Tentative Devotee AU (TBC Soon)

Leonardo is a Foot trainee, raised and trained by Lieutenant and Brute since he was 9. Life before then is fuzzy at best. — In the past several months, he's been going on his first proper missions, quickly aware of a persistent threat against the Foot Clan: 3 mutant turtles and a human who've foiled them time and time again.

What he wasn't aware of was that they were 4 siblings who never gave up on finding their missing brother.

CONTENT WARNING! This AU will explore: Mourning of family / Mourning of a child (who isn't actually dead, but believed to be). Violence is canon-typical up to the standards of the movie— That is also a reference point for the tone of this AU. There will be cult themes and dips into the topic of cult trauma, alongside family issues.

I didn't intend for this AU to be that big, but I realized I did want to give this a go and make at least something. It's my goal to finish this project eventually.

The AU will be told in segments, comics of various points of the story.

Bonus! Miscellaneous info that doesn't play big into this AU but matters enough to me:

Leonardo is transmasculine, uses he/they/xe pronouns and is referred to with primarily masculine terms.

A version of Stan Sakai's Usagi Yojimbo comics exists and it's Leo's second favorite comic series in this AU.

'Tentative Devotee' is the name of the fanfic I was originally going to write. It was just gonna be a 2-shot fic and a way to navigate some feelings as someone who was born and raised in, and eventually left, a cult.

The initial tone/direction of this AU was much different, Leo ending up in the Foot Clan under different circumstance (i.e. direct kidnapping from Lieutenant and Brute). I found this didn't quite work for me.

Hi people!! It's been a few days since the last update for the discduo Spider-Man AU, I'm sorry about that!! I've been busy with some irl stuff and then I've been with my Art Fight attacks, so that's what I've been doing, but I finally bring another part for the AU!! As always, let me know your thoughts, opinions and suggestions about this!! Anyways INTO THE RAMBLE!!

"Discduo: Into the Spider-Verse (Part 2)"

TW: Violence, mentions of death threats (minor ones, like just two lol), obssessive behaviour.

The Spider-people were seen swinging around the city, each one having their own style of swinging to move around the buildings of New York. A lot of people were quite surprised to see, for what looked like, different versions of their Spider-Man.

They arrived to the building that's been attacked by The Lizard and The Goblin.

When they got a good look at the scene, they were quite shocked to what they saw (except Spider!Tubbo). In amongst the chaos was what looked like a giant Lizard that had black and white skin (yes I googled this and they exist, go check them out they're actually pretty cool), one eye colored green and the other red, both the eyes had a tint of purple, a torned college jacket that had some grey and red accents, and some torned jeans. In the sky there was something flying around, or specifically, someone. What looked like a man on a flying hoverboard, was throwing some type of white balls that had smiley faces, causing some explotions to the building. The man was wearing a full body armor that was colored green, it had some purple accents like in the shoulders, chest and knees, like if that was a medieval armor, he was wearing a torn up dark green hood, and in the face was a porcelain mask that had a smiley face in it.

(Something like this to be precisely, but with the changes I wrote in.)

Dream would be infected by the goblin syrome like in the comics, or more precisely, like the Ultimate Spider-Man show, just not like too big or super super muscular XD. In his case, he would look more like a snake: his skin covered in white scales, eyes slit in the pupils like a cat, sharp teeth with a long forked tongue, and sharp nails

Spider!Tubbo was the first to start swinging to attack The Goblin, and soon he was followed by the rest of the Spider-people. Niki, Tommy and BBH were putting the remaining civilians to safety, while Dream, Techno and Ranboo were fightning The Lizard.

While Tubbo was attacking The Goblin, same man was talking as if they were just having a nice chat in the park (altho a bit more sarcastic and sadistic -and a tad bit insane- to sound remotely to that).

