Anti-propaganda for my beloved Sukune <3
Okay so Sukune Katano is a bakehaniwa (translated to Monster Haniwa) youkai who can create things almost instantly. Because of how quick it is however, Sukune feels like their creations don't have any artistic spirit. They also don't know how to get outside spirits (such as vengeful spirits or the spirits of gods) to inhabit their creations either, so they feel like none of their creations are complete.
That is, until they met a certain Adagumo no Yaorochi, who used some ritual on a clay sword sculpture that happened to look like their broken sword (because it turned out Yaorochi's younger sibling commissioned it hoping to make Yaorochi happy, but was too scared to actually deliver it in the end due to previous familial issues) to fix their broken sword. Now Sukune has at least one "complete" creation.
Now for some additional info! Sukune speaks very weirdly due to the wide array of speech quirks they gave themself (the creator of Len'en Project joked about it not even being Japanese, feeling sorry for anyone who has to translate that, honestly it ain't that bad but this is a joke for a reason).
They're also just very cute. Look at them. (Hanniwaa~ 0o0)
Tumblr media
Fun fact, this image was posted before Len'en ever released. One could say it was the first drawing the creator ever posted for Len'en, except it wasn't. That title goes to all the drawings in this video (containing a pretty nice Touhou-style original), the characters from which ended up becoming the stars of their very own CD booklet side story, not unlike Renko and Maribel from Touhou Project.

Now that Book of the Cafe is out, have you played It? If so, what is your opinion on the game?
I most certainly have played it! In fact I've been quite occupied translating and documenting information from the game recently lol.
As for my opinions, I must admit I don't have much, at least not towards it as an actual game.
Neither cafe sim nor turn-based strategy is really my thing (I'm more of a traditional turn-based person myself) and I was never really one to form really complex opinions on this sort of stuff in general. What I can say though, is that I've certainly had fun with it~
The one thing that does kind of irk me would certainly be the gacha system, especially since I've had absolutely rotten luck this time. I think I'll just have to come to terms with the fact that I wouldn't be able to "100%" each character like I could in the α and β versions, or at least, not anytime soon.
Gameplay aside though, I'm thoroughly enjoying the story. Though we haven't gotten much yet, it's already extremely intriguing and I can't wait to get more.
One tiny minor thing that I was disappointed by was that the implants, the equipment of the game which are all character-related artefacts, do not have flavour text attached to them, though that's a very me-concern, I suppose.
Another thing I really like is the cafe background, right now we start at the Road of Haniwa in the Unlost Woods, but you can already find the Senri Shrine Road background in the game files, and JynX teased more backgrounds in the future as well.
As the big location lore fan that I am, it's really neat to see these places again like this~
Tumblr media
Overall though, like I said, having fun with the game, and I am looking forward to be able to bring my old cafe back again, and even further beyond, since it can get even bigger this time
I hope this answers your questions fine!

GREGORY HORROR SHOW: BULLET HELL. MAIN CHARACTERS AND EXPLANATION
Hells everyone, I'm here to tell you about something that has been cooking in my brain for a while: GHS Bullet Hell/ Gunmisery AU
WHY BULLET HELL/ GUNMISERY?
The ideas more shorter title is Gunmisery because of the fact that Cactus Gunman's story shares similar beats to Stephen King's Misery.
a bullet hell is defined by TV Tropes as the following: "Bullet Hell (called danmaku, meaning "barrage", in Japanese, literally "bullet curtain" when translated to English) shooters are a subgenre of Shoot Em Ups that test both your dodging skills and your resistance to seizures" which fits well with CG's...Questionable gun skills
PLOT
Set during S4's third episode and the ones following after, Gunmisery is told through the perspective of Cactus Gunman as he discovers that there's more to Catherine then what first appears.
CHARACTERS (MAIN)
Each main character in Gunmisery can be represented by a illness, both mental and physical. To set them apart from their canon counterparts, the characters have been given a slight wardrobe change and/or a triangle motif.
CACTUS GUNMAN
Represents: Paranoia or Stockholm Syndrome
Cactus Gunman is the Main protagonist of this AU, mostly seen wearing a hospital gown with bandages on his upper left arm. He is still as vigilante as he is in the series. Now he has a slight paranoid edge. Think Peppino Spaghetti, but a cactus.
JUDGEMENT BOY GOLD
Represents: Burn victims
Judgement Boy Gold, or JBG for short is the boss of the other JBS. He looks identical to his canon counterpart, save for the more curly hair and the broken plating on his head downwards. It is clear to see that he's just tired of the hotel's (And to extent, the Bloody Karte's) Nonsense. He is also the only main character to not have a name that begins in H or C
HANIWA SALARYMAN
Represents: PTSD (maybe a bit of a stretch)
Surprisingly, Haniwa Salaryman is the only one filling in for a already existing character's role: Neko Zombie's role. His outfit is a far cry from OG Haniwa's outfit, ditching the coat and tie entirely to reveal a short sleeved shirt hastily tucked into his pants. He has a crack extending from the right side of his head.
HELL'S CHEF
Represents: Vertigo
I'm just going to get to the point, Hell's Chef is a mess...Both mentally and physically
CATHERINE
Represents: OLD (Obsessive Love Disorder) or Erotomania
Catherine is the antagonist Gunmisery. She is pretty standard to her Series counterpart, in both looks and personality.
Don't worry, you'll be hearing more about my AU soon.

