzie and wait for josie to be “ohh great i love u still” and there’s a lot of times where she lefts josie unconfortable and sad about the way she treats lizzie...lizzie is the person who josie loves the most, they’re twins and a reminder that lizzie was the only person josie said “i love you too”
2. Penelope always wanted josie to stand for herself, to think about herself first see how strong she is IM NOT SAYING OTHER WAY, but the way she did was clearly not the right way, she saw josie’s being quiet as a “weakness” and i realized this more after 2 specific moments (and a conversation with my forever hosie mutual) the way hope acted relatively to josie’s quiet side was give her a necklace that would make her quiet side being heard and then when hope said “your subconscious made a fairytale where the evil you is powerful and the good you is weak. tell yourself a different story” thats what really made josie realize she’s strong and learn self love (see the difference?!)
3. The moment josie finally read the letter and asked penelope to stay, like in a way of “i need u to stay/i need your help” probably in dealing with her codependent side, penelope left anyway, i was a bit like okay i guess...im gonna go full hosie again sorry but quoting everytime hope didnt gave up on josie and made her see how strong she was..so “you’re more powerful than u know”, “we’re not giving up on josie”, “She’s strong, you’re strong” “i came to rescue her” “Josie made her choice because she didnt knew help was coming” “im not going anywhere until i find my friend josie” “i still have to try she would do the same for me” “Josie, im not gona leave you behind” “you can fight her” “tell yourself a different strory” so yeahh again see the difference? Even when josie was dark, hope NEVER gave up on her and the way hope dealead with things are on another different level and the prove is that josie saw what self love was after remembering hope words... and also side note but hope never blamed lizzie for how josie acted (hope knows they’re twins and they will always put each other first no matter what) and yet she was the one who in the end made josie see how strong she can be.
Im just saying the biggest reasons, there’s more reasons that made me stop shipping posie/or being neutral about it but like this was mostly because i wanted to point it out the differences i realized while rewatching s1 and watching s2

So I clearly played myself *sigh* some of this books weren't what I expected and I still need to read a shit ton of sequels to series i fricken loved.
1.-Marked (House of Night #1) by PC Cast /Kirstin White
🌟🌟
So clearly I knew this book was gonna be silly and stuff, like it got me cringing so hard at all those 'not like the other girls' super speshul girl and it has low key a lot of cultural appropiation, so yeah, still was a really quick read and what the heck I'll try the next one to see if it gets better than this. I mean there has to be a reason why someone wants to turn this into a tv series right??
2.-Día de Muertos: Antología del cuento mexicano de V.A
🌟🌟🌟
Realmente siento que es una antología muy inconexa, el título y la portada indican claramente una relación directa entre los relatos y el día de Muertos, sin embargo el espíritu de la festividad solo es capturado en un puñado de historias que es lo que me hizo dar tres estrellas al libro, porque aunque el resto de los cuentos no son malos siento que entraron a la antología con calzador pues no tenían nada que ver con día de muertos .
3.- Practical Magic by Alice Hoffman

Ok, I did not disliked it, the book manages to be very atmospheric and really create some plausibility among all the whimsy but the characters were never really developed much?? And some were tragically underused (the Aunts) I just think the movie made the story/characters much better.
4.- Society of Wishes (Quartet of Wishes #1) by Elise Kova
🌟🌟
I had totally forgot I owned this book (I bought it cuz I knew the MC was a latina girl and yah) and well it is what it is, just a mess filled with hunky ass time wizards or some shit like that with barely any plot, development or much of anything really, definitely not reading the next ones.
5.-Hemlock Grove by Brian McGreevy
🌟🌟
I am heart broken, I wanted to like this book so badly, but it was all over the place imho, the narrative style was plain out confusing at times (like it threw me back to that time when I was a pretentious ass 15 yo trying to read Ulysses by James Joyce) and don't get me wrong I like writers who spice things up with the flow of their sentences like Chuck Palahniuk but I just couldn't get into it, I feel the series managed to tell this story in a much more organized and in depth fashion.
6.- Vampire Academy (Vampire Academy #1) by Richelle Mead
🌟🌟🌟
I expected nothing of this, and I actually kinda enjoyed it because I think the book it's true to itself, it sets a tone from the beginning and doesn't deviate from it . Is it predictable? As fuck Is it full of every single trope under the sun? YUP, but it never pretends otherwise and it's fine (also I am a thot for vampires so idc) I will continue this series.
7.-Battle Royale by Koshun Takami
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I LOVED it, I had watched the movie, but oh boy it doesn't build the characters the way the book does. It's brutal, dynamic full of optimism even in such a hopless horrific situation. The only thing that kinda had me in stiches was the fact that nearly every damn female character wanted to get it on with Shuuya.
8.- Tale of the Body Thief (Vampire Chronicles #4) by Anne Rice

