PB & Jelly (Lucio x reader)

This is my first oneshot of this QWQ so please bare with me on how it turns out now if u excuse me i'm gonna go cry in the corner as u read this lmao *cries in corner *

Lucio's P.O.V

I was walking through the palace board out of my mind thinking of what I should do with my free time since I had no Count duties at the moment till an idea hit me, I remembered that (Y/N) was having company over and I knew exactly who they were with to, none other then the magician Asra. I immediately rushed over to where (Y/N) was located at which was the tea room, as I was walking I had a devilish idea. I'm going to flirt with my beloved (Y/N) just to make Asra mad and jealous. It was about a month or two when I found out that Asra had a crush on my Beloved I was mad and a bit jealous at first but now i'm ok with it because it's fun to tease him especially when he very well knows that (Y/N) is mine and will always be mine. It's basically the only entertainment I get when he's here.

When I walked into the tea room the smell of tea and cookies wafted through the air. The further I walked into the tea room I took in the scenery, in the corner of the room was a beautiful harp which I don't know why was there I don't even know how to play, As I continued on into the room I saw Asra sitting next to (Y/N) on a pure white couch with a few golden trims at the ends and in front of them was a white table with the same design of the couch and upon the table was a vase holding a plant of sorts when I returned my gaze to (Y/N) and Asra I saw that he started getting a bit too close to them, I walked over and sat in between the two wrapping my arm around my beloved pulling them closer to my chest.

(Y/N)'s P.O.V

I was in the middle of talking to my friend Asra about all the places he's been to in the last 3 weeks and it was intriguing, it got me to thinking "what if I left and traveled like Asra does" I sighed, as I was thinking to myself I didn't notice that Asra had moved a bit closer to me. It was probably just in my head so I shrugged it off and continued our conversation till the doors to the tea room slammed open and standing in the door was none other than my boyfriend Lucio who must've noticed how close Asra and I were sitting together because when he walked in he sat in between us wrapping his arm around me pulling me closer to his chest, I let out a small laugh kissing his cheek as I snuggled into his chest, what I didn't notice was Asra glaring at Lucio for interrupting our conversation or it could be because Asra was hoping to get some alone time with me probably has to do with him having a crush on me he doesn't know that I know and I plan on keeping it that way. I think it's cute when he gets jealous but it's even cuter when Lucio acts all protective around me.

Asra's P.O.V

I was enjoying my alone time with (Y/N) and was about to tell them how I really felt till I was rudely interrupted by Lucio him self I don't even know what (Y/N) sees in him he's nothing but a selfish idiot who only cares about himself it just makes my blood boil when I see him around (Y/N). Why couldn't they pick me.. Is it because I'm always out on my adventures? Am I not good enough for them... I sighed and didn't realize that Lucio had already sat in between (Y/N) and I and was already being cuddly with her I let out a low growl as I pushed myself up and off the couch, I nearly wanted to punch him right in the jaw but I refrained myself from doing so. So instead I decided to give him a piece of my mind. "Lucio! Why do you intend on ruining our alone time?!"

As I was speaking Lucio was flirting with (Y/N).

"My dear (Y/N) i'd never play hide n seek with you because someone like you is impossible to find." He picked up their hand and laid a trail of kisses all along their arm and on their knuckles. My eyes started twitching as I started getting a bit upset, especially the fact that he was flirting with her in front of me. I knew he was doing it to make me jealous and well it's working and it's pissing me off.

Lucio's P.O.V

I looked over at Asra who looked red and it wasn't from blushing no he looked red with rage. I let a small smirk slip onto my lips knowing that my plan to make him jealous is working. I then looked over at my beloved again and gave them a rough yet passionate kiss on the lips which they happily accepted and kissed back when I pulled apart from (Y/N) I heard Asra speak up. "I know you're doing this on purpose Lucio! You're flirting with them and kissing them in front of me on purpose just so you can see me get enraged and jealous! You're a cruel person." Asra then gave me an intense glare as I pulled (Y/N) onto my lap holding her closer to my chest.

"I don't know what you're talking about. Can a man show affection to their beloved? Is that so wrong." I laid a small yet passionate kiss on (Y/N)'s neck.

(Y/N)'s P.O.V

I looked back at Lucio who had me on his lap and back at Asra who was red with rage I sighed watching my boyfriend and best friend bicker more and more, it happens basically every time when their in a room together or when I'm in the room as well because Lucio doesn't want me leaving him for Asra which won't happen because I love Lucio but I also don't like it when they argue over me. I don't mind the attention it was fun for a while but now it's just stupid and ridiculous. I was about to say something till the doors slammed open revealing my friend Portia who's a maid here in the palace. I looked at her confused seeing how she looks like she ran a marathon seeing how she's out of breath. "Hello Portia, is there something you need?" I tilted my head waiting for an answer.

