Morning at the Tuawha household. Looks like it's gonna be a sunny day.

And Luma's pottery-ing gets interrupted by baby bump #2

Miretsi visits. Awhina's a popular baby.

A lot of people drop by here. It keeps things interesting.

But so do birthdays! Wuruhi's aging up

Lookin good!

But that's not all! as far as aging up goes I mean

Whee, Awhina grew! She looks A LOT like her mom, and is Insane just like her too lol

Tomu and Wuruhi still like to draw together. Wuruhi notices that it's easier to master the technique now that she has longer and stronger fingers

As an artist herself, Luma is happy to see her children taking to the craft

Meanwhile, Awhina is slowly working towards taking her first steps. As a lifelong walker himself, Tapu is thrilled to see his daughter taking to the activity

Awhina is also excited about eating solid foods. Very excited.

The bedroom is filling up. There are now five sims to this 6x3 bedroom, we'll se how many more we can manage to squeeze in here, especially if Luma gets that want for 10 children fulfilled..

Miharo has to help out with baby Awhina as Luma's still not feeling well. Her bf Aworan finds the little one very cute.

Tuawha household now... I still really like these guys

Miharo had to spend the hot hours of the day inside to recover from a bad heatstroke, but it's all healed up by the the evening when her fave guy Aworan drops by

Little Wuruhi, snoozing while watched over by the family kitty Luna :3

The next minute a howl of pain rings through the dark night

the baby approacheth!

The Tuawhas welcome another daughter, and name her Awhina

predictably, the tiny bundle is barely dry outta the womb before Luma rolls this want:

Para would love a cat, but currently this household is so full it's getting stressful trying to micromanage everyone tbh

Although having a number of kids stuck in bed with flu at all times helps a bit :P

Also, older children are easier on the micromanager than the olde more independent ones, so Nui's birthday is very welcome

But, wait, there's more!

Just as simalteneously, oldest kid Para grows all the way out of even being a kid at all

and into not her style at all!

Nui gets the fortune aspiration with only skill-based opinions on prospective romantic partners, and both sisters grew up feeling great so that's great

And their barely makeover-ed looks. We're about to transition into the Roman era (y'all don't understand how hyped I am for that) and I expect these will need new looks for that

and I forgot to roll Nui's preference for the longest time but through the magic of hindsight here it is now

Late night dinner with a couple relations... we're being quiet because most of the family is sleeping

And the next morning is the last morning of our time with these folks for a while

The youths have uncle Tapu over for breakfast

Tuarua household, round 12 part 2

New pup Ocker outgrew pupdom

And decided to make an enemy for life :(

Time flies with this household

and it's time for birth all of a sudden

What is with everyone already having had twins having to be having twins this round, i've had it

And while Pua goes to give the one he's holding a wash or some shit, Lorea puts the other one in the sand to die from death from childbirth mod, as if my day couldn't get any worse

Well. That's a new house.

And a different, more exciting-looking new house behind it there. We'll be seeing more of it later.

Anyway yeah hello and welcome to the Akoko household! Now moved to a new and improved house made out of real molded and sun-baked clay, rather than the ol' sticks and reeds. It's the new way of things.

Here we see Suyana with baby Pataki. She's expecting again for the sixth and final time. She won't be aging into elderhood this round, but only just. Behind them, eldest child Aworan checks out the new garden.

Cat power couple DD and Diddy came along, of course

As did the Akoko goats :) and the children are now in school, with all the opportunity that brings

This family is plebeian, so we aren't seeing much grandeur yet, but I'm really feeling the upgrade the new house is. Oorun, too, is glad his littlest child will grow up in this relative luxury.

He even finds motivation to be even more of a breadwinner, as he's allowed to now. His choice of career is a surprise to his wife, he was always the serious one of the two (he has 4 points on the serious-playful scale, she has 7). But then he does have the Insane trait. And the "Become Rock Star" LTW. So it kind of tracks.

Stuck at home, Suyana spends what free time she can find in between caring for the goats, crops and baby by entertaining friends and family. Her sister Mayu is actually Empress now I guess, so though the family ain't rich, they're not without powerful connections. But like, who isn't in this hood at this point lol. And Mayu and Harikoa's niece Aroha, also visiting, actually works for them at the palace now.

That evening, Ibukun checks on his baby bro

to find that he's rapidly becoming a lil less of a baby. Or more of one, depending how you look at it. A bigger one, anyway. He grew!

