WIP Wednesday
Here ya go...
Finally able to give Angel the attention he needs, he sits down with the spider who's holding up a book.
Husk takes it and Angel cuddles up close to him.
The book was ‘If you give a pig a pancake.’ One of Angel's favorite books.
Husk started to read quietly to him as Angel pointed at the pictures and kindly explained to Husk where the pig was in every picture…and everything else he can find.
“Pooh bear!” Angel pointed at a stuffed bear that was on a shelf in the book.
Husk nods. “Mhm. Yup.”
“An Eeyre!”
“And Eeyore.” Husk confirms.
“Duck!” Angel shouts.
“Where!?” Lucifer shouts.
“Yup, the pig has a rubber duck.” Husk tells Angel.
Lucifer nods, understanding now. He's read that book before, too many pig, not enough duck.
He lost all interest and he continued watching TV with Vaggie.
Husk reads on:
“When she's under your bed, she'll find your old tap shoes. She'll try them on, she'll probably need something special to wear with them.”
“Piggy put on shoes!” Angel tells Husk.
“Yes, she did.” Husk confirms.
“Silly.” Angel says.
“Very silly.” Husk nods.
“Piggies don welly wear shoes.” Angel says.
“Not normally.” Husk agrees.
Husk continues reading: “When she's all dressed, she'll ask for some music. You'll play your very best piano piece, and she'll start dancing.”
Angel gasps. “Kitty! Kitty!” Angel pulled a little on Husk's fur, not enough to hurt him, just enough to get his attention.
“It's Husk, Angel. Not kitty. Husk.” He corrects. “Can you say Husk?” He asks. “Or Husker?”
Angel blinks twice and decides to ignore the question. “...Kitty, sunflower!” He shouts.
Husk sighs. “Yes, there's a sunflower on her sweater. Good job.” sounding a bit annoyed with the spider, but he didn't notice.
Angel only giggles happily, so proud of himself.
After the book was done, Angel wanted to play with blocks, so Husk pulled some out for him to play with under the condition that he doesn't make a mess and that he plays carefully.
Probably expecting too much from him, but he can try.
It started to rain outside, so Husk called the girls back in.
And they ran inside…
Covered in mud, which they got all over the floor.
“How- how did you three get so muddy!? How long has it been raining?!” Husk asks in shock.
The three of them are covered head to foot in mud, it only began raining two seconds ago.
Charlie responds enthusiastically. “Oh, it's not from the rain, we made our own mud using the hose!”
Husk takes a deep breath.
It's fine. He can handle this…
Then suddenly, Husk hears a loud 'crash!'
Lucifer defends himself. “It wasn't me!”
The loud noise upsets poor Vaggie who starts bawling her little eyes out.
Husk walks over to try and comfort Vaggie when he sees Angel is not with his blocks anymore. “Where's Angel?”
Lucifer shrugs.
Niffty giggles happily as she starts climbing up on the couch-
Husk snaps. “Niffty, off the couch!”
Niffty's eyes fill up with tears now…
“Niffty, wait. Please don-”
Niffty starts crying loudly, which upsets Alastor, who starts making his loud buzzing-static-y sound.
Shit.
All the other littles scream while covering their ears- completely unhelpful!
“Okay- fuck- Stop!” Husk shouts, which happily shuts most of them up. He tried to keep his composure and not shout at the kids but-
It was just too much!
Possum: This one shouldn't take too long to come out, I don't think. It'll be a fun one for sure.

Caregiver Rosie Headcanons (Hazbin Hotel)
Heads up: this show contains death, violence, swearing, sexual assault, and various forms of depravity.
Rosie can spot a regressor a mile away, and she’ll start nurturing you before she even knows your name. It might be a little off-putting, but she has good intentions.
She loves to baby the absolute dickens out of you. No matter how old you are, she’s constantly pinching your cheeks and cooing about how adorable you are.
(And any argument about how you’re too old for that kind of thing is met with a cheerful hand wave. “Oh sugar, you’ll always be my baby, however big you get.”)
There’s all kinds of creepy confections at her store, and she’s happy to let you try them… but she’s also completely willing to make you more normal food. “It’s an acquired taste, sweetie, no big deal.”
She loves to dress you up in old fashioned outfits, and she goes on for hours about how darling you look.
She is GREAT with helping you work through big feelings. She’s a wonderful listener and always gives helpful advice.
She’s always watching for things she thinks you’ll like. Maybe she surprises you with a new toy, or maybe she points out a cool bug on the ground. She just likes seeing you excited.
If you like tea parties, Rosie is your gal. She’ll set out her best tea service, make all kinds of tasty snacks, and bring plenty of gossip to the table.
She’s a very hands-on person, constantly wanting to hug you or hold your hand or fuss with your hair. (And if you don’t like physical contact, she’ll respect that, but she’ll also try to find forms of touch you’re comfortable with. Maybe gentle tugs on your sleeve, or holding hands with a plushie? She’ll find something that works!)
She is very firm about rules and has absolutely no qualms about sending you to timeout. Don’t bother with the puppy eyes; she’s completely immune.