She looked at me and nodded. "Ah yes.. I need Asra to come with me. The Countess is getting one of her headaches again." I frowned looking from Portia to Asra.

Asra sighed glaring at Lucio who still had his arms wrapped around me. "I'll be there in a second." Portia nodded as she left the room. "You're lucky that the countess needs me. But I will be back." I watched Asra walk out the door and towards where the countess was at.

I looked up at Lucio and giggled.

"Did you really have to do that to him?" I gave Lucio a small kiss on the check.

"What? I was bored and I was just giving him a bit of a reminder that you're mine and mine only." He then wrapped his arms around me tighter, refusing to let me out of his grasp. I giggled, "Aw Lucio you know very well that my heart belongs to you and you alone." He gave me a small smile as he rested his chin upon my head. I smiled back as I snuggled into his chest, getting comfortable as we sat here enjoying each other's company.

Percy and Oliver were each others only roommates for seven years because they had no gryffindor boys in their year (the war so kids died or were never born) and like they absolutely had something going on put Percy fell for Penny and they still had this weird thing and then Percy and Audrey happened and then the divorce and Percy and Oliver were still friends and then became even closer and still ha this thing which just like turned into them being married even if they didn’t realize it at first

First of all it took me forever to confirm that Oliver and Percy were the same age. It seems like they are, I remember that in GoF Oliver had been put on the National Quidditch League Reserve while Percy had JUST started working for Barty Crouch. Okay yes, they’re the same age NOW, please forgive my following Perciver rant! Because I have some THOUGHTS!

So I never even considered they might be the ONLY boys in their room, but I love it so much wow! But here’s my canon of their relationship: Oliver is gay, Percy is bisexual, but Oliver was more comfortable with his sexuality. Percy went through a lot of anxiety about his sexuality, mixed with his stress at trying to be perfect. I mean why else would he take 12 OWLs? He’s trying to be everything for his family, for his mum, prove that he’s as good as Bill and Charlie, but he doesn’t take any time for himself. He focuses so much on being perfect that he doesn’t realize it’s practically killing him.

Oliver is way more laid back and chill, he’s very calm, and Percy would probably take a lot of comfort from Oliver being there. I definitely see them NOT getting along at first, because Percy is all neat and put together, he probably folds his socks, meanwhile Oliver is the kind of guy to sleep on top of the blankets and throw his clothes and books all over the floor. Percy would want to strangle him most days, but after mmmmaybe halfway through their second year? Percy starts to get used to Oliver, even looks forward to seeing him at school.

Percy tutors Oliver in some subjects, probably helps him pass his OWLs and NEWTs even, and Oliver teaches Percy to let loose a bit. I think Percy would immediately stiff up and go back to his usual self around his family/siblings, because he thinks he NEEDS to. He thinks he’s required to be the adult, he thinks he needs to be another parents. Probably because of Molly always going “why can’t you be more like percy” or “percy i’m glad you’re so easy, not like your trouble making brothers” or something like that.

Around Oliver he can be genuinely himself, and I can see Oliver offering to give him flying lessons (though Percy suuuuuucks at flying and that is funny to me).

Anyway, Oliver has always known how he felt about Percy, but Percy never really came to terms with it (though he definitely felt the same way, he couldn’t fully accept it). He’s definitely attracted to Oliver in every way, but he also likes girls, and it’s confusing to him because he’s never been educated about bisexuality, so he thinks there might be something wrong with him.

I think Oliver was his first kiss, but I also thing Percy completely rejected the fact he enjoyed it. I think when Ginny wasn’t herself (when she was possessed by Tom Riddle), he cried like a baby and was stressed beyond belief, to the point of not sleeping, so Oliver would lie in bed with him and let him vent. Even though Percy would never confide in anyone else, not even Charlie or Bill, he could always talk to Oliver.

Then they kissed, probablyyyyy at the end of their fourth year, and that’s when things get awkward between them. Percy doesn’t respond to any of Oliver’s letters over the summer, he starts seeing Penelope Clearwater, Oliver is heartbroken but “it was just a kiss anyway, it didn’t mean anything”. He says he’s happy for Percy, and Percy is angry because part of him unconsciously was hoping Oliver would fight him on it, say he should break up with Penelope and date him instead (Percy secretly wants Oliver to fight for him, yknow?).

