It's that special time once again, to show your heart and spread the love to all you care for~💕💝💕🤗And this year, I would like to take opportunity to dedicate my annual Valentine to my newest OTP, Smiling Critter DogDay x my OC, DeerDelight~🐶☀️💘🦋🦌 I was thinking what songs would fit their ship, and one that stood out to me the most, was one I've listened to ever since I finished college, back in 2008 - 'Hikaru Michi' a.k.a 'The Shining Road', which is the second closing theme to the well-known anime, Sonic X~🎶I remember seeing a music video years ago with tender moments between Sonic and Amy Rose from the show, and that was when inspiration struck~💡💗✍️ I decided to draw DogDay and DeerDelight in the same emotional reunion with Sonic and Amy, where he promised he would never leave her ;w; But instead of a rose, I chose forget-me-nots for DogDay to give to DeerDelight. The reason, is the meaning behind them - a symbol of true love and devotion, declaring love to another and representing a promise that you will always remember them~💝 Forget-me-nots are also considered a symbol of fidelity (loyalty) and faithfulness~🫶🏻 And this is what is happening between the two adorable critters right now. With DogDay declaring his love to DeerDelight (something she had always secretly hoped and wished for~🌟🙏🏻) and vowing that he will never ever forget her, and will always be with her by her side, no matter what...~🥹To which DeerDelight emotionally yet happily accepts, as they seal their love with a tender kiss and embrace~🐶☀️💕🦋🦌

To give the wholesome moment between DogDay and DeerDelight more feeling, I decided to add the last three sentences of the last verse of the song, both in Japanese and English, along with adding details of the shadowing and falling tears, which I have to say I'm really proud of~👍🏻😊✨ ‘Sigh...~’💕😌I am ever so pleased of how this precious piece turned out, just the way I imagined it to be and I really enjoyed working on it too~💓🥰 And a very💗💘💝~Happy Valentine’s Day 2024~💝💘💗to you too, my lovelies~! =^o^=🫂Hope you all like as well, have a lovely day and spread the love~!💞🫶🏻💕😍💕🫶🏻💞xoxo.

Okay, pensaba subir otro dibujo pero no lo he terminado, así que decidí publicar este dibujo de mi otp, porque no hay nada mejor que dibujar tus ships favoritos por San Valentin! jeje

Lo hice en un estilo que mas o menos trate de mular de los dibujos de los años 2000s, no me quedo muy bien pero bueno,la intención allí estuvo :,)

Luis looked at the little box that Aoba gave him when the librarian was in his restaurant

Luis looked at the simple card and Valentine gifted to him by his friend, Aoba. Giving a slight chuckle, he bit into the cupcake, which was very sweet and good. Truthfully, Luis was never really into Valentine's. The whole concept of the holiday made little to no sense to him. Why did you only need one day out of the year to tell your betrothed how much they meant to you? Shouldn't you be doing that everyday? If you need one day to remind you to tell your significant other 'I love you', then shame on you.

...Still, it wouldn't behoove him to do something to thank Aoba for this. Finishing up his sweet treat, he dumped the wrapper in a nearby garbage can and headed to his kitchen.

A couple hours later...

Aoba looked as a package had arrived for him wrapped in blue and pink. Unwrapping, the young man's eyes grew wide at what was inside.

It was a Valentine's Day cake covered in blue icing with a short but neatly-written message to the blue-haired model. Along with it came a note that said,

'To Aoba,

May this day of love and kindness be a good one.

Sincerely,

Luis.'

Shisuta is not the only lady on received a valentine gift

Kisouna raised an eyebrow with light surprise when she saw certain journalist and that he had in hands

"hi Yuzairu-san... i don't know if you like valentine but i can't helo but give you something"-Nellie said giving her the bouquet

To say Kisouna was a bit surprised at being given a Valentine's Day gift would be an understatement. She certainly didn't go out of her way to participate in this holiday. Not that she didn't believe in true love, but because she had more important things on her mind. Plus, she had put away things like, 'love', 'romance' and other such things on her backwall since she was so busy with her goal of getting rid of all crime in Japan. So for someone to give her anything was very shocking.

Still, it wasn't unwelcome. And better for the person to be someone that Kisouna had a good opinion of, like Nellie-san. Taking the bouquet from him, she gave him a smile and a nod of the head.

"Thank you, Nellie-san. I'll be sure to take good care of these."

It had been a few hours since Malphas and A.D.A had their romantic Valentine’s Day dinner at their secret home. Said spider-like android was scrolling on his phone while on the couch. When A.D.A walked into the room with a small gift bag behind her back.

“Maaal~” A.D.A singsonged, amusement clear in her voice. “I got you a little something~.”

“Oh really?” Malphas smirked, giving A.D.A his full attention. Just giving him a smile, A.D.A. handed him the gift bag for him to open.

Inside the gift was a white tube of pink lipstick.

