Singha (2009)
The last of the older fantasy creatures that I drew in this time period is this Singha. It was created with colored pencils on July 26, 2009. The singha (Singa Bersayap) is a mythological creature that is found throughout southeast Asia, particularly in Thailand, Bali, and Indonesia. There they are often seen guarding the entrance to the temples. I believe they are also one of the Himmapan creatures of Thai mythology, although they usually don't have wings in the Thai version.
I based this drawing loosely off of a Balinese wood carved statue that I got many years ago.

Part One

Nang Ngeuk - the mermaid
Found in stories like Phra Aphai Mani and the Ramakien.
Naga
There are four Naga families, represented by different colours: Green, Black, Rainbow and Golden.
Upsorn Srihas
half-human half-deer creatures said to live in Himmapan forest.
Makalee Pons
strange female beings, born from the fruit of magical trees only found in Himmapan forest.
Nang Tani / Thai nymphs
Born within a tree, these spirits can follow their trees if they are chopped down.
Thep Norasri
A lion-like hybrid creature, often compared to the sphinx. The upper body is human and the lower a lion although sometimes the legs are more deer-like but with a lion's tail.
Chattathahatti
A mystical animal that looks like an elephant but is silvery white and can move incredibly fast.
Khon Tun
Magical beings that live between the human world and the heavenly realm. Very fond of music.

Location ranking of each Hitman WoA Game
All locations from the three WoA games of Hitman have their very own charm. But some levels have inspired me more than others over the years, so here is my ranking of my favourite and least favourite Hitman locations from all three games!
Hitman 2016
Favourite Location: Sapienza
Sapienza has a very special place in my heart. Although Paris was the first level, it was Sapienza that totally grabbed me. The small town, the café, the beach, the villa, the laboratory. Everything about Sapienza is beautiful! There is one small deduction, namely that the two targets are almost exclusively in the villa and the rest of the town was hardly used. But fortunately this was made up for a little with "Landslide" and "The Icon".
Least favourite Location: Bangkok
Even though the Himmapan Hotel itself looks beautiful, it's my least favourite level in Hitman 2016. For one thing, it hardly feels like a hotel, due to the lack of areas that I consider a hotel, such as a pool or spa area. This worked far better in Haven or Hokkaido. Secondly, I find the routes of the two targets very limited, which makes the already very compact level seem even smaller.
Hitman 2
Favourite Location: Santa Fortuna
It was very hard to pick a favourite level in Hitman 2, as this is my favourite game of the whole trilogy. But if I have to choose, I'll go for Colombia. Santa Fortuna is not only nice and big, it also has the most unique and fun challenges in my opinion. The only small consolation: again, it's a shame that the three targets have a fairly limited route and don't come together. This had more potential.
Least Favourite Location: Sgail
Sgail is really beautiful. I like the look of the castle and also the outdoor area. But it just didn't captivate me enough. I also find it quite difficult and I find it annoying that you have to wear certain robes for certain areas (I found that annoying in Hokkaido too).
Hitman 3
Note: I have excluded the Carpathian Mountains from my rating, as for me this is more of an epilogue than a real level. I also excluded Ambrose Island because, although it was released with Hitman 3, it technically takes place before the events of Hitman 3.
Favourite Location: Berlin
I love Berlin! I love the vibe of the club because it also reminds me of my clubbing days (yes, in my early 20s I used to visit clubs. Hard to imagine for me today, haha). The feeling when you enter Club Hölle is so realistic that I get goosebumps every time. I like that the music gets louder the further down you go, I like the outdoor area and the NPCs dancing and chilling. I also think it's cool that there are ten different targets to choose from, giving you lots of options and challenges.
Least favourite Location: Chongqing
I really like Chongqing, especially the outdoor area, the flats and the restaurant. With all the neon lights, it has a Blade Runner feel to it. But what I don't like about Chongqing is the ICA headquarters, which I personally find too futuristic and, in contrast to the outdoor area, too lame. And a big point deduction: the targets. In my opinion, Hush and Royce are the most boring targets in all three Hitman games. They are totally uninteresting to me. There was potential, for example regarding Hush and Olivia's past, but it wasn't utilised. Too bad!

okay sorry im done gushing about this, let me get back to your message. honestly idk enough about thai medias as a whole to judge, i can only speak about QL series and when it comes to those i definitely think companies could draw way more inspiration from their folklore and mythology to build a story out of it. i do think we are slowly starting to get a little bit of that tho: im still stuck on episode 3 of the sign, but the naga and garuda are mythical beings that in thai's culture dwell within the himmapan forest, and now with goddess bless you from death we're maybe gonna delve a little into all the many ghosts of their folklore
but yeah in general i think there can never be enough media based on mythology and folklore so i absolutely agree with you on this and hopefully we'll get to see more of it in the upcoming years!!!!!!!

2: The instructions on the ao3 signup page mention an “Egg Hunt 202 tag set”. Where can I find this?