This is my frist re-read of this book and damn, Lestat is truly a himbo, he just makes the most idiotic desisions and then is upset because they come to bite him in the ass but he is also kinda charming so what the hell?? David, poor summer child he really thought Lestat would respect his desision 😂😂 this is a real fun book (I mean the whole ass discussion about Faust is as fake deep as u can get) and it really drives home how much of a hot mess is Lestat. (Also Louis u bitch!!! How dare u betray him it's not like u had tried to kill him before multiple times xD honestly Lestat's logic)
9.-The Graveyard Book by Neil Gaiman
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I adored this, the atmosphere Neil created in this book is absolutely beautiful, every detail and character Bod meets in the cementary adds so much to a rather simple story, the world building, the sense of magical realism it's just something I always appreciate in Neil's books, this really has become one of my faves and I will try and re-read this very soon.
10.-Dracul by Dacre Srocker
🌟🌟🌟🌟
I was on the fence about this one, like Dracula is one of my all time favorite books, and when I found out his great grand nephew was writing a precuel of Bram's most famous work I felt it was an easy money-grab scheme but then I heard a lot of positive reviews and people started talking how this book gives a back story to one of Dracula's brides and that it was based on some notes Bram left behind I decided to try it, and I don't regret it. I mean it wasn't what I expected, the book is more historical fiction and Dacre tries perharps a little too hard to emulate Bram's writing style/structure but the plot really managed to trap me and it was quite an intresting story.
11.-Bone Music by Christopher Rice

This is the frist book I read from him (like even tho I like her books a lot i don't fucks with Anne Rice cuz she is awful to anyone who critisizes her books or tries to write fanfic of em so yeah I wasn't so keen in reading her son's work) but it was a very pleasant surprise, those twist he makes at the very beginning of the book left me gaping like a fish, I was emotionally involved with the characters and I definitely look forward to read more books on the Burning Girl series.
12.- Final Girls - Riley Sager
🌟🌟🌟🌟
Slashers are some of my favorite things in the world, and this book gets a lot of the tropes/atmosphere right and still, manages to be original and deconstruct them, turn the reader on his expectations and deliver a great ending, will definitely continue with the series.
13- Hidden Bodies by Caroline Kepnes
🌟🌟🌟🌟
Joe Goldberg is a punk ass bitch and I hope the ending stays as it was, like how lucky is this bastard, and at one point I was like, no way are all this people around him so dumb likeeeeeee he is such an unreliable narrator that idk if the things he say are really happening or all is part of his self important delusional mind, I really liked this sequel even if Joe barely struggled until the end (he was living the Life u guys) it was a fun read.
14- The Mysterious Affair at Styles by Agatha Christie

This is Hercule Poirot's frist book, and he is so different from the books I have read, but still brilliant and with his quirks, it really captured me, I always enjoy a good murder mystery and Agatha Christie always delivers.
15.- The Girl who Loved Tom Gordon by Stephen King
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
King is back in my good graces, this book is terrifying it really takes u along Trisha's emotional journey, all the desperation, the defeat,the hope, really is such a complex beautiful emotional ride of this amazingly brave little girl, and damn Stephen u can write female character's well y u wrote that mess in Bag of Bones like whyyy dude? ?? I simply loved this one, made me cry so much.
16.-#Murdertrending by Gretchen McNeil
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
This was such a fun dynamic read, I finished it in one sitting. The whole concept of Alcatraz 2.0 was pretty darn great, the painiacs, ahhh so good, I wished the rest of the characters apart from Dee were more developed but I know it would have given the plot twist away if they had so it's fine, I am really looking forward to reading Murderfunding.
That was it, my reads were either meh or omgggg I loved it!!! I hope this months my reads are all good.