"Ah, Spider-Man, we meet again. And you brought more friends with you!! How kind of you to bring more spiders for me to kill. Unfortunately, I can't accept it, I'm in another mission right now, and sadly, that means that I'll need you and your arachnids alive. So try to stay still, this will hurt you more than it will for me"

Tubbo started to avoid the bombs The Goblin was launching at him, but then Goblin started to launch some mini misils that were quite harder to avoid, in some occasions getting hit.

Meanwhile Dream, Techno and Ranboo were having a hard time trying to detain The Lizard without trying to hurt them too much or destroy more of the building (I'm gonna use they/them pronouns for Lizard!Ranboo just to clarify!). They were breaking easily the webs that were being wrapped with and it was difficult to not let them run since they were too strong to resist the punches he was receving.

Niki, BBH and Tommy finally come back from evactuating everyone and they start helping the rest of the team. Niki and BBH go to assist with capturing the Lizard while Tommy goes with Tubbo to help him fight with Goblin.

BBH is able to punch the Lizard hard enough to make him dizzy so the rest of them can wrapped him in webs, then Nikki traps him in one of her water bubbles, managing to get the Lizard out of the way.

Spider!Dream is quick to go to assist in the fight of Tubbo and Tommy, while the others kept guard on The Lizard in case he decided to try to escape. He's able to avoid some of the misils and get some punches in The Goblin, Tubbo is able to reciprocrate the Goblin's attacks with his own bombs (that are full of webs) but the Goblin is avoiding them all, but he's having trouble trying to keep up with the two of them, and that's when Tommy uses his sound powers to send a strong sound wave coming from his own speakers in the costume and directed to Goblin.

Goblin isn't able to react in time and is hit full force in the face, making the mask break and almost sending him flying to the wall, but he's able to at least not crush into the wall, but the same couldn't be done with his mask. Goblin directly looks at the eyes of Tommy and that's when Dream's and Tommy's blood turn cold (they didn't knew until now that Goblin was Dream btw).

They saw the face of a version of Dream that they never knew could possibly exist. He had some white scales in his face as if they were freckles, eyes that had the pupils slit like a cat, very sharp teeth that look that they could cut through metal like if it was butter, all of this making him look like a sort of snake, he also had some cuts. But that's not the scariest part, the scary part is the expression he has.

He looks at Tommy with a deranged and maniac look, his eyes are wide, his mouth is making a big and insane grin, and he's laughing. At first it starts like a whisper of a chuckle, then it starts to get louder and louder, until it starts into a full maniac laughter. Dream and Tubbo are froze because of the crazy reaction, and the rest of Spider-People are making sure The Lizard doesn't escape, so the Goblin is able to quickly pin Tommy to the wall before anyone is able to do anything, he grabs him by the neck and squishes hard. Dream and Tubbo are almost going to swing to fight him, and the rest of the team heard the crack sound of the wall, making them almost start swinging over there, but the Goblin speaks.

"Don't go near us or else you want me to see how I slit his throat slowly as if he was a prey"

They paused after hearing that, they didn't want to get their team-mate hurt, they needed to do something quick or else he would end hurt no matter what. But The Lizard started to punch hard enough on the bubble with his head that was starting to break it and making enough noise to grab their attention. Niki was trying her best to keep the bubble up but it was getting difficult every second, BBH, Ranboo and Techno tried to wrap the bubble with more webs to keep it from breaking, they were doing their best but soon it would break. Meanwhile Tubbo and Dream tried to swing there, but the Goblin is able to launch a bomb that created a force shield around him and Tommy, making them unable to reach them.

While Tubbo and Dream tried to get rid of the force shield, Goblin's gaze went back to Tommy. Slowly but surely, he started to take Tommy's mask off. Tommy tried to grab the hand to stop him but Goblin just squished his neck harder, making it harder to breathe. When he finally unmasked him, he stared at him with an unblinking expression, looking at Tommy as if he was studying an interesting object, or an animal that was interesting to look at.

"What's your name, little spider?"