【☆】 Vaggie will fall asleep only to wake up with one of Charlie's stuffies in her arms (the mystery continues as to who dunnit)
【☆】 They don't like it when they separate no matter the headspace but when Charlie is regressed, it doubles
【☆】 Charlie tries to eat sweets before snack time and Vaggie will not let that slide
【☆】 Charlie is a cuddler and can often be seen clinging onto Vaggie like a koala backpack (Vaggie came up with the idea)
【☆】 Once Vaggie grew her wings back she'll take Charlie on flying rides as a treat on nice days

A/n: THANK YOU for this anons. 💖💖💖
Lucifer is a very clingy caregiver. Sometimes you think he needs you more than you need him.
He’s also extremely protective and anxious. Will not let you go near anything remotely dangerous. He also doesn’t really trust other people to be around you much when you’re little, except maybe Charlie.
You’re his little baby and he just wants to make sure you’re always safe. :)
He does not do well with littles who misbehave or cause trouble often, mainly because he just doesn’t know what to do and it makes him super anxious and overwhelmed. Like he doesn’t want to punish you but also PLEASE stop coloring on important documents, it IS getting on his nerves. 😭
Not very stern or strict. He feels bad. He doesn’t have a specific bedtime, but makes you go to bed whenever he goes to bed. So you two can cuddle. You’re usually really sleepy by then, anyways, if you’re still awake.
He LOVES to spoil you, oh my gods. He gives you so many toys and so many little gifts. He just loves you so much.
He will cry if you get him anything. Like he feels so loved and appreciated and he’s not used to it.
One time, you made matching Kandi bracelets that said “Daddy” for him and “Apple” for you (because he calls you Apple a lot) and he literally started crying. He hugged you so tightly you swore one of your ribs broke.
He likes picking you up, especially if you’re a baby or toddler regressor. Does not matter if you’re taller than him, YOU ARE BABY. 😡😡😡
If you like pacis, he gives you little paci kisses. He just loves you so much and wants to kiss you. :(
Like I said, he is very clingy. You will be in his lap or holding his hand at all times. Doesn’t matter what he’s doing. You are baby. You will stay. 😡
If anybody dared say anything about your age regression…they would get what was coming. I mean…c’mon…how stupid do you have to be to be disrespectful to the king of hell?! (AHEM…Alastor…)

you think husk would watch supernanny for some parent tips only to get super invested in Jo absolutley slamming on the parents and being like "you go tell em, Jo!" as she tells a parent that they're awful rasing kids

To be honest, I could definitely see Husk watching it for that reason at first, but continuing to watch it purely for entertainment purposes and less the advice.
Personally, I like watching the show on occasion, but I'm not the biggest fan of the authoritative parenting style. Just my personal opinion.
I can see him using some of her methods from time to time, but most of it wouldn't really work with Angel.
It would just make the spider feel bad.
Though I definitely see Husk being stricter than say- Charlie or Cherri. I don't think Angel would benefit from being ignored when he's crying or when he's put in a time out. And Husk wouldn't be that cruel.
Every kiddo is different, and though some kids would be fine with most of her techniques but Angel responds better with positive reinforcement and strict boundaries.
He doesn't let Angel just get away with everything. There's still discipline. He just focuses more on helping Angel learn boundaries and healing his inner child than teaching him to be a "perfect kid."
He doesn't want Angel to think that he needs to make Husk happy or else he gets in trouble. He wants Angel to learn that he is loved no matter what he does and teach him to work on being his best self for himself, not for anyone else.
Long rant. I apologize.

He would definitely criticize the parents in the show and cheer on Jo like it's some type of sports channel.