Hi and welcome, I'm so happy that you want to participate!
"Dear Agent Letter" is our name here for the letters you can write to give the person who gets to create for you more details.
You create a post somewhere outside AO3, like here on Tumblr, over on Dreamwidth, your website, your blog, a (non-locked) Google Doc, and enter the link in that field in your sign-up.
In your letter, you can share more prompts, what you like about the character or ship you requested, what you generally like about the fandom or fanfiction, anything that can help the writer to figure out what you like to read (and what you don't like to read).
Letters are also super helpful for those of us who tend to sign up last minute... You can still edit the letter after sign-ups have closed, but you can't edit your sign-up any longer. If you didn't have the time to share some prompts (or had more ideas later), it's nice to have a way to still share them with your creator for this event.
Generally, anything that's in the letter is not being enforced by an event's mods, though, including the DNW (Do Not Want), unless they're also in the additional/optional details in the sign-up itself
"Mission Briefing" is our name here for the additional/optional details in your sign-up. This is where you can list a few prompt ideas for your writer, mention what you like about your requested ship or character, and list your DNW (Do Not Want).
DNWs are generally enforced by event mods as long as they're in the sign-up itself and are not used to railroad the creator into writing one specific scenario and nothing else (for example "DNW: mission fic taking place in Berlin" is okay, "DNW: anything that's not Agent 47 assassinating Brother Akram in the Himmapan Hotel in Bangkok during the fire ritual in the roof garden" is not).
Exchanges and Prompt Fests aren't commissions, and it's part of the fun to give your creator room to write what inspires them while working on a fic they genuinely think you'd enjoy.

A peacock-Khon Tun hybrid
Gingala-To
A creature with the head of a human and the body of a bird.
Thep Kinnaree
A beautiful half-woman half-swan creature famous for their lovely singing voices, dancing skills and graceful forms.
The male version is called Kinnara
There is a very famous Thai story/poem called Suthon-Manora which features a Kinnaree called Manora who has her wings stolen and is forced to marry a human.
The Manora story also influenced the southern Thai dance-drama style also known as Manora.
Garuda
King of the Birds, half man, half bird, he transports the God Vishnu around.
Arhan
This creature has a human head but the body and wings of a bird. It looks similar to a Kinnaree but is smaller.
Thep Puksee
Another human-bird hybrid. Very similar to the Kinnaree but they have human legs instead of bird feet.

August Roadmap Babyyyy

I love this. Finally 47 got himself a handgun that embraces his love for plants. <3
Can I just say that I love IO? After so many people whined about the Rude Ruby sniper rifle (that I fucking love!) and (not seriously) suggested they should add a Rude Ruby outfit next, IO actually went and did it! I love this!
47 living the Glasgow lifestyle from now on.
But let's move on to the August Roadmap blogpost.
Elusive Target Arcade
Players will now see a mix of various Elusive Targets from all 3 games in each batch – meaning, one batch will contain 1 Elusive Target from each HITMAN game. We’re now able to pick and choose from the full roster of available Elusive Targets to create more variety and themes.
On August 4th players will be able to play The Dyads and the Diabolicals Elusive Target Arcades.
The Dyads Arcade will consist of the duos: The Deceivers, The Procurers and The Surgeons.
In The Diabolicals you’ll take on The Serial Killer, The Heartbreaker and Mr. Giggles aka The Entertainer.
Happy for everyone who doesn't own all three games (or doesn't own them on the same platform)!
I'm a bit disappointed that we only get two sets this time, but they do sound interesting and I appreciate the overarching theme in each set!
When you complete one of the two new Arcades you’ll unlock: The Ruby Rude Track Suit. Get comfortable in this urban, pink and black patterned track suit, with state-of-the-art white sneakers to match. Perfect for that casual hit.
Again, I love this lmao.
Elusive Targets
August 5: The Procurers (Year 2)
Dinner is served! The Procurers are back in Dartmoor with their luxurious cuisine. Your two targets are Jack Roe and Robert Burk, they travel the world as the iconic duo The Procurers. They each have unique talents; one is a famous chef behind some of the world’s most innovative cuisine. The other is an embalmer.
Not bad! They were interesting targets, and I'm looking forward to killing them once again (or did we have a Year 2 version of them already?).
August 12: The Ex-Dictator (Year 2)
Richard Ekwensi and his wife are back in Bangkok starting August 12 for 10 days. Ekwensi better know as known as the Ex-Dictator and his wife Ines aka “The Gold Digger” are at the Himmapan Hotel in Bangkok, they’re enjoying a casual stay at the hotel conducting some shady meetings with former partners. They’ll not expect you, so use this to your advantage and take them off guard.
Really hyped for this one!!
I haven't played this one before, so I'm looking forward to a few exploration runs to find a strategy before going for the kill.
August 19: The Chameleon (Year 2)
It’s time to find your best "oops that wasn’t me" skills – because you’re going to need them for this Elusive Target. The Chameleon is back in Colorado, where you’ll need to identify him and make sure the entire thing looks like an accident.
Happy for everyone who needs another chance to unlock the Colorado suit!
New Challenge
We’ve added a new challenge with a beautiful new unlock on the Dartmoor Garden Show. And it’s one the florist will envy you for. Come prepared to the Garden Show, with this beautifully floral decorated, silenced handgun. If death was on show, this would surely be the winner.
The Floral Baller will be yours to unlock on August 11th on the Dartmoor Garden show. Free Starter Pack Players will be able to experience the Garden show starting August 11th and through August 31.

Location Rotation
An abandoned apricot farm in Colorado is your next destination on our free location rotation. With the Rocky Mountains as the backdrop, this hostile location is a front for a militia training camp – and it’s a tough one, so bring your A-game. HITMAN 3 owners and Free Starter Pack players can enjoy this location for 10 days, starting on August 11.
Interesting choice to give FSP players Colorado, but not Bangkok!
Does this mean it's the last chance for anyone to ever obtain the Colorado suit? We know from a comment on the Hitman Forums that the other Colorado target won't be Year 2'd.