"Go.. Go f*ck yourself.. d*ckhead"

He tried to sound confident and intimidating, but it was hard to speak without getting much oxygen in his body, and the fear he was feeling that was making his whole body paralyzed was making him panic internally.

Goblin just squish harder.

"OK, OK.. it's Tommy!! My name... *gasp*... is Tommy Innit.. please let... *gasp*.. go"

Goblin stopped to squish to the point of letting no oxygen in, but he still was squishing hard enough to breathe properly.

"See?? It wasn't that hard. Now, Tommy, I will say, I'm actually very impressed for what you did to my mask. The Spider-Man from this universe hasn't even been able get close to hurt me badly or caught me by surprise since he appeares. But you..."

He leaned closer to Tommy's ear, making Tommy shiver. He whispered

"You're fun. Our game has just begun. And I can't wait to start playing with you :)"

He finished saying with an obsessive and insane look.

Before anything else could happen, Goblin moved his head to the side to answer a call to what look like a communicator on his ear.

"Yes, I got the stuff.. Yeah I understand, I just got distracted by.. a spider problem. I'll be right there"

He made the force shield dissappear and pushing away Tubbo and Dream. The Lizard managed to break free from his prison and punched the Spiders into the walls hard. Goblin gave one last maniac look to Tommy before dropping him to the floor along with his mask.

"I enjoyed our meet up, Spider-Man, but I need to take care of other things. And Tommy... I'm looking forward to see you again. Goodbye for now, little spider"

Goblin made an explosion in the roof, flying with the hover board outside the building. The Lizard was quick enough to follow his lead before anyone could stop them.

Niki, BBH and Ranboo were slowly standing up after the punch The Lizard gave them. Dream and Tubbo quickly swing to where Tommy was dropped off.

"Tommy??! Are you okay??" asked Tubbo.

Tommy started to stand up, rubbing unconsciously his neck in which had been grabbed with a strong grip just some second ago. He looked to Tubbo and Dream, lingering his view in Dream for just a second longer than in Tubbo.

"Yeah..yeah I'm fine, I'm just glad he let go of my throat"

They look up to the hole where just some moments ago The Goblin and The Lizard escaped.

"It's better that we go back to Tubbo's base, we need to recover and get out of here before the polices arrives" said Techno while he was walking towards them.

Tommy looked just a little bit more to the hole before turning to Dream and then noodling to Techno.

By the time the cops arrived, all that was left was some mild destruction of the building with some webs in the walls and ceilings, and the testimony of civilians saying how they were more Spider-man's fighting the villains that attacked.

AND THAT'S IT FOR THIS POST WOOOOO!! It took me all day to write this wth. Tbh I was multitasking and doing some other things while I was writing so it makes sense lol. Also just to be clear!! In this universe (Tubbo's one) the Tommy from this universe is an orphan that got adopted by Kristen and has Wilbur as his older brother. I wanted to make Goblin! Dream's reaction to Tommy being genuinely surprised and impressed by his abilities without knowing, causing this to start his obsession over him.

13 Todobaku Fic Recs

I’ve been following the BNHA fandom for approximately two seconds, but within this time Todobaku has become my indisputable OTP. (The evil soul who introduced me to the fandom via her divine artwork (@anatchie) favors Bakudeku, and I feel a little disloyal now, but what can you do?) Over the past months I’ve read a lot of Todobaku. My gift to you is a baker’s dozen of my (admittedly idiosyncratic) favorites, the ones I return to time and again. As always, check out the author’s tags before reading. They’re there for a reason.

The indelicacies of nitroglycerin (T, 50.2K) by yeetin. - “Don’t you think Bakugou is pretty?”

Todoroki looked up, after having apparently caused the untimely deaths of his three friends. Uraraka was doubled over, clutching her throat as bits of food sprayed from her wheezing mouth, Iida had somehow mini-Recipro Bursted his way through the floorboards and was struggling to get back out of the crater, and Midoriya… Midoriya looked like he needed an ambulance. Or an immediate blood transfusion at least, his face was so white.