this one's a smaller family tree but covers a surprising amount of ground...
CLAY PUPPET and EARTHEN FIGURE are both actually rather enduring figures in the franchise bestiary individually, but I'm bundling them together here because they're not just recolors they're synonyms. They don't have any apparent source material nor any obtuse meaning, they just both describe a humanoid made of clay or dirt/soil. On the one hand these are fairly generic, with maybe a certain archeological tone to them, but they're also pretty obviously some iteration on the Jewish Golem, whether directly or thru a chain of other influences. Also probably some parallel evocation of things like dogu and haniwa in Japanese archeology.
WENDIGO is a kind of evil spirit cited in the lore of several different Native American groups. It is attributed with the possession of human hosts that it drives to violence and cannibalism (among other typified behaviors) most often in the onset or depths of winter and/or far northern regions where and when food scarcity and starvation would threaten a community. There is a... fraught history, to say the least, of the Wendigo being grossly appropriated in western media that really ramped up since the 1980s, probably peaking with the extremely tacky and insensitive use of it in the 2013 Hannibal TV show.
WIGHT in a really neat kind of obtuse reference with a lot of history. So on the one hand the Wight is also a D&D monster, but as a fairly generic undead warrior, which isn't the reference being made in WA2. In lieu of that you might be tempted to look to J.R.R. Tolkein's use of the full word Barrow-Wight and undoubtedly the root of its pop culture presence. But there too they're just undead warriors. No the root of this reference (and a similar line of thought goes into the Wights of Game of Thrones) is that William Morris's 1869 English transaltion of the Nordic Grettis Saga invented the term "Barrow-Wight" as a translation of Haugbúi --haugr refering to a kind of burial cairn or mound +‎ bui meaning “dweller,” both being old norse. But because William Morris was something of a pioneer and eccentric he opted to try and retain the archaic sound of the old norse, and so instead of translating the term literally into contemporary English, he used "Barrow" a type of burial mound native to britain dating back to pre-christian eras, and "Wight" a term that was already archaic by Morris's time, used in the middle ages, to refer to a person but in a derogatory or vilifying manner, all together to give both the literal meaning and an archaic and ancient tone. So it is once again referring to the undead, and specifically characters who were warrior kings, but also this original use carries with it the connotation of Norsemen, and that is where the affiliation with the ice and cold comes from, hence the white furred yeti-like model in WA2, and the soldiers of the long winter in GoT/SoIaF.
WRAITH is another historical English term referring rather vaguely to ghosts or figures of the dead in the underworld. Dating back to the 1500s in a translation of Virgil's Aeneid.
GASNOID 1ST is a fun one as it kind of cleverly recontextualizes the shared model with WIGHT and WRAITH as gaseous rather than spectral. But it's also an obtuse reference to the Japanese 1960 horror/sci-fi movie, GAS Ningen Dai-ichigo[ガス人間第1号]: "Gas Human #No.1." (the English title is The Human Vapor) Although the name in Wild Arms gives the impression of THE FIRST... in a European style lineage of a ...GASNOID family. The actual Japanese used in the game is in fact, GASNOID1st[ガスノイド1st]. (I wasn't actually thinking about it when I compiled the image, but it's possible that the enemy EM BEING is actually a reference to Denso Ningen[電送人間]: "ElectricalTransmission Human" (aka The Secret of the Telegian) a rival movie that came out in the same year as Human Vapor.)
SHAITAN a super late addition to the franchise, but it shares its model with GASNOID in WA5. It's actually just the Arabic borrowing of the Hebrew Satan[שטן]. And as you'd guess it refers to any of a variety of evil spirits and tempters basically hitting all the marks of its Christian and Hebrew predecessors while also adding in a pretty robust array of unique Islamic lore in the Quran. That's a pretty severe over simplification of things but I'm not about to jump down that rabbit hole because there's just no room here, and stupid William Morris already took up so much...

