Hades proposes at dinner, really cool about everything, “(Name), look what I have.” Hades will give his s/o a pomegranate and when his beloved holds the fruit, it doesn’t feel like a fruit looking closer there is a line in the middle and Hades will just say “open it” and inside is a ring.
♥️It could be a diamond, emerald, ruby, etc Hades’ engagement ring is most likely their birthstone. But if his s/o mentions that they like a certain jewelry then it’ll be that as well. So, Hades proposes at dinner with the ring in a pomegranate case and asks them to marry him.

-Protective. Like "won't let you out of his sight for even a minute" protective. It's not to be strict or hard on you, it's because the Underworld isn't safe.
-Honestly, he can be quite...scary at times. Intimidating at times yes, but when he gets mad, he gets mad.
-It's never really at you though. Mainly just the Fates, demons, gods, etc. Really anyone else who lives in the Underworld except for you.
-He tries not to lose his temper as much, especially when you're around. He has his moments sometimes, but he's working on it and reassures you that he's not upset with you.
-Aside from that, he adores having you around. He's not typically one for anything that isn't evil/cynical or associated with mortals, but you're the exception. He finds it fascinating and honestly endearing that you regress, although he'd never admit it.
-He already doesn't have a filter and isn't the most kid friendly. Because of this, he tries to watch what he says and does around you, but it's not easy.
-Despite his cold demeanor, he really does care. Especially when it comes to you and how you're feeling. Someone was mean or just an ass to you, he won't hesitate to smite them. Angry and just not sure how to feel? You can rage all you want, even at him. He encourages it! But, he makes sure you don't do too much that you end up hurting yourself.
-Isn't really strict on rules other than not to go anywhere without him. For obvious reasons. Other than that, most of them are just about taking care of yourself like remembering to drink water.
-So many dad jokes. (Never at your expense, shockingly enough.) They're not always funny, but you laugh nonetheless. He just wants to make you smile.
-Talks to you about everything. He doesn't mind if you don't respond or don't understand, it's just out of habit. (However, he does try other forms of communication when you're overwhelmed or nonverbal.)
-Doesn't really baby-talk at you. He talks to you the same as he would normally, just a lot nicer.
-"Look at that constellation! Do you know which one it is, Sunspot?" "P..pegasus..?" "You are learning! Good job kiddo!"
-Definitely uses his powers to his advantage. If you need a quiet place, want or want to go somewhere special, or if you just want to be with him, he'll do it in a heartbeat.
-Very gentle surprisingly. He knows there's a time and place for everything, so he tries to be softer when he can. Especially when you're going through it.
-"Hey hey...it's okay. There's nothing to be afraid of, I mean, other than myself, but you don't have to be scared of me. I'm here for you, kid. Do you wanna talk about it? Oh Sunspot...I'm sorry. That must've been really hard to deal with on your own, hasn't it?"
-When you want to be alone at night, you have your own bed and plenty of room, so he won't bother you. But most of the time, he falls asleep holding you. Not just for you, but because it comforts him to know you're there. He likes having someone there. Especially when that someone's you.
-As odd of a pair as you might be, an all-ruling god and a little, he wouldn't change it for the world. You make his days brighter and that means more to him than you could know.

Gods aren't necessarily restricted by biological sex the way that mortals are
Hades just enjoys presenting the way they do
They will obviously support your transition, helping you with anything along the way
If you're on hormones, he'll absolutely help track your journey and administer them, if you'd like
Hades wants you to be comfortable in your skin. They think you look the most attractive when you're confident and will do anything to boost that confidence.
The same goes for him, too. They enjoy it when you hype them up. After all of these centuries in the underworld, Hades gets weak from the praise that you give him.
You both appreciate the intimacy that comes from understanding. On heavy dysphoric days, you often find yourself in your lover's warm embrace.
The underworld is actually surprisingly comfortable sensory-wise!
It's big but if you prefer tight spaces, you can easily find one for yourself somewhere in Hades' impressive lair.
They don't necessarily need food, but he enjoys eating on occasion. He starts to develop certain safe foods after a while. I feel like they have a sweet tooth, maybe sour gummy worms.
It's quiet, too. Or at least, it often is.
Hades likes listening to you talk about your special interests. It keeps them from the endless understimulation of the underworld
But it's easy to create and cultivate routines here! You can help Hades with their job. He enjoys it more with you by his side.
If you start stimming, they'll join you! They enjoys the fun that you bring into his life!!
And gods forbid they ever sees anyone be anything less that kind to you
He would bring Olympus to it's knees if they heard one unkind word towards their lover

