charlie's from the 60s he was an actor that played GL in a tv show but shit happened and hal gave him someone's ring and then the guardians gave him his own ring and sent him off to some random sector, and then he was kicking around in that random sector like UGH i HATE IT HERE everything is WEIRD and GROSS and then he saves an alien baby and realizes that life is universal and beautiful and maybe everything will be okay. Lmao if you think HE'S stuck up you should meet some of the other stars. I don;t think you'll ever see any others in my story but celestials, stars specifically, are nasty pieces of work. Librarian is weak and cowardly compared to them. They're all pompous and stuck up. Think they're better than everyone else. Barry is also smaller than most stars, being a red dwarf. He'd probably get massively insecure, moreso than he already is, and crank his snotty personality up to eleven
