been feeling mad rejection sensitive (or smthn similar) lately and i cant tell if its my upcoming period, or bc i tried adjusting my med schedule (per my doctor's rec) or if im just being all-around moody

I originally was going to have my Spamton plush with the ‘CRIMINAL’ sign but his head was too big and would make him fall

scene punk Rainbow Dash cosplayer passing by as I was strapping Reigen to my chest and saying I look amazing

people yelling ‘criminal!’ when seeing the Reigen plush

the two tabling that specifically said ‘Reigen in jail!’ (I bought a Mob pin from them)

the person who only took of photo of Reigen plushie, not me

migraine and forgot ibuprofen but Im so so strong and brave (my vision was going in and out all day)

seeing a golden guard Hunter cosplayer and we both pointed as a first reaction

another Hunter cosplayer who was a photographer so they asked for different poses

accidentally approached a table thinking the person was talking to me (they weren’t)

buying mp100 merch from a table and letting them know I was changing to Reigen later so they asked me to come back when I do

coming back and a lot of pointing and thumbs ups

being thankful I decided to bring two cosplays to switch between because wearing the coven scout cosplay meant 2-3 layers on my legs and I was melting

I walked HOW MUCH?

being in a different cosplay so it doesnt feel as weird circling the same tables over as I do

I even thought to myself earlier that day “I wish I had an uu-chan”

people that specifically took selfies with me rather than just me (I find it endearing)

someone complimented my cosplay then asked to punch my Reigen plushie whoever you are, I felt that punch in my hand, I hope you had a good day

my eyesight is bad, and the sun made seeing my phone harder, so I kept accidentally taking videos instead of photos

didn’t want to keep the cosplayer waiting though so I opted to just screencap the videos later

two at a table called my attention for my Reigen cosplay, said I was the only Reigen they saw I said “well there’s TWO here” and pointing/posing with the plush they lamented that their Mob pins sold out just before I arrived it’s the Mob pin I bought earlier too so I let them know I actually bought it before in a different cosplay the recognition at the Reigen plushie and yelling “Reigen in jail!!” “yes, but he’s been freed!” just some silly cheering about it

anyway shout-out to @warddraws because I think I’ll be using this Mob pin often

I really don’t know why I felt so self-conscious there cuz I thought the poster was hilarious??

also lamenting a beautiful MP100 print I saw that was sold out, and pretty Hanzo merch because I have enough Hanzo

watched people playing DDR and being impressed and afraid of ppl that are good at it

someone who was cosplaying Mob but changed before we met (which is still :() but called my cosplay ‘crisp’

scribbled down requests from my friends when waiting (reigen kicked out of walmart) (reigen as a coven scout)

HIIIII i have THOUGHTS AND FEELINGS about fandrew. and u can tell,. he's strange! hes weird! he doesn't really know how to interact w/ ppl so he just spouts out the first things that come to mind. if he does have something to say he thinks about beforehand he goes over it over and over in his head and still manages to mess it up. most of the other bots don't like him (fandroid is TERRIFIED of him after the box incident, bpo finds him annoying, he makes melody uncomfortable). but all he wants is to be loved. he wants to have attention and praise like fandroid! he wants to BE fandroid. i've compared him to a first draft and fandroid to the finished product, but i don't think that's metaphor. his Purpose was TO BE A PROTOTYPE. to be incomplete. he can't sing because ADHOC hadn't decided on the idea of a musical robot yet. his faces are all wacky because they're placeholders. he doesn't even have hands because why would a test drive need them? he was made to be thrown away and he KNOWS this and he HATES it. he's good at hiding it though. he might not be able to sing but he's a great actor. (get this man on stage!!!)

nd then enter 404. someone who knows his pain kind of sort of. was nice to him! instant win!!! so he follows 404 like a lost puppy in the rain because this is The First Guy Who UNDERSTANDS. and he gets to hurt fandroid too?!?!? #WIN in his book. Fandrew can drop the silly guy act around 404. this only makes 404 want to kill ppl more. a vicious cycle but by god do they care about each other. sorry for ranting in your inbox. i just think abt them a lot

NO YOURE LITERALLY SO RIGHT THOUGH?? Fandrew is so much more interesting when put through this kinda lense. i think it makes him a very sympathetic character, even if hes going through, like. a villian arc.

What really throws me off is how... civil he and fandroid were during stream 14. Like was it an uneasy truce, or is fandrew just trying to be nice to fool them? fandroid seems to have mostly stopped hating him (atleast out loud, because yknow. he wouldnt say he was terrified in front of the guy hes scared of)

but like during that end bit he does say "i always kinda thought you were cool!" (or something like that) while fandrew is "dying", so like what is their deal now

also apparently he Does try communicating with 404, considering the recent stream. Dunno what 404s opinion of his is yet but if its like your interpretation i think thatd be cool beans 👍 :]

An unpopular opinion:

im not even sure this is an unpopular opinion but. i dont give a shit about the good queer rep/bad queer rep arguments. its a 30+ year old series with the majority of the games coming out before 2010. none of these characters are gonna be handled well. i still think the canon/subtextually queer characters are really interesting, even if they fall prey to stereotypes or the whole "queer-coded villain" thing (or in the case of metal gear where a not insignificant amount of the villains are explicitly queer)

or the ppl who get upset that ocelot HAS to be gay. why do you care. if someone wants to make him bi, let them. it doesnt hurt you. hes still queer either way.

My canon OTP:

i would argue otasune is basically canon. they adopted a daughter together.

if thats not good enough, then bbkaz 👍 awful awful couple and theyre so funny about it. they even had sex under a box on the beach.

Non-canon OTP:

vkaz. insane premise for a ship and i love it so much. what if i thought you were my lost love and you look and sound and act just like him but when i realize ive been tricked i vow to kill him (not you, just him). i love him and therefore i love you (i do.), i hate him and therefore i hate you (do i?).

Most badass character:

jetstream sam. guy does all that with no cybernetic enhancements (aside from the one arm he had to have replaced). (he wears a sort of power suit instead, whereas all his teammates are full on insane robot bodies. underneath his suit is mostly flesh and bone.)

Pairing I am not a fan of:

rairose. i just dont get it.

Character I feel the writers screwed up (in one way or another):

ROSE AND NAOMI AND MERYL. they really dont know how to handle women 😭

feeling pretty okay lately 👍👍 lol one week it’ll b “ah i feel so lucky n happy” and then like a week or two later it’s “i wanna die” i’m so dramatic but ya... right now idk maybe cuz i’m kinda high but i’m feeling pretty positive and hopeful. i think things are going to get better but ofc not always gonna feel this great but in the end everything will be okay. i’ve been doing good w saving if i keep this up i’ll definitely be able to travel and still save for other adult shit lol. adult stuff. scary stuff. i literally have no idea what’s going to happen i’m just trying to take things day by day :| i don’t rly have a plan or anything and that kinda worries me lol and makes me feel not good but i kno i can figure things out as i go i’m doing okay now and have to make sure to take initiative bc i can’t just wait for things to happen. i got a snapchat memory from a year ago of my ex, my best friend, and i at a bar. that night was wild lol.