This fic has one of the most indelible scenes of drunk Todoroki I’ve ever read. A little angsty, a lot funny.

I want to reconcile the violence in my heart (T, 28.1K) by @callalilalma - You had one job, you piece of shit! his brain yells at it. Just pump fucking blood in my veins, don’t fucking give yourself to half and half!

This fic got me fascinated with the idea of Bakugou as an unreliable narrator. I may be halfway done with a remix from Todoroki’s point of view. I’ve probably listened to the Muse song thousands of time by now. (I’m a slow writer.)

i want you (to want me) (T, 18.5K) by shaekspeares - “You know what,” Bakugou exhales angrily, more to himself, and then suddenly is leaning over Todoroki where he sits, arms by his sides and face close to his. “It doesn’t fucking matter. I can think whatever the fuck I want of you. I’m gonna beat you no matter how much better than me you think you are.”

“When you’re not having a tantrum, I actually respect you a lot,” Todoroki corrects. Mainly because he means it, but also because he’s starting to know how to get Bakugou to pull the face he’s pulling now. “You’re an admirable person in some ways.”

“Fucking hell,” Bakugou says, his shoulders sagging and his expression comically disheartened. “I- what’s next? You gonna declare your love for me mid-battle?”

“I don’t think so, no,” Todoroki replies, instinctively, then freezes, thinking about it.

“I’m fucking- going,” Bakugou continues, undeterred and jittery. “Fucking weirdo.”

He hastily grabs his bag and stomps off, and Todoroki sits very still.

Oh, dear.

He thinks he may have missed a few things while redefining his feelings.

One of my favorite characterizations of Todoroki. Hilarious and sweet getting together fic.

Lock and Key (E, WIP) by @autochorystalize - Bakugou made a choked, gravelly noise before croaking out a low, “You can’t be serious.” His fingers ached to blow up everything in the room.

“I’m sorry, young man, but you can’t change reality! This sometimes happens.” Recovery Girl clicked through his file, adding a new symbol in a previously empty slot. - - - A pair of eyes discreetly locked on to an explosive blond plowing his way forward, parting people in his path. He recognized the kid, of course. Anyone in the underbelly of society would recognize him, after the publicity of both UA’s Sports Festival and the events leading up to All Might’s fall. The uniform he was wearing cast away any doubts about the young man’s identity. It was a bit of a surprise that the little firecracker presented as an omega. - - - - - - - - - Or: there are certain types of evil that seemed too distant, archaic violations and perversions that would never actually threaten bright-eyed heroes-in-training in the clean, modern world...but sometimes those evils aren't as distant as one might think.

The fic that changed my mind about abo. The world building is mind blowing. Delves deep into social issues that are all too real. This can be a hard read at times (check the tags) but is absolutely worth it. Also I’m dying for Bakugou and Todoroki to get together.

nothing lingers passively. (E, WIP) by @ii-mo - A faint tickling sensation under the bridge of his nose was all the warning he received before Bakugou gripped the lapels of his uniform and hauled him in. The scent of the Alpha's peaking rut shot through him like a bullet, ricocheting off his insides and settling to quiver at the bottom of his gut, still warm.

Cross- eyed, Todoroki wrinkled his nose where it nearly met his classmate’s. He should have expected that reaction, honestly.

Alpha Bakugou Katsuki is allergic to suppressants, and Todoroki Shouto is a Beta with a grudge. Together they strike a deal that swiftly becomes more than either of them had bargained for.

As of this writing there is one more chapter left in this story, and I can’t wait to read it. Fascinating take on the biology of alphas and betas.

Proximate Cause (T, 5.3K) by @daddyissuesandgrenadehands - “It seems our dear Bakugou has punched a teacher.” Shockingly, there’s no sarcasm in Nedzu's voice. “Midoriya was involved somehow too, but we aren’t sure how just yet. This is quite serious, as you can imagine.”