Remember that’s the year Percy starts getting a “big head”, but I headcanon it’s because that’s the year he really starts being at odds with Oliver, and starts struggling so much with his sexuality as well as his studies, the stress to be everything. When he graduates he doesn’t think he’ll see Oliver again and it crushes him, so he buries himself in his work to the point of being near impossible for his family to deal with. He’s not pompous, he’s just hiding his grief and confusion by trying to succeed and gain the approval of the family he loves so FUCKING much.

And when he has his fight with Arthur and walks out, that’s it, that’s the final nail in the coffin. He stops thinking, really. Stops caring. Just goes through the motions and tries to survive, even though he doesn’t know why he’s working at the Ministry anymore. He doesn’t remember what his ambitions are anymore. He doesn’t remember why he’s supposed to care so much. He broke up with Penelope years ago, so what is he even DOING anymore?

At the Battle of Hogwarts, he runs into Oliver again after YEARS of not speaking, and Oliver is older now and super handsome and Percy is flustered but he can’t pay attention because he’s fighting Death Eaters. Then Fred is killed and Percy is beyond devastated. He turns entirely hollow, and when the war is over he just sits outside where it’s quiet and he stares out at the wreckage and ruins of the battle.

Oliver sits down with him and they’re alone, and they talk, and they talk about Fred, and Percy cries, and for a moment they both think there’s something, maybe, but then Percy gets swept back into the crowd of his family, and there’s no more time to think about maybes, because there’s so much to do.

Percy stays in the Ministry under Kingsley, because he wants to make things right, but he doesn’t enjoy it. He hates the work, it’s stagnant and boring and eating at him day by day. He meets Audrey after a few years (after everyone else has gotten married and had kids). They get along, they like being around each other, Molly makes a quip about Percy not being married yet, so Percy proposes to Audrey and they get married (because that’s what’s expected of him, right?).

The bit of life he feels when he gets married doesn’t last. Oliver isn’t invited to the wedding of course, though George asks Percy if he should send and invitation. Percy says no, and he feels guilty and uncomfortable. Doesn’t know why.

Molly is born first. Lucy is born shortly after. Percy is so focused on his girls that he starts to neglect his wife. He does it unconsciously, avoiding her and not meeting Audrey’s eye. He makes an offhand note about wanting to be a stay at home dad when Lucy is a few months old, and Audrey goes off. It’s a huge fight, and Audrey storms out. They divorce a few months later, and after that, for a while, Percy is a single dad working full time at the Ministry to take care of his tiny daughters.

He runs into Oliver by chance. I think it would be cute if they met at the Quidditch store in Diagon Alley. Percy is getting something for Ginny’s birthday, Oliver is picking something up for himself (he’s single and still playing Quidditch professionally, he’s very accomplished and successful). They hit it off like old friends who’d never stopped talking, they start hanging out more, Oliver takes to the girls immediately and the girls absolutely ADORE Oliver (Lucy especially has a special bond with him).

They don’t start dating till a few months later, and after that they date for several years. Oliver moves in with Percy and the girls, and they get married when Lucy is five. Percy FINALLY quits his job at the Ministry, Oliver retires from Quidditch and takes over Ludo Bagman’s job at the Ministry. Percy goes to therapy once a week and Oliver is insanely supportive and loving. It takes Molly a bit of time to accept that Percy is marrying a man, but Oliver is so charming, and Percy has never, ever, in his entire life, been so happy QwQ

Percy Weasley marries Oliver Wood who encourages him to quit a toxic job and become a stay at home dad while Oliver takes over as breadwinner because Percy has been through so fucking much and Oliver just wants the chance to take care of him and he does. He does take care of him. And their two precious daughters as well.

Sturges:

absolute sweetheart and gentleman for sole! he doesn’t even have to try, it’s just a part of his personality.

he is naturally shy with his crush with sole and tends to pull himself away from the idea that maybe they might have a chance together someday. he feels as if he isn’t on her level but tries his best to stay positive, realizing it wouldn’t hurt to at least try.

the more he falls in love with her, the more his actions become vivid and constant to the point where it’s painfully obvious that he harbors feelings.

he does everything and anything he can for her- her back is hurting? he’d be replacing her mattress in no time without complaint. her weapon needs some modding? leave it to sturges to go above and beyond.

sturges has personalized nicknames strictly meant for her and only her - sweetie, darling, sweet pea. he calls out her name only on more serious and tender moments.

is usually the first one to approach sole once she arrives back at sanctuary and follows her around like a lost puppy wanting attention. he can’t help it, he’s been thinking about her from the second she stepped foot into the wasteland till the moment she returned.

sturges respects soles boundaries and refuses to initiate any contact without permission. instead, he shows his admiration for her through compliments, such as commenting on how beautiful she looks or how much of a good person she is.

