devastated myself with thoughts of arthur, gwen and merlin raising a little girl as heir to the throne. you know gwen would be so excited when she met her, and she'd be such a good mother i literally can't think about it too much or i'll die but she'd teach her how to be kind and compassionate but never ever take anyone's shit. and arthur. well arthur's scared at first because he doesn't really get girls (or that's what he hides behind when actually he's just terrified he doesn't know how to be a father) like morgana could swordfight but she was still what he considered "girly", so what does that mean? but he loves her desperately, she's his pride and joy, so of course he gets the blacksmith to make her a little sword for her tiny hands and starts teaching her how to fight. maybe it ends in silly games half the time because she's just a kid and arthur never really got to be one but it's fun and it's perfect and it's happy. merlin watches from the sidelines fond and proud and so full of love he can barely breathe with it. when she gets a little older arthur starts letting her train with the knights so she can learn different fighting styles and they all let her win when she starts looking tired and they die very dramatic deaths just to make her giggle. and merlin. merlin would quite literally make mountains fall to make that little girl happy. he performs every trick she asks and takes her to meet aithusa at least once a week and maybe even teaches her a spell or two. and arthur watches this from the sidelines so fond and proud and full of love that he aches and he wonders how he ever thought this was evil - how he ever thought merlin wasn't this man who would conjure butterflies with the snap of his fingers just to see a little girl smile. and do you see it? how the power throuple of camelot becomes The parenting unit of all time?

Upon stumbling across the concept art of miles' sketchbook in my feed. The studies on gwen's form in dance got me wondering if miles had sat in or caught a glimpse of gwen in dance class. Orrrr... homeboi spent some of his vacant hours making these poses up and thinking about her.

When Miles needed help Hobie taught him.

When Miles was being hunted Hobie didn't.

When Gwen needed to help/save Miles Hobie made that possible.

When Gwen knew things that she should have told Miles she did not tell him.

Hobie is the encouragement king although he probably doesn't like the monarchy so I'll just call him an icon

Gwen really just kissed Merlin on the mouth and he still was like huh what a nice friendly gesture

MJ and Gwen Stacy getting married to each other, and Peter’s happy for them, but at the same time he feels sad and lonely with both of his exes having moved on and finding happiness with each other while he’s still single and feels like his friend group is leaving him behind

So some of the other heroes, who don’t know his identity or who his exes are, are just comforting him like “just don’t think about it buddy!” while the wedding pictures are everywhere, like the billboard right next to them, and everyone’s talking about it because MJ is really famous so it’s a huge event

The fact that all Gwen knows about her variants in other universes is that they're dead is so sad. Like imagine you want to know what happens to you in other dimensions and it turns out that wherever you look you mean nothing, you're so unimportant that there's no bigger role for you other than dying.

And I've seen you guys pointing this out, where she's looking at what looks like her own death and even if it's not this is not just a "love interest" Gwen, this is a superhero who is supposed to mean something, but she doesn't. She's only here to die. And so far this (our) Gwen doesn't have any reason to believe that she won't die very soon just like other Gwens.

I think that one of the main reasons why she's rejecting Miles is not just her trauma and all shit she's been through and the fear of dying like other Gwens when they're involved with Spider-Man, but also because if they start something and she dies this will hurt him too.

It's easy to say "canon events aren't true she shouldn't believe in that" but this isn't just a regular risk, this is her life we're talking about.