Aizawa wouldn’t be opposed to a Nomu slamming his head into the ground a few more times. Maybe one could just come and finish the job for good this time. All he wanted was one freaking day of peace. Goddamit Bakugou.

A serious catalyzing event, yet some of the best wry humor I’ve encountered.

rule 02: stay (M, 23.6K) by @altinsky - The vampire leans in close, expression utterly business-like in its seriousness.

And the last thing Katsuki remembers is the feeling of a tongue touching the bleeding wound at the juncture of his throat, the feeling of inexplicable anger, the fleeting thought of — this guy is so fucking dead — and then, nothing.

(or: katsuki is a vampire hunter who, thanks to a series of misfortunate circumstances and his potent werewolf's blood, somehow ends up striking a deal with the most aggravating vampire in existence)

As I rule I don’t particularly like creature!fics, but this fic, perhaps inspired by the BNHA Halloween art, captivated me. Great use of canonical elements in an AU.

Starting Over From Ground Zero (E, 38.5K) by @xenophonspeaking and HyacinthAtropa - What would their relationship have been like, if Bakugou’s pride hadn’t stood in the way? Would they have been friends, or would things have mostly stayed the same? Would Bakugou have been happier, more open and honest about his feelings and wants and needs as a person? Would he have accepted and even appreciated the comfort others offered him, rather than always keeping people at arm’s-length in an effort to maintain an image of independence and strength?

Todoroki didn’t know.

He didn’t know. But he wanted to.

Abruptly, like a bolt of lightning, he realized he actually had the chance to find out.

(Or: that one where Bakugou has temporary amnesia and Todoroki is tasked with caring for him until his memory returns, but ends up falling in love with the part of Bakugou that Bakugou has always kept hidden away instead.)

For obvious reasons XenophonSpeaks was one of the first Todobaku writers I discovered, and this is one of my two favorite fics from a talented writer. I’ve been pleased, though not surprised, to see its kudos steadily rising over the months. A sweet getting together story, great use of the amnesia trope, hot lovemaking.

then, be mine. (M, 32.5K) by TDRKBKGO - The way things always trucked onwards despite the ruthlessness of it was a constant fucking boulder in Katsuki’s smooth machinery because he had no time. One thing happened after another and he was content, of course - he didn't want to stand still. In fact, that was probably the one thing he couldn't stand the thought of doing. But it meant leaving things behind.

This fic should have hundreds more kudos. I want to write a love letter to this writer, if it wouldn’t be super creepy. One of my favorite tropes — getting back together — angsty, some of the best-written (though not necessarily the smuttiest) smut I’ve read in BNHA.

Tracing the Sharp Edge of You (T, 4.7K) by hellsinki - “Why do you hate Midoriya so much?”

“Why do you fucking ask? Why not just assume?”

Why not just assume? He had tried that, but something just didn’t add up.

“Because it doesn’t fit your profile.”

This is my take on the reason behind Bakugou’s rocky relationship with Deku based on their canonical interactions, set in a soft todobaku narrative. It’s not what you have been reading up in the fandom, but this is what I think could be a very plausible reason. Fair warning: Not exactly Deku-friendly.

This is a Todobaku fic, but it is actually a fascinating take on Bakugou’s relationship with Midoriya. If you read the comments you can see that a lot of readers didn’t understand (or appreciate) what the writer was doing. A refreshing read that I return to when I want something different.

Without Hesitation (T, 8.2K) by @xenophonspeaking - The first time Bakugou told Todoroki he was in love with him, he thought he’d die.

My other candidate for favorite fic from XenophonSpeaks. This fic makes my angst-loving heart sing, and there are some great ensemble comedic moments.

Yellow Umbrella (G, WIP) by veemon - When Todoroki’s interest finally catches Bakugous attention it may be too late for them to make up.