Forgive me it's like 3AM
Just woke up from a dream about a new LipxLip novel was mysteriously released and was translated by someone anonymous. Idk what the whole plot of it was but in the end Aiyuu was canon. There were even 3 illustrations for a specific scene. The artstyle was also the same ones in the haniwa novels.
One where Aizou confession, other is image of Yujiro crying while Aizou was caressing his cheek and the last was they hold hands running and laughing.
For some reason I only manage to remember (reading) the confession scene lol. Like I said this all just a blurry dream.
The confession part was mostly like:
Aizou trying his best to confess but goes on slight tangent.
And Yujiro being the oblivious brat gets confused.
Aizou gets annoyed and goes. "I'm trying to confess my feelings okay?!"
Yujiro eyes widened and blushes.
Aizou then says: "I like you Someya Yujiro!"
Yujiro was still processing everything but answered."Idiot... I like you too."
Idk how the other convo went
Cuz it transitioned into them bickering (of course) cuz Yujiro was being too honest with his feeling but Aizou suspects Yujiro did something and he was right Yujiro  sort of DID something (idk if he commited another crime)
And at the final scene they go out for a date in the night holding hands. The image was like the one in namaiki honey but is them. The dream ends when I rebloged the post.
I rapidly typed this on my notepad the moment I woke up before everything vanishes as I fall asleep again. Idk what this dream was all about is it a sign (lol) or I just drew too much Aiyuu this month I should take a break from them before they corrupt me hahaha

Do you think Haniwa will ever put out novels for the other Idol Series characters? (FT4, Minami/Nakuru) And would you translate them if they did?
hiii
it’s p much impossible to tell if they’re gonna release novels for them tbh. i mean, they even had novels for side characters (eg misuzu trio and the narumi parents) and complete extras (sekoi trio, who also happened to have the best novels and story btw kanamisa ftw), so ✨who knows✨ which characters this year’s novel will feature
but!!! i really do hope that we’ll get an ft4 novel someday!!!! those losers need to have their story be told!!! (<-extremely starved for ft4 content)
though, if either an ft4, minakuru, nagisa, or masaki trio (delusional) novel comes out, you can bet dai’s fedora that i’m gonna tl it a s a p~~~~~

May 31 - Ueno Park, Tokyo National Museum, & Akihabara
Today, our visit to Ueno Park was beautiful and enlightening to see more greenery and nature in an ever-growing city. The Tokyo National Museum provided an important series of artifacts and informational blurbs about various pieces of artwork, clothing, and cultural elements from Japan's long and diverse history. Akihabara, which I've walked through before, featured a number of manga books and for better or for worse, a large selection of pornographic material, many of which included the very characters from the manga in the same store.
At the museum in particular, I honed in on an artifact of a brave samurai depicted without a helmet or chest covering in a show of bravery and defiance to rally his fellow troops. I found this artifact fascinating because it showed how protection and safety could be viewed as cowardly in the eyes of soldiers going off to war, and this seemingly stupid act by the samurai of putting his own life in danger, while seemingly counterintuitive, can actually serve as a rallying cry for his men in the midst of doubt or low morale. In a matter of seconds, this artifact took my preconceived understanding of its visual imagery and turned it upside down.
Academic Reflection
Both of the informational sources for Ueno Park/Tokyo National Museum simply provided relevant background for the terms Haniwa and Kofun, both of which were seen and explained in detail in the museum. The museum and park's history were explained well by the signage and morning reflection, so there wasn't a huge academic reflection to be made. Personally, I was incredibly impressed by the maintenance of so much vivid and lively history in a city that oftentimes prioritizes
The primary connection I made from the academic sources to the real-life experience concerned the sources' discussion of sexual perversion and sexual interest from those who engage in otaku and seek to emulate characters of their interest. These sources opened up my understanding of what it means to view something through a lense of sexual interest; one of Dr. Smith's comments particularly caught my attention on this front: roughly translated, "I know we're American, and we think sex is gross, but this is the historical reality." What made this objective analysis of mine especially tough was seeing the blatant sexualization of anime characters and graphic, animated images of women who appeared to be extremely young in many bookstores in Akihabara. Many of these novels, especially the ones which appeared to try to appeal to an audience interested in underage women, threw me aback and made me feel disgusting. It's important, in my view, to recognize the distinction and difference between sexual interest in an academic sense and sexual interest in a blatantly inappropriate, commercialized sense.