“A.D.A?” Malphas asked, confused. “This is just a tube of lipstick? Also, I'm pretty sure pink is not my color.”

“Oh my spider, this is just going to be the only thing I'll be wearing later tonight.” A.D.A giggled as she watched Malphas’ mind process what she said.

“Now if you excuse me, I have some getting ready to do.” A.D.A winked as she took the lipstick out of her stunned fiancé's hand before she turned on her heels and walked to their shared bedroom, giving Malphas a cheeky wink.

Malphas blinked a few times before letting out a chuckle, smirking as he watched A.D.A. leave. She was the only person/AI that could leave the spider like android speechless and live, he has such a cute, cheeky little wife to be.

Though, she won't stay that way for long, he'll make sure of it. The male android gave a feral grin as he got up from the couch and walked over to the room where the two of them kept their "special items" for occasions like these. After all, this is the perfect time to use their favorite 3 in 1 toy.

A Valentine Birthday

For @mysticstarlightduck for @writeblrcafe Secret Valentine's Day Event. And yes, I'm your Secret Valentine. I hope Valentine's Day will be full of love for your family and friends.

This is also dedicated to those birthday celebrants who were born on Valentine's Day as well.

And lastly, one last thing: Happy Birthday to Jaehyun of the Kpop boy group NCT, who was born on Valentine's Day as well. Happy Birthday to our NCTzen's (offical fanclub name) Valentine Boy. ❤️

I was born on Valentine's Day.

It's seriously true!

I was definitely born on the same date as Valentine's Day. Which means, I am going to celebrate 2 events in one day. It is such a rare thing when someone celebrate between a birthday and general holiday in one day, which is really cool.

Every year, I wore my very best clothes by the time the event is finally today and decorate the whole house filled with both Valentine's Day and Birthday themed decorations.

My mom is baking Valentine's Day cookies and a birthday cake. Every year of my birthday and Valentine's Day, she came up with new ideas on making new desserts. From chocolate truffles to black forest cake. From candy heart chocolate bark to red velvet cheesecake.

While my dad is cutting fresh flowers, including roses in pink and red to put it on a flower vase. Just like my mom, he also came up with new ideas to decorate the whole garden. From flower arrangements to bush sculptures. My dad also has a fruit and vegetable garden as well to make delicious party food.

My siblings? They are in charge of making Valentine themed arts and crafts. And every year of my birthday, they send me a wonderful and creative homemade birthday and Valentine's Day card.

And my friends, my cousins and my relatives from far away? They greeted me a "Happy Birthday and Happy Valentines Day" from text messages and E-Cards received by an Email. They sometimes send me physical cards too because I really missed the handwritten letters just like the old times.

I heard a knocking sound of the door. As I approached the door and opened it, it's my love of my life, which we've been in a relationship for a very long time, came for a visit.

"Happy Valentine's Day, honey", She sweetly said as she received a box of chocolates and a bouquet of different kinds of flowers.

"Thank you very much", I replied.

"But also..." She said when she showed me her homemade heart shaped strawberry cake, "Happy Birthday!"

"Wow, you made this cake for me? How thoughtful of you", I exclaimed with flustering cheeks glowing. How can my love of my life baked this cake so amazingly beautiful? Must be her hands that is full of work of art of a masterpiece.

Once my family and my love of my life are finally gathered at the dining table, we gave each other a toast and sang a Happy Birthday song to me. I even make a wish on those two Valentine's Day plus birthday cakes from a candle.

We also happily ate and chat together with all the food that my mom and my dad prepared.

When it's finally time to have my own moment, I clapped my hands as a call to pause for a while to my family.

"Mom, dad...And all of my siblings...I would like to make a big announcement to all of you."

"What is it, dear?" My mom asked.

"What kind of big announcement?" My dad asked curiously.

I turned to my love of my life and commanded, "Please place my hand onto yours."

And my love of my life ordered to do it with a gleam of a smile.

I pulled a small box from the pocket of my pants and said....

"All those long years we're been together, it's time to go to the road to forever."

I opened the box that inside is an engagement ring.

"Will you be my forever love of my life from eternity? For better and for worse? From achivements and downfalls? In sickness and in health? Till death to us part?"

My love of my life was surprised with tears brimming into her eyes and said, "Yes! Yes I will, my forever love!"

My entire family not only cheered but also cried because how my life has grown so fast after that announcements that I was going to get married with my love of my life after years we're been into a relationship for long years.

We embraced each other after I placed the engagement ring into her ring finger.

"Oh, sweetheart!" She exclaimed in tears of joy. "This is the best Valentine's Day gift ever!"

And with that, this is one of the best memories during the celebration of Valentine's Day and my birthday.

Valentine's Day and Birthday isn't about the gifts, flowers and chocolates, but also it is the time that to spread love and happiness to the people that I loved most in the whole wide world.