I adore this fic, and it launched my obsession with manipulative!Midoriya. I eat that shit up now. A rare G-rated abo story. I can’t wait until it updates.

you are my sun. (T, WIP) by TDRKBKGO - “‘Why’d he have to go and become the Moon’, he said" Shouto leans forward where he sits in a cherry tree on the verge of springing into full blossom, rubbing his temples.

“Because he went and became the Sun.”

This fic blew my mind, and it’s breaking my heart that it hasn’t been updated in months. I was speechless when I finished the first chapter. Bakugou’s the sun, and Todoroki’s the moon, and the way the story maps onto canon is extraordinary.

Everyone writes me in spanish, and I don’t know what they’re saying cause I’m a white girl that only knows some sign-language xD But I think amiga means friend, right? Like Amigo? anyway, I looked back at the post (x) and have decided to do different ‘mini-scenes’ where this may happen xD It’s probs AU though, but as always, I’ll do my best to try and stick to In-Character Portrayals of the Sonic Cast :)

Prompt:

After defeating a giant robot, and having thought maybe that was the end, Classic and Modern Sonic stare up at the robot, before watching it fall and cause a domino effect on the other robots around it, traveling down for hundreds upon hundreds of miles.

They ‘yahoo’! as Classic Sonic spins up to belly-bump his older self, and then Modern happily turns around to Amy, who sighs and places a hand on her chest in relief.

“We did it…”

“We made it!” In his excitement, and having been secretly worried about her, he lifts her up and spins in the air, embracing her by her waist area before pulling her down and then dashing off to congratulate the others.

She’s a little dizzy and disoriented, but smiles in a humorous matter, dipping her eyelids down. “Hehe~ I knew it.” she gloated slightly, having been suspicious of his behavior before, but was still wobbly from the spinning.

Classic didn’t understand what she meant but tried to catch her as she fell over, also holding her a moment before she caught her bearings.

“There’s no way we can take down that many invasions!”

“Not unless you have someone speedy to accompany you.” Sonic flicks his finger up just by her nose, startling her to moving backwards as he leaned forward to purposefully get her to stop talking and out of the conversation.

He then leans up and thumbs up Tails with a wink. “We’ll get the west-side invasion. You guys head on over to Park Avenue with the new recruit. Shadow? You take your team North. Silver? You’re South-end street. Everyone ready? Break a leg!”

Sonic took off, as Amy was covering her nose in a bit of flustered surprised before he whammed an arm into her to take her with him, making her ‘offph!’ as he went by.

“Hey! What happened to holding me like a lady!?” Amy argued, complaining a bit at how much he’s changed since she last saw him.

“Lady? What lady?” He comically looks around, as if innocent as she starts flailing around.

“Heeeyyy!!!”

“Haha! Hold on, Ames.” He turns her in the right way to hold her bridal style, “Oh, now there’s young woman.” he blinks as he looks directly at her, and then laughs.

“I’m only teasing, Amy.”

She tilts her head, not used to him acting this way, but smiles a little and blushes lightly, laughing a little with him. “Oh, Sonic..~”

“We’re not gonna make it without backup!” Amy ducks, having an explosion going on over the trench she was hiding in, a lower level to the upper ‘no-man’s land’ above them.

Her walkie-talkie spurts some static for a minute as she hits it. “Hello? Anyone copy me?”

“Amy!”

She looks up from the trench and gasps. “Sonic!!!”

Sliding into the trench, he breathes heavily, gripping his chest as Amy drags the rest of him down towards the trenches safety.

They duck their heads as more explosions fly dirt out all over them.

“What on earth are you thinking!?”

“I heard you.” He smiles, panting, and then closing his eyes.

She suddenly realizes…

She looks down at where his hand is.

She removes the hand and holds one over her own mouth, “Oh my gosh! Sonic! You’re hurt!”

“You said you…er… needed backup…” He flinches forward a minute, wincing at the pain from the hit, but lifts a leg up to try and muffle any sound coming out of him.