Welcome to Haniwa (Welcome to the Internet Parody)
tw: use of the wh swear word
you can use these lyrics to make a cover, but you have to credit me somewhere, can we pinkie promise? 👉👈
Welcome to Haniwa
Have a look around
Anything you weeaboos can think of can be found
We've got first loves! And crushes! And confessions of course
If none of it's of interest to you, you're not the first
Welcome to Haniwa come and take a seat
Would you like to cover a song or get copyrighted for karaoke
There's no need to panic, this isn't a test, haha
Of all of the anime fandoms, this is the best
Welcome to Haniwa, what would you prefer?
Would you like to ship two characters that have nothing to do with each other?
Be happy! Be lovesick! Be bursting with rage
We've got a million different ways to engage
Welcome to Haniwa! Put your cares aside
Here's a teacher with some trauma, here's a teenager who died
We've got movies! And novels! And series of course
And canon gay characters in love triangles where they'll never get picked
Welcome to Haniwa, read all of the fics
'Cause in ao3 Aizou just started kissing Yuujirou on the lips
The writer's yearning is strong there, he's kissing him more
Don't act surprised you know you like it, you whore
Watch Yume Fanfare, Ijiwaru honey, or Fansa
See a boy dealing with grief, or a girl who almost drowned
Start an fanfic for your rarepair, guarantee nobody does care
Make an au, see a playthrough, watch Kokuhaku Yokou Renshuu
And, did you read all the novels? Translate them all
Here's guy who has a parasocial crush on the idol Mona
Do you want to see some LGBTQ kids?
There's a trans guy who the writers say is totally cis
Can I interest you in Haniwa all of the time?
A little bit of Haniwa all of the time?
Apathy's a tragedy and boredom is a crime
A little bit of Haniwa, all of the time
Can I interest you in Haniwa all of the time?
A little bit of Haniwa all of the time?
Apathy's a tragedy and boredom is a crime
A little bit of Haniwa, all of the time
[SPOKEN INTERLUDE]
You know, it wasn't always like this
[Bridge]
Not very long ago, was a different scene
Right before the covid hit, circa 2020
This was a small fandom, a great platform, and had great art too
We set our sights, and spent our nights waiting
For you! You,
You insatiable you
Using your own laptop, you spoke out loud, as if you were two
Writing hate comments on YouTube as boomers often do
Now, look at you! Oh, ha, look at you
You, you
Monatizable, unstoppable
Your time is now; the new album's out
Honey, how we grew
And if we keep watching them, who knows what they'll do?
It was always the plan, to put this world in your hands
[Evil laugh]
Can I interest you in Haniwa all of the time?
A little bit of Haniwa all of the time?
Apathy's a tragedy and boredom is a crime
A little bit of Haniwa, all of the time
Can I interest you in Haniwa all of the time?
A little bit of Haniwa all of the time?
Apathy's a tragedy and boredom is a crime
A little bit of Haniwa, a little bit of Haniwa,
A little bit of Haniwa, little bit of Haniwa
All of the time

like the translations in the haniwa fandom are just! i have two translators i trust and one is literally just mar translating a spanish translation into english and i do not know if i trust the spanish translator. like one translator gleefully admitted to editing an event story translation to make it more aizo/yujiro and i don't trust that! i can't forget that time i was showing my friend cgs and they pointed out that the translation of the yujiro cg name was "that important thing which he made me realize" but the original line didn't have any pronouns, making it more like "the important thing i was made to realize" because oh!! okay!!! so youre saying they ADDED aizo into the translation???? and it's weird because some of the other translations are literally