Weird Hades head canon collection of mine
Meg is terribly afraid of butterflies
Skelly invented the floss dance
Charon can't speak mortal languages because he has no tongue in a mortal sense
Hermes and his Coz Zagreus both have a thing for men with strong arms
Charon and his brother Thanatos both have a thing for men with strong thighs
Dusa can unhinge her jaw, and at one point teaches Zagreus how to do so. Now the gorgons of Asphodel are afraid of him
Zagreus is able to dislocate/bend most of his joints to a point it freaks most people out
Theseus dreamt about Asterius cheating on him once and got mad at Asterius
Zagreus casually T-poses Theseus into a corner of the stadium sometimes
Zagreus called Achilles "Mama" accidentally before, until he does it on purpose
The temple of Styx smells different from any other part of the Styx because it's the only place where real bodies are. Everywhere else it's just shades and cthonic gods, but the temple smells like sweet rot and decay from all the vermin and dead intruders falling to Cerberus
Asterius was the one teaching Dusa how to speak, back when they both resided in Erebus
Zagreus is partly blind on the red eye, but can see perfectly fine in darkness.
Zagreus ADHD behavior comes from Nyx actually. Both Persephone and Hades sit down and take breaks from time to time, Nyx is at peace to just stand around
Thanatos did not only ask for Nyx's but also for the blessing of Charon and Hypnos before he got together with Zag. He did however only sort of inform Hades, instead of asking his approval.
Zag says that Meg's whip is not all that persuasive but we all know he is absolutely into it

Thor is the quiet but I’m here boyfriend.
Thor is quiet, but never disinterested when he’s with his beloved.
Definitely goes along with whatever his partner wants to do-Unless! He absolutely wants to do something.
Dating Thor is like dating the chill guy, but don’t get it twisted or piss him off.

Hades’ love languages consist of:

Hades loves to give his beloved gifts (if the two become more serious Hades definitely gifts his beloved roses in bed) gifts can range from something as luxury like as necklace or simply giving his beloved their favorite snack after a lame day.
Poseidon is the cool and to himself boyfriend…if that makes sense.
Poseidon is the type of boyfriend that isn’t for everyone, and he’s not about everyone. You HAVE to be in his circle or you’re not worthy of his time. Poseidon isn’t the clingy boyfriend, he’s not going to follow you wherever you go. He’s the independent boyfriend, the we are together but if you’re not in his circle you couldn’t tell. (which is why he most likely does well with a independent lover)
Poseidon isnt as cold as people thinks, he’ll do sweet things like open the door, hold your hand, or help you solve a problem.
Poseidon’s love languages are: Quality time and receiving gifts.
Quality time is HUGE for Poseidon, because Poseidon knows who he is and he knows what he is, therefore the fact he chooses to spend time with his beloved is his love language. He listens and gives feedback like a professional. Poseidon is an independent boyfriend but he’ll give his sweet one gifts whether it’s a anniversary (because like his brother he doesn’t forget) or something small like getting his sweet one a stuffed dolphin doll. (I actually would not be surprised if this is Poseidon’s go to when he tries courting someone he likes by giving gifts)

before she reunited with Orpheus, she kept cooking his favorite meals for him everyday as a way to cope with missing him
she wrote a song about Persephone after she returned
at some point, she makes some other friends in Asphodel and gives them some delicious treats too!
she loves to give hugs, and loves to get them in return
only person that's ever seen her cry is her husband
she HATES people stepping on her floors after she just cleaned. she'll allow it though if you're her husband or a close friend of hers