“You can’t help me like this!”

“Says you…Ah!”

“Sonic!”

“I’m… I’m fine.”

“Why..? You were safer over there.” She looks up from the trench, seeing where the rest of the different teams lay and fought the gunfire.

Sonic pulled her back down, making her startled a second as he strained to speak.

“We’re all…. in this… ack-ssss…… t-together.” he breathed and winched hard, but kept speaking.

“But you got hurt…” Amy teared up, looking into each eye.

“Heh.” he smirked, weakly, before gently moving his hand from gripping her down to moving some hair out of her face, a gentle stroke of genuine care.

“That’s how.. some people… show their love… Amy.”

Her eyes shook at his words, before he gripped his stomach again, in extreme pain now.

In panic, she removed herself from him and took the walkie-talkie again. “Sonic’s down. Send the little guy in!”

But then the custom character and Classic Sonic swooped into the trench, landing in style as they both looked back up at the trench’s top, glaring from the battle they perfectly evaded to get there.

“Everyone..” Her eyes continued to swell with tears.

Classic Sonic turned to her, winking a reassurance that it would be alright, along the Custom character nodding to her a confident comfort as well.

After the battle, Amy held onto Sonic, as they watched the new recruit take down one of the major power towers that Eggman controlled, and converting it to Chaos Energy they could use, meaning they reclaimed some territory.

Classic was by his side, and Sonic figured that was a big help too.

He smiled before leaning his head back to her, frowning deeply that he was useless in this battle.

Though he had fought countless others.

“All seven chaos emeralds… I can finally feel them again.” He closed his eyes, as Amy worriedly looked down, lightly tapping the side of his face.

“Sonic..? Sonic, stay with me! You can’t rest just yet, you just got back! You can’t leave me again!”

She ducked her head, as Sonic opened his eyes, blinking in confusion.

“You act like I’m dying.” Sonic thought her a bit over-dramatic, placing a hand to the side of her face to get her head to go up, off of him. “What’s wrong, Amy..? I’m right here.. I’m not going anywhere.”

He smiled, as Amy continued to cry, making him think she didn’t believe him.

“I believe you, Sonic…” she admitted, as she leaned her head into his soft, gentle stroking before he stopped with his hand, and looked at her a little more concerningly. “I just worry… that if you leave again… you really won’t come back.” She turned back to him, as his eyes scanned hers, and suddenly he leaned up through the pain of his injuries and held her.

Her eyes shook in amazement, before she heard him gently say-

“Never again, Amy… I’m sorry. I’ll never leave you alone, without a hero, again. No one’s getting left behind again. I promise.”

She couldn’t help it, the tears came too fast.

She embraced him and cried, as he closed his eyes and let her release all the feelings she’d held in for so long.

He then turned around to see the Custom Character and Classic Sonic coming up over the hill. Seeing Amy crying in Sonic’s arms, they held back a moment, Custom smiling, thinking it was right to cry over a happy moment of victory, but Classic seemed confused; not sure why his older self wasn’t pushing her away. He leaned forward with his hands on his hips, scrutinizing over the situation and silently judging, though not making it hard to see, his older self.

Sonic just awkwardly smiled at the ‘company’ and then moved Amy away, smiling kindly to her and gesturing to the unwanted eyes.

Amy looked to Sonic and then the crew, before rubbing and wiping her eyes, smiling back, and helping Sonic to his feet.

Letting him lean on her, he happily shared her grin, and turned to the others. “Great work, team. Now… let’s go find the others. Tell them everything.”

They nodded, wanting to share this happy moment with them.

And then-

The earth began to rock.

“Sonic!” Amy held him tightly upwards so he didn’t fall over, still weak, when a robot came bursting from the ground.

“Amy! Look out!” he threw her to the side, as the robot shone a light to detect movement, and seemed to swallow Modern Sonic whole, digging back into the ground.