and it's also like. it's fucking wild to see "omg hiyori called aizo yujiro's partner, it's canon" from the person who EDITS THEIR TRANSLATIONS TO GET RID OF ANY HINT OF HIYORI AND AIZO AND YUJIRO POSSIBLY BEING INTO EACH OTHER??? LIKE THE TAGS ON THEIR TRANSLATIONS ARE STUFF LIKE "hiyori will never be their princess"??? i saw "hiyori thinks it's so awkward to see aizo and yujiro as love interests, besties" as if she hates the idea of ever dating them... on a chapter where she was blushing and feeling her heart race because they hugged her. OR SHE WOULD HAVE, IF THOSE LINES WEREN'T EDITED OUT? and it happens again during a later chapter when hiyori's heart is racing around yujiro and her face feels warm but those parts are EDITED OUT??? and the change to the translation that contradicts how japanese people read it was then used to go "yujiro is disgusted by hiyori" and like!!! NO!!! that's not it!!! at all!!!!! stop trying to edit canon as you wish!!!! you're giving the wrong impression to people like the intro to honeyworks powerpoints that say hiyori is "like aizo and yujiro's little sister"!!!
and it's just!!!! okay!!!! why are so many translators pushing their biases here?!?! you're not an unbiased resource at all!!!
*(i am fully aware this is not something ALL translators in this fandom do but i have trust issues in this fandom now.)

I must know your thoughts on the Best Haniwa (Sukune)
It's Sukune time, nyo~!
Tumblr media
Ever friendly, ever playful, ever creative, it's the Pure and Genius Haniwa: Sukune Katano.
Haniwa ┌|∵|┘
So what is a haniwa (埴輪)? Haniwa, which means "circle of clay" typically refers to a type of ritual and funerary terracotta clay figures and objects arranged in a circle above a funerary mound.
They date back all the way to the Kofun Period of Japan (c. 250–538), the final period in Japan's "pre-historic era", and is when we start seeing a centralized Yamato government in Japan.
Haniwa may depict a number of objects, from houses to horses to people of various roles. Sukune in particular seems to be based on and is rather fond of the two "Haniwa Terracotta Dancers", one of which JynX themself have seen when they were lent out for a special exhibition in Ueno!
Tumblr media
JynX "I went to the Special Izumo Exhibition at Ueno!! Wow!"
Sukune as a Haniwa
Sukune is called a "bake-haniwa" (化け埴輪) in Japanese, which we have translated simply as "haniwa youkai".
The word "bake" (化け), when used in these contexts to refer to some supernatural creature, typically refers to the fact that they "can/have transformed/disguised themself as something else (typically human)". So it may be safe to assume that they are a youkai born out of a haniwa figure, and not a youkai that simply embodies the concept of haniwa/haniwa-making.
In addition, it's also unsure whether haniwa youkai is a general species in Mugenri, or if Sukune is more of a one-off case. Although Sukune does mention "all o' my friends" (BPoHC Preschool Haze St1), of course, this could just as easily refer to other types of youkai, or even non-youkai beings.
Sukune's Dilemma
As carefree as Sukune may seem on the surface, they're actually deeply troubled by their own art. As none of them a truly "complete", at least in Sukune's own view.
Sukune believes that only when a spirit inhabits their creations, can the spirit's essence shine from within and truly complete them. To make a spirit dwell within an object, it may either have an innate spirit from the moment of its creation, or have a spirit artificially imported into it after its creation.
Innate spirits may come from the blessings of nature, or from an artisan's own spirit. As an artisan works on their creation, their affection and emotional attachment to their work cause their own artisan's spirit to "rub off" on their work, imbuing it with its own spirit.
However, since Sukune's ability to "model things into shapes" allows them to create anything they think of instantaneously (yes even the haniwa mecha from BPoHC), they are unable to imbue their creations with a spirit this way.
As for imported spirits, Sukune lacks the know-how and skill to introduce a spirit into their works either. So their creations all remain "empty", hence Sukune's distraught over their work.
Sukune's First Complete Work
What Sukune doesn't know, is that spirits are influenced by what they dwell within. A crude vessel weakens its spirit; And conversely, a dignified vessel empowers it. Sukune's perfect works are then perfect vessels for the most powerful spirits of them all, "divine spirits".
Tumblr media
This is why Yaorochi's ritual to transfer the Tasouken's essence into Sukune's replica went so well, it was a perfect match. So perfect, in fact, that the Tasouken was literally recreated, metal and everything, within the entirely clay replica that Sukune created. And, as we see in-game, its spirit has indeed shown through, even using a spell of its own.
The Inspiration Behind Sukune
You might be surprised to learn that haniwa figures aren't the only inspiration behind Sukune's character. They are also partially based on a legendary figure from Japanese history: Nomi no Sukune (野見宿禰).
Tumblr media
Aside from sharing the same given name, Sukune (宿禰), Nomi is also credited with suggesting the use of haniwa and the inventor of sumo wrestling. While I myself am also unsure what Sukune has to do with sumo, this was referenced in their EMS theme: Haniwa Sumo ~ End of immolation.
(As a side note I used to be quite confused as to what "End of immolation" means here, but I recently realised that the result at the "end of immolation", is a haniwa! The peculiar word choice is probably chosen for its ritualistic associations as well.)
Other Neat Sukune Facts!!
While haniwa are indeed traditionally made from clay, Sukune does not restrict themself to this, and is willing to experiment with other media, like ice!
Yago Ametsukana was so impressed with Sukune's replication of the Tasouken that they offered to train them to become the next Ametsukana! (Although to be fair they are also looking to retire) However, Sukune instead denied the offer and aimed to achieve godhood on their own merits, promising to take Yago's place once that happens.
Sukune is the very first Len'en character to ever be shown off, in a tweet from JynX that showed Sukune cuddling a dancing haniwa! This was back in January 2013, 10 whole months before EE and EMS's full versions were released and you would've gotten a chance to see them in-game!
Tumblr media
I think this does it for Sukune, nothing too complex or mind-blowing, but I think it's really important that we look at what the story of EMS really means to Sukune, and that's why I spent so much time on it.
The Tasouken revival ritual is so often understood on Yaorochi's terms, but it's equally as important an event to Sukune too, if not even more. It's the end to Yaorochi's story, but the very beginning to Sukune's. Let us continue looking forward to Sukune's growth in the future :)

