I have to imagine that Venti would accidentally turn into his wisp form when super drained of power causing maintaining a form must take some form of effort, so imagine he's just getting bombarded with anemo slimes (the ban of my and my anemo teams' existence) or some other form of anemo immune enemy, and suddenly you just have a very fast wisp zip right into your pocket to be protected, peaking out every now and then to check if it's safe

He'd be a perfect backpack companion though, a pocket sized friend for your convenience, other than getting into fights with all your other floating companions that is, which will probably happen frequently... Though I can't imagine a 'fight' would be much more than him just bumping into the other at increasingly aggressive speeds, sending them both bouncing back

I truly wonder when the last time he was in that form was and if he struggled to adopt human mannerisms at first, I feel like he'd probably always assume he's lighter than he actually is and would get a large variety of injuries because if that—

My dying wish is to see wisp Venti in game at some point

Randy Random was kind enough to give Laursen an inspiration which enabled him to immediately recruit a prisoner. Finally, the jail is empty, and we're ready to meet our newest colonist!

Welcome to the colony, Duchess! Perhaps now we can finally set off towards the crashed ship.

Blackdragon and Duchess celebrating Duchess' recruitment in style, I see.

We also acquired a housekeeper cat who will henceforth be known as Cecil.

We were attacked by the mother of all spiders, but the situation was easily resolved. We have lots of skilled shooters in this colony.

And finally, poor little Bella got sick. Hopefully, Doctor Vasso can help her feel better quickly!

so basically- a month in, his chest had that restless feeling (for example, the feeling i get when im bracing for a tic). he felt shit moving in there, so, logically, he used the axe to peel it open :)

he coughs and shambles and is in pure agony all the time. he's so cold too.

if he met with henry, he'd probably force him to hold his fleshy, rotten face to feel some sort of warmth-

he also loves singing still.

he'll sing while hunting mike down... probably something from Mary's old records...

also. he can hear the ghosts. they don't stop bothering him. he HATES them.

bit of an animal abuse tw under the cut

he also got joy from tormenting critters in the saferoom. crushing maggots in his paws, throwing rats across the room... dissecting them, he liked feeling powerful. however, there were these rats he named after his childen... he let those ones crawl on him.

i am in love with the concept of ticklish!donatello. He's so gentle, he's so soft. Is it not perfect?

Hc he's most ticklish at the thighs-hips but actually just about anywhere will do.

If he knows someone is or is going to tickle him he'll laugh anyway. Psychologically ticklish if you will

And he's an easy target because he never gets mad. He secretly loves it, even though he can't stand them tickles

Nobody expects the tickle inquisition!! when they're too busy focusing on something else. When he does see it coming it's always just a little too late

Mean teasing is the only way to embarrass this boy.

Leo figured it out. If you tell him why he's being tickled, he feels lowkey guilty and almost like he deserves this??? he knows that's not true though and his head is conflicted and he gets rosy cheeks. Makes the tickles somehow worse. honestly? too pure

makes him feel special <3

Raph used to tickle him all the time as kids. They both loved it

(he still does. in fact, though it's rarer it's still almost a common occurrence. A poke to Don's side making him giggle never fails to get Raph smiling)

Kinda helps him come out his shell (LOL) and stop thinking for a bit

Has so many different kinds of laughs. Always starts with giggles, but will progress to squawks, squeals and snorts as duration and intensity increases. Short periods of pealing then silent laughter, followed by a complete and very vocal mental breakdown

THE BUILDING AIN'T BIG ENOUGH - there is no limit to this boy's ticklishness. Also he can take SO MUCH. He'll let you know politely when he's had enough (i.e. it'll be when he's tired out)

His brothers can tell by his tone whether he means "stop it tickles" or "stop i want to get up". A v important distinction!

Actually I hc that once when they were small kids Raph was tickling him silly and when he cried "Stop!!" Raph, being a good big brother did, and Donnie had absent-mindedly complained "you didn't have to stop that soon". NOT realising that Raph would take that request very seriously indeed, and hold it against him forever

Bonus

In a tickle fight, he knows he could be an easy target, so deflects deflects deflects. Tries to keep focus on the others.

He's a sweet guy but we all know he can be absolutely ruthless when he wants to

*cough* Honeycutt's head *cough*

Knows the best tickle spots on everyone

Loves to be surrounded by the laughter of people he loves

Not the best 'ler tbh but is invaluable in a supporting role

Doesn't instigate because he's just... Don

Also knows if he did he'd be just asking to be tickled to a near death experience

Basically he's just really fkn ticklish and can't help it and it's so perfect for him <3

What...? Orange has become a cat!

I missed Cat Day by one day but I still wanted to draw my lovable little boy as a lovable little kitty, and this was the result.

Mini story for the drawing (don't worry this won't be in any fanfics so you don't have to worry about anything with that, this is just for fun). He's embarrassed and confused at the same time as to why he's a cat and also as to why Thunderheart wanted him to pose like this (because yeah, it was Thunderheart that got the biggest kick out of teasing him for this...she IS a mouse Pokémon so it makes sense). Thunderheart had Diamond take a picture and Diamond sent it to the others, embarrassing poor Orange even more, but it was all in good fun, just the kids being kids.

Now about the drawing itself...I turned Orange into a true human/cat hybrid, as he has no human ears, only cat ears, and the cat ears come up from where his human ears would be...and he also has actual paws for hands and feet, as well as cat eyes, slit pupils and all. His tail is supposed to be twitching to show his discomfort and annoyance at being forced to do the "Nya" pose. He's three seconds away from bringing out his sharp claws because he's so embarrassed it's killing him inside and it's making him want to attack something (he will go ham on the furniture and stuff in his house after this XD). He also has his long sleeves this time around because it's winter and it's cold. Why did I make him super catlike in this drawing...? Well, because, if you've read my fanfics, you'll know that Orange is kinda sorta feral. He reverts to primal instinct often in times of distress and he's much more comfortable around Pokémon than he is with people, even mimicking Pokémon behaviors often as well. So I figured making him super catlike in this drawing would be fitting for his character.

I hope you all like this drawing! I had fun drawing it, and I'm not sure if I'll digitize it yet but if I do, I'll definitely post the finished product of that!