Amy held out her hand, turning around from where she had fallen, “Soooniiicc!!”

The two went down after him, following Amy into the tunnel below….

I need to upload the last drawings I have (especially the inktobers one) so I can start college calmer a not anything pending.

If I’ve been distracted lately is because I have been distracted with Stardew Valley and Pokemon Ruby. (Especially I need to get Sam’s 3 heart event before the end of winter in year 1. Still not telling who I am marrying.)

Inktober day 28: Soul attack

Okay i don’t know why I do another drawing about this idea, but I got so hook up that I can’t stop drawing concept art for this series. it’s suppose to be a mix of the three routes (there’s not much in neutral, just a few dialogues I want to put here and there, but there will be parts of genocide and pacifist route). Also I was deciding if I ever did a comic, it would be manly black and white. And I won’t put EVERY monster there, especially if is unnecessary for the story,

Also I would be putting more twists to the story, like putting characters interactions that were actually there or change events that might change the course of the routes.

Inktober day 29: FE Highschool Au

Just a silly idea I had 3 years ago, but now that I think about it, it’s very stupid ^^; I really don’t want to do it, nor touch the idea ever again. Although I did like some concepts I had, especially Ricken’s side story I made.

The couples would be the ones based of my playthrough of FE Awakening.

Inktober day 30: I’m your final boss

This an idea I had while listening “I’m the boss” from the band Big Bad Bosses (it’s a really neat idea and it’s a band created from youtubers representing a villian of a specific game).

So I thought, “what would have happened if some of the rivals in pokemon turn out to be actually evil”. And the would be actually the final challenge, like post game. Hau is not here because Sun and Moon didn’t come out in October. So I actually selected the rivals from each gen (not counting gen 1).

Bianca: I love the rivals in each gen equally. All have unique personalities. (I was gonna put Hugh, but it was oversaturated as it is.) I love Bianca’s design in BW2, such a cutie and I love how you can rebattle her post game (if you use the reminder...something XD)

Wally: I love him and his backstory. But I HATE how he was implemented in the games. He should have been more present in the games, and see him evolve from a REALLY fragile kid who it seems he couldn’t do anything to a strong boy who can do anything. I thought I would see that in the remake. They didn’t. They just gave him more scenes but not more battles. Points for making him cuter though.

Silver: Truth to be told, I hated him when I was younger. I couldn’t stand him and I always thought he was an immature jerk (and I was 10 at that time XD). With the remakes I saw him in another different light...but he’s still an immature jerk XD

Barry: I have mixed feelings with Barry. I don’t believe he is a bad rival, but he’s also not my favorite, the main reason being is that Diamond and Pearl are games I dislike. The pacing was horrible and the pokemon that were selected for this game were horrendous u.u

N: One of the best “rivals” (could he be considered more a mini boss? Still don’t know :/ ) I needed to draw him since I like his design and the role he has in the story. In this pic he’s supposed to be the leader of the team.

Shauna: I REALLY didn’t want to draw a Gen 6 Rival, but I wanted another female rival to be N’s partner. But my options were Shauna, Serena and May. Both Serena and May are playable characters so I had to go with Shauna. I hate the rivals in X and Y. Boring, bland, one-dimensional and zero competition. The only thing that I could say to Shauna is that I like her design.

Inktober day 31: Yuki’s group of friends.

I wanted to draw this for a VERY long time. I love Gakkou Gurashi, gotta say that it’s definitely my favorite that I have seen in a long time. I even re watch the whole first season again :3 It’s an anime that I don’t get bored in watching.

I REALLY don’t want to explain what’s going on in this pic or why I love this anime so much because I might spoil the whole series. The only thing that I recommend you to do for this series is to go blind. Really, don’t search anything about it. Just watch the whole first episode. It’s worth it. My boyfriend LOVED this series, even though he’s not a fan of moe anime.

Note: the manga and the anime differ in a lot of things, so I recommend to check out both. (See the anime first though)
