No idea if this will reach somewhere but like, I have a victorian era roleplaying server where everything is set in a world called Vesper, with cowboys and other fun stuff; we have already some characters from gothic literature (J&H, Frankenstein etc.) claimed, but we allow doubles! ocs and canon characters are also allowed.

and here's the premise:

Thousands of years ago, a cataclysm befell the land of Vesper, eradicating all its inhabitants, flora, and fauna. Intriguingly, bored Gods seized an opportunity within this ravaged world, meticulously reconstructing its plant and animal life. Yet, there was a missing piece – something beyond their creative reach: human beings. Contemplating their divine dilemma, the Gods devised a curious plan. What if they were to pluck citizens from diverse worlds and eras, transplanting them onto a perilous continent teeming with both opportunities and dangers? Thus, the stage was set, and the characters found themselves in the enigmatic continent, disoriented and accompanied by a small box. Within this box, an unusual slate resembling a phone and a leather bag containing precisely one hundred coins awaited their bewildered discovery.

Lately, there has been a significant influx of individuals from diverse backgrounds and historical eras, leading to a noticeable population surge. Despite the assistance of the Arcane Society *a community ran by Doctor Henry Jekyll comprising rogue scientists, friendly witches, and doctors in Mossbury Town, there is a collective inability to comprehend why or how they ended up there, and a return seems elusive; notably, dissent exists, particularly among the residents of Rusvil Town. While overall relations between the towns remain amicable with the exchange of products and information, a subtle air of prejudice lingers among Rusvil inhabitants towards the Arcane Society. They opt to place their hopes for an explanation and a way back in the hands of philosophers who advocate religious beliefs.

hello! i’m 24nb/m, aest, looking for 18+ writers (preferably above 20) interested in a long-term partnership in writing canon characters, and our ocs! - i’m often avoidant of ccxoc with rare exception, with no distaste of ocs, just caution. please read the bolded at least.

i’m open to mxm and fxm. fxf is negotiable, and i’m happy to write it once we get closer. for a basic intro, i’m semi-lit/lit and quite strict on this, since i love elaborate roleplays that are heavily plot-driven, full of character study, and world-focused; and i write on discord. please be patient with me! with both ccs and ocs, i really like my partners to know their characters and bring their own distinct style to them; i also use real fcs for ccs and ocs.

keep in mind, i’d really love for an equal amount of plotting between us, as i don’t want to be leading every conversation. please give me your ideas! this is a necessary aspect to me. i’m also down for darker themes and unhealthy dynamics, i’m willing to negotiate on a lot of things and we can discuss boundaries in private.

just as an idea, i like: southern gothic tropes, gothic horror, vampires, twisted/taboo themes, the supernatural, demons, religious themes, philosophy. if you like gay, passive old priests interact!!!

because this is long-term, i’d love to become friends with my partner and build a great ooc dynamic so even if we stop writing for a while, we can chill! here are my main fandoms:

if we don’t share any, not to fret! i have a plethora of ocs, but they’re each very twisted and (toxic) unorthodox, so if that's not your vibe i’m sorry. please note all my ocs range from 30s-40s, and i don’t like huge age gaps (more than 20 yrs). i don’t have much experience writing nsfw nor is it a driving factor, but i’m open to it and discussion is encouraged. as a basis most my characters switch, and they can lean.

I found this channel pretty recently and it's basically a film analysis channel that analyses girly movies. Her Jennifer's Body and Mean Girls videos are my favourites. I haven't found a lot of channels like this that analyse girly 2000s movies with this much depth so I think this one's a very incredible and unique channel.

He's actually one of the funniest people on Youtube and I'll never understand why he never had more subscribers. He basically made makeup videos as well as videos where he'd analyse Internet phenomenon and make some surprisingly insightful observations. His editing is definitely the best part of his videos, but just be warned that there's a lot of moaning edited in so you might not want to watch them without headphones.

My favourite booktuber fr. She mainly recommends classic literature and gothic horror and every book she's recommended that I've read has ended up being really good. Probably one of the most underrated but relaxing ASMR channels I've found. She mostly does roleplays and they're all so relaxing. She also just seems so sweet in them, as in I get more compliments from her than I do my own family. Her Victoria's Secret angel series has some of my favourite videos and they're just all so comforting. She's so Lana coded and makes the best ASMR.