And what a sweet lil guy he is now!

Keji household, round 13 part one. Sanma spends most of her time weeding the garden, Oye and Ori spend theirs being my nightmares, and their cat Dudders is basically just around

Their cousin Para likes to visit because there's tons of tiny babies here. Here she's holding Rawakore, one of the youngests. That's right, here we have twin toddlers AND twin babies. Joyy..

And their mama Orotika is raising them all by herself, so helpful nieces and other relatives are very appreciated.

Though some, like her bro Harikoa here, are just too busy being hawt to help

Ori to the rescue! While he's kept busi with uncle Hari, Tika can grab a bite to eat.

Keeping the crops happy is a lot of work, so mama needs to give Sanma a hand every once in a while as well

But that's about to change, as the toddlers are growing finally!

Yay! They look so cute and a lot like their poor dad (RIP Ife)

lmao I got you! it's only Miharo Tuatoru, a sim who Loves To Swim.

Uncle Tapu and aunt Luma won't let her swim too far from land, but otherwise they encourage her healthy hobby

not least because it gets her out of the house so they can pursue their, uh, hobby

Hi and welcome to round 12: Tuawha segment! Part one. I've honestly missed these guys. It's wild how chill it is to play a reasonably sized household now.

Tapu welcomes new puppy Tipper to the family. His visiting niece Moemoea looks less than impressed.

That evening, baby boy Tomuritanga grows

And so does Miharo!

She did this thing a few times where she tilts her head to the right slightly while looking at people or stuff? so to me that's part of her personality now.

Tommy's doing great with learning all his toddler skills and stuff

and that's a good thing because he's about to not be the littlest family member anymore!

Time to go see the Tuarua household at beachview hut. Here's Lorea with baby Teina, the youngest.

Who is due to enter toddlerhood that very same evening! Though her smelly dad tries to make it about him

These fools don't know it, but fights are deadly in this challenge, so I'm already sad

Inti moves straight on to drinking coconuts like she didn't even just kind of kill someone, but Puawai and Elewá were good friends and he is devastated. To the point where Elewá's actual brother Didan is annoyed with him crying too loudly

morning of round 12, Tuatahi household part 3. Aworan drops by to meet his littlest cousins Awatea and Manawataki

Moar cousin visit

Also! Moemoa ran into Aitor Lehenik whom she has triple bolts with and a want for a date, so guess what we're doing now

Aitor is a total grouch but he warms up to Moea's charms like nobody's business

Date successful.

Back home, Para and Eallin are besties, Awatea wakes from her nap and Hari and Mayu embarrass us all

Manawataki grows into a lil evil dummy

And Awatea grows into a lil fisherwoman. She kinda has resting "something smells" face

Beach time. Wahi tries her hand at freestylin

I promise Egun isn't planning a mass murder, he's a good kid

short part 3 with the Ketas, featuring shenanigans. Yeah it looks weird because height disparity, but Imole just threw her entire self into Harikoa's arms... yeah they're both in open marriages but surely that's a little forward

Otia had puppies! They're very similar looking but Ocker's the one with the lighter grey snout

Harikoa agrees to take the puppies' grandma Mips off our hands, and even pays for the privilege

5 dogs is more than plenty for me. I'll probably get neighbors to take the puppies next round

Nifesi meets another uncle. She has a lot of them, even with 2 of them gone prematurely :P

Her parents, meanwhile, are... busy...

I do like the doggies make no mistake.

It is a mighty fine morning at the seaside dwelling, with clear skies and still waters. Ahoy matey!

Mini-parter this time, I ran out of images allowed per post or these would've gone in the last one. But I had to get these out there somehow, you know? Enjoy :)

Because I forgot to get Moea's gender preferences before, here they are now. She's straight, not that it makes much of a difference at the moment with no one dateable around

Wahi keeps rolling wants for peek-a-boo and I'm not here to stop anything that's cute.

Para and Moemoea, family/popularity and romance/knowledge sims respectively, while being besties, have very different ideas of what they want out of life. Para wants to have at least a dozen babies. Moea tries to relate, but it ain't easy.

That day aunt Inti visits and is able to meet all her littlest nieces.

With this many children, everyone has to help out. Moea is fine with it, for now

In other important news, Para gets to try out her dad's bongo drums. They're great!
