This is a desperate plea in the dark but I gotta ask anyway does anyone remember when the spamton sweepstakes video happened and right before the video got posted like all the rtvs went live for a moment and all shared a video of like vauge mystery symbols with a staticky weird background n shit? I’ve never seen it mentioned once. Not even asking for theory fodder sake cause that’s bullshit just. Does anyone else remember this??
[Image description: A portrait of Trant Heidelstam from Disco Elysium, imitating the in-game art style. He's drawn on one of those opinion prompt templates; the caption reads "Overrated Character". A little note is written next to him that says "I'm sorry women." End ID]
posting this image in the DE discord and instantaneously being dogpiled by five different people for being the encyclopedia guy but putting trant as overrated character
That moment when my song gets played on the radio…

Lewis Capaldi released his single today, and is on BBC Radio One’s A list. The 1975 released their single one week before Louis— also on the A list.
Louis’ songs are not on any BBC Radio playlist. Not C list, not B list, not on BBC Radio 2, not on BBC Radio 6.
Louis did the One Show and Secret Celebrity segment within this week, and Bigger Than Me has simply vanished from BBC Radio.
Lewis Capaldi is affiliated with BMG publishing. It’s not that the music label is not promoting Louis.
It’s BBC Radio and Aled Haydn Jones blacklisting Louis Tomlinson.
Could it be that BBC Radio is in bed with Harry Styles?
It’s humiliating for Louis to keep going on BBC Radio when they are refusing to play the music. I’m sure this this going to be the same result after going on Jack Saunders show: no movement, no radio play, boycott of Louis, radio silence. I’m just wondering how Louis could have so offended all of UK radio so that no one will touch his music.
Addendum: Bigger Than Me was on BBC Radio Two’s C list for three weeks. It was played a total of once in the first week, and less than ten times altogether. As of October 21, it is off of all BBC playlists.
I used to think I liked music for the sound alone, and NOT at all the lyrics. I felt SUPERIOR to the mainstream for being less "shallow."
But uhhh turns out I work the same as everyone else, just that I prefer more absurd lyrics and every stalker song is a banger if you tell me it's a stalker song
I've spent my entire life in a cultural wasteland, and it fucked me up to the point that whenever I hear someone has the same media taste as me I think it must be destiny or true love or some shit. Turns out that a lot of people like Weird Al, a lot of people like Little Shop of Horrors and the original Muppet Movie, a lot of people like Douglas Adams and Max Brooks and Andy Weir, I just don't live near any of them. Just because somebody likes something I like doesn't mean it's "meant to be," or that we have anything in common, or that we'd even get along! There's more to relationships than recognizing titles.
"No way, I like that too!" Yeah, eeryone does. Grow a personality.
i woke up from a nap 30 minutes ago with the best animatic idea (two birds by regina spektor my beloved) ive had in 17 years with kris and lyra and ive been stuck in a very intense catastrophic autism event about it the entire 30 minutes,
