“The most used is chutiya, which technically means idiot, but it’s just a little harsh in hindi”

“No it’s with the ‘th’ sound, like how you say the ‘th’ in the word ‘Thor’ “

“Chu- thiya” he repeats again.

“And you can basically add any words to ‘chod’ and it’ll be a cuss word”

“Wait, how do you know that?” you laugh. “And it’s bhindichod, with like a little ‘h’ sound along with the ‘b’ “

I had a dream last night where Harrison broke up/was rejected by some girl so I was driving him back home from wherever we were. While we were driving home, I was trying to comfort him, and he started putting his hands on my thigh and started holding my one hand whenever we were at a traffic light. I started telling him that I was sorry with what had happened to that girl and he said it was okay, then after some talking that I can’t remember, he just kissed me and we ended up making out in the car. (I think there was a change of scene or something) I remember later when we got out the car we were going to some event and he was wearing a suit and I was able to walk hand in hand with him, then stop him, put my arms around his neck while were making out. We didn’t tell anyone at the event (I think it was Garba night) about us because we just got together but I remember him looking at me so fondly and him holding my cheek in his hand after I did prayers for him.

Ahhhh!!! I wish this was real 😭🥰 These desi edits have affected my dreams and I’m living for it!

I’m pretty sure no one cares but I’m tagging some Desi Hollanders anyway because I thought this dream was pretty cool:

Ever since you and Tom were together, he had always been interested in your culture. He always asked you questions, tried to say the words you did, and tried to watch movies through which he could learn better.

He had, in a way, been influenced by you. You unconciously sometimes talked and mixed up english words in your language, and he was beginning to understand you. He couldn’t catch up on full sentences but just a few words which he knew by now.

You and Tom cooked breakfast together, he was the better cook, although you would never admit it. You loved when he cooked, you were now used to eating your own cooked food, so you liked it when it was a little different once in a while.

After that you both went to the gym, after one hour of exercise you were both tired and sweaty, you just wanted to take a nice long and warm bath and relax yourself.

“I’ll just go take a bath, okay?” you say, wiping droplets of sweat from your forehead.

“Hmm..akele akele?”

You thought you heard him wrong. He definitely did not say that out loud to you. That was something you always said when he was eating chips or ice cream all by himself, not sharing with you or when he was cuddling Tessa and you wanted to join.

“Wait, what did you say?” you ask him with your eyebrows furrowed.

“I said....you’re going to take a bath alone?”

“No that’s not what you said, say it again,” you run to him and start tickling him. “Come on! say it, say it”

“I said akele akele!” he shouts out, laughing.

“God, you’re so cute, Tom,” you get up and start walking towards the bathroom.

“But wait, can I come or not?”

“Tom!”