so my queen HYOLYN released a new song yesterday called ‘Fruity’ feat. rapper kisum and the song is cute and that it. likeeeeeee idk i really expected more from this song tbh idk it just felt too safe and plain and ehh to me like we needed a summer bop that was hype and fire but this was like super lukewarm and not all that exciting. i will say as always hyos vocals were just gorgeous and beautiful and she looks stunning in the mv my tan goddess (which was a big ass lipton iced tea ad but im not getting into that atm) but i honestly dont get what was the reason for adding kisum in this anf giving her so many damn lines like she didnt add anything to the song at all and her bit wasnt necessary like who decided she should be on this track???? i will say that i feel the reason this song was sort of ehh was bc i reckon it was part of hyo contract before the negotiations started and she was like lemme get this done n out of the way but i also think that depending on how this song does itll sway her decision into either renewing with godawful starshit or finally leaving that hell hole like bora aka the smartest member of sistar did (she shouldve been the rapper on this track and it wouldve been a sistar19 comebck and bora couldve grabbed a bottle of lipton and been like “im so cool like iced tea” but thats neither here nor there) and i hope hyo does leave starshit and goes to another company thatll treat her right and give her the freedom to do whatever she wants with her music n also supply her with choreographers cos honey j aint doing hyo any favours with those dance routines. i think hyo should actually continue her collabs with groovyroom tbh despite this song being a bit bland her song 'Blue Moon’ she did with them and changmo was actually a really good song (not including the mv fuk u starshit) and that charted surprisingly well in korea especially for an edm track and they have similar vibes and aesthetics in music i feel. i know this song was a bit of a let down especially since hyo is like my queen anf i expect so much from her dont for a second think im not gonna be listening to this song 503 times a day and praising it to high heavens to every person i talk to like yaaaas queen hyolyn! queen of summer! queen of bops! queen of fruits! queen of lipton! queen of yellow! queen of iced tea! queen of product placements! yaaaas! and ill prob be buying it on google play gotta give my girl some coin lol

Rey is, for lack of a better term: fucking hammered. The kind of drunk where she leans against Finn hopelessly, laughing at something Rose had said and hoping to god she doesn’t have to go pee again before bar break, because if she does there is no way she’ll be able to re-button her bodysuit. One half sipped glass of water and a shot of jameo (“for the birthday girl!”) later, however, peeing is the least of Rey’s worries as she makes a desperate dash for the back door.
The alleyway greets her in a rush of sharp fall air lack of audience save for one man, leaning against the wall just outside the door, heater in hand. With a decided lack of pomp and circumstance, Rey scrambles over the edge of the dumpster and empties the contents of her stomach over the lip. As it usually does, the act of vomiting snaps Rey a little closer to reality, and by the time she’s lowering off of her tiptoes her vision is clear enough to warrant a glance at the man who’d just watched her birthday barf.
“You’re pretty hot.” Rey announces after a few seconds of inspection as she wipes the spit and bile from her mouth with the stamped back of one small hand before continuing.
“If I wasn’t so in love with my boyfriend I’d totally fuck you.” Her companion smiles around his cigarette, eyebrows vanished into wild curls.
“Well.” He takes one last drag and tosses the butt to the asphalt in the same second that the door behind them opens, and Rey’s friends come spilling out in a wave of pounding bass and laughter.
“I’m glad to hear it.” Rey’s eyes narrow, and she feels like she’s missing something rather important when Finn lays a friendly punch into the man’s shoulder.
“You good to get her home, Solo?” He nods and shrugs out of his worn leather jacket to wrap it around her shoulders as they fall into step behind the group. Rey squints up at him, studies the long line of his nose and the way his eyes seem to burn like the neon lights behind them.
“Happy birthday, Sweetheart.” Ben grins, leaning down to press a kiss against the crown of her head even as Rey shrieks indignantly.