speaks to mama murphy a lot about her and is very vocal about it. she’s the only one he could really express his feelings to. he talks about her like she’s the universe and everything in it; “ain’t she amazin’, mama? never in my darn life have i met a lady quite like her.” luckily, mama murphy is willing to listen and is happy sturges chose someone like sole.

he’s probably gotten into accidents more than once staring at sole for one minute too long and putting all his attention on her instead of his project. he doesn’t mind though, he doesn’t get to see her very often after all.

though he knows sole is more than capable of taking care of herself in the wasteland, he can’t help but stop her before she takes off. he squeezes her arm or shoulder gently before speaking; “stay safe out there, please. wouldn’t want anythin’ happenin’ to you, sweetheart.”

Okay, but like-

Simarkus Cinderella AU?? Markus is Prince Charming?? Simon is Cinderella? Right???

I wrote a lot of random ideas for it under the cut, if anyone is interested owo

The Jericrew

Lucy can be the Fairy God Mother, North and Josh can be the not-so-wicked step-siblings of Simon (but not of each other just ‘cause I like Jorth- that’s another story, though)... They’re all old enough to run their household, so there’s no wicked step-mother, it’s just that their daily lives are pretty labor intensive, and they live in the country, far from the castle, and Simon dreams of seeing the castle, but the idea is probably a little too optimistic, and North and Josh try to get him to rationalize that possibility, so he doesn’t get his hopes crushed, but they all get invitations to the ball, and Simon’s hopes just get higher, and the other two are really hesitant to make him realize they don’t have the money to dress up and attend a ball, but Lucy comes in, and she does her magic because this man shouldn’t have to give up his dreams... And also Lucy in a beautiful, fairy outfit, man. qwq

Simon’s Dreams

...maybe he wants to go to the castle because he’s heard of the beautiful, castle gardens, and he loves gardening (even if North and Josh suggest it’s a tedious waste of time and tilled land that he could use on farming vegetables instead of flowers), so when he inevitably goes to the ball and meets Markus, it’s there, in the garden, as Markus has snuck away from the party--

Wicked Step-Brother

-- or rather, maybe Leo tried to trap Markus outside, away from the party, because he didn’t want Markus to find a suitor at the ball ‘cause then Markus would be king, and Carl will only be more proud of Markus and notice Leo less, and that makes Leo, sabotaging Markus’s romance opportunities (and ultimately helping him by locking Markus out of the castle and into the garden to meet Simon), the actual wicked step-sibling and it’s on the prince’s side in this AU, so that’s pretty rad, but we can also get a Leo redemption arc, especially since he kind of accidentally got Markus a suitor he likes anyways, and when he tries to thwart Markus’s plans to find Simon since Markus never learned Simon’s identity past his first name (which is pretty common), Markus has to confront him and finally figure out why Leo hates him so much, revealing Leo’s struggles and feelings, and Markus, the smooth prince he is, comforts Leo and gets him to join his efforts to find out who that dude he met in the gardens was, and on the way, his relationship with Leo improves...

King Carl

We know Carl can be alive in this AU, and he’s the king, but he gives Markus the, “One day, I won’t be able to take care of you, Markus” talk, and he wants Markus to get a significant other and be the next king, and Leo is bitter about it ‘cause his mom wasn’t a queen like Markus’s was, so he can’t be the heir (but he’s really just bitter ‘cause he thinks it’s what makes Carl favor Markus when really, it’s just kinda like the canon reasoning where Carl just feels like he failed Leo by not investing any time into his potential, so he has a hard time interacting with him without getting upset with himself for who Leo has become)... Of course, there will be a time for Carl and Leo to talk out their misunderstandings and repair their relationship as well, and Leo will agree that, seeing how Markus’s diplomacy brought him to something he could never have done- make up with his dad - Markus is probably the better king of the two of them anyway.

Happy Ending!

When Markus becomes king ‘cause he marries Simon, Simon can live in the castle and have North and Josh move in, too, or maybe those two are actually pretty content in the countryside, and they tell Simon he better visit and to bring Markus too, and they never have to work as hard again ‘cause Simon brings them resources and stuff a lot, even when they tell him not to... But if you ship Jorth, like me, maybe in their time spent alone on the country side, they, too, find romance uwu Alright, I’ll stop, but like, there’s potential here, right??

None of these thoughts were organized, but I tried to give them headers and have them make a little more sense. I was just watching A Cinderella Story, and I couldn’t help but think of this. Might have to make art of it later- I dunno, we’ll see. Regardless, if you read this, thank you?? And have a good day/evening/night!
