Ottobre: “Cheese - It’s Europe” e Anuga

Giornalisti e foodblogger dell’Est Europa in viaggio in Italia per scoprire il Gorgonzola DOP. Ottobre è anche mese di fiere: si parte per Anuga.

Un nuovo appuntamento per la campagna di comunicazione triennale, che andrà avanti fino al 2019, dal titolo “Cheese – It’s Europe”. Promossa dai Consorzi Parmigiano Reggiano, Asiago e Gorgonzola, il progetto è co-finanziato dalla Commissione Europea e dal Governo Italiano e mira a promuovere i formaggi DOP italiani in Austria, Polonia, Ungheria e Repubblica Ceca. I tre formaggi coinvolti si fanno portavoce del progetto con l’obiettivo di accrescere la notorietà dei prodotti a denominazione d’origine (DOP) sottolineando il sistema europeo di protezione dell’origine e del controllo della qualità che è alla base dell’intera filiera dei prodotti DOP. A fine ottobre il Consorzio Gorgonzola ospiterà una delegazione di giornalisti, foodblogger ed esperti del settore polacchi e cechi, e regalerà loro un viaggio alla scoperta delle caratteristiche e delle peculiarità del formaggio Gorgonzola Dop. Il tour comprenderà una visita alla città di Milano, alla scoperta del Duomo e dei Navigli per passare poi alle altre meraviglie del territorio e arrivare in fine alla città di Novara, sede del Consorzio, dove ogni curiosità sul Gorgonzola verrà svelata.

Si terrà dal 7 all’11 ottobre di quest’anno l’appuntamento con Anuga, la fiera che si svolge con cadenza biennale, a Colonia, in Germania. E’ riconosciuta come la Fiera più importante, a livello internazionale, per il settore agroalimentare e delle bevande. L’Unione Europea si conferma come il principale mercato di sbocco dei prodotti agroalimentari Made in Italy con 21.848 milioni di euro (+6,4%). La Germania, in particolare, rappresenta il primo mercato di sbocco per le esportazioni agroalimentari “Made in Italy”. Il Consorzio per la Tutela del Formaggio Gorgonzola sarà presente ad Anuga con incontri e degustazioni presso lo stand G021-H020 Padiglione 10.1.