Short Trip with Pei ♡ Matsumoto Wakana (23.10.15)
Good evening!I'm Matsumoto Wakana🙉
Thank you very much for your comments 😊
Your compliments on my wavy hair made me happy!🙈🤍
I'll give it another try soon!
The other day、me and Pei went on a short trip to Odawara・Hakoneー🚃
Tumblr media
A while ago、I went to Hakone with Pei、and for ages afterwards she kept saying 「Matsumoto-san! Let's go somewhere together again!」、which made me super happy☺️
So、I'm glad that I could go out with Pei again!
First up、was my request “Kamaboko• Chikuwa Making Experience”!!!🐟
When I was in about kindergarten? I came one time with my family to do this Kamaboko•Chikuwa Making Experience、but back then I made it with my dad、so this my my first time actually making it all by myself!
We took the minced fish、and shaped it into a Kamaboko shape、and then a Chikuwa shape、the workers made it look so easy、but it was actually super difficult🫣
Tumblr media
Tumblr media
Here's my final Kamaboko and Chikuwa💁‍♀️
It's kinda the right shape!笑lol
They grilled our Chikuwa to eat there、so it was warm and sweet、and super duper delicious🥺
The Kamaboko also tasted fresh and umami、so it was super delicious too!!!!
I got to watch the workers making Kamaboko、and I got to learn about how Kamaboko is made、so I had lots of fun😚😚😚
After that、we went to Pei's requested Hakone Art Museum!🪻
We got to see historical Haniwa and Tsubo pottery up close、which was really interesting!
I love pottery and cookware、so I really enjoyed myself☺️
The greenery in the garden was so beautiful、and I thought、I'd like to come back again when the autumn leaves are out in full!🍁
I really enjoyed spending the whole day with Pei!
Let's go out together again okay〜😘
(T/N News and information has not been translated)
I'll end today's blog here (๑・̑◡・̑๑)
I went out in just a thin jacket and I was so cold。。。
😱😱😱

UC are you okay please tell me what happening then they heard about zerofuku wait are you telling me zerofuku want me as his vessel is that what you are saying UC !?
*UC weakly nods.*
UC: Yeah... And not only that, but he's getting even stronger by the second... In two months' time, he'll be able to escape all on his own...
*UB walks in and kneels down beside them.*
UB: There's gotta be a way to prevent that, right? I mean, the future is giving you these visions because it wants to warn you. So, how can we protect them?
UC: That crucifix... The Haniwa... Those should be enough to keep him away if he arrives. And if he really does succeed in coming to earth, we'll probably have to fight him. Using the god's guidance and the info I translated from that tablet.
