Hello! I like to roleplay and will RP most things as long as I’m comfortable/confident in the character I’m playing.

A short description about your OC: When the cult swept through Adrian's town like a breeze, taking her sixteen year old daughter Rose with them, Adrian felt a grief so strong it nearly crippled her. She had always struggled to provide for her daughter as single parent living paycheck to paycheck, but she would've moved the moon for her girl if she could. But whatever Joseph Seed promised her lured her away, and Adrian vowed that she would never let another parent fall victim to the pain of losing a child.

As she ached to hear news of her daughter's whereabouts from the police, she moved to a new state with a college friend and joined outreach volunteer programs to help struggling families and at risk teens. Her experiences there led her to become a Jack of all trades, and slowly became her career. Building shelters, stockpiling food, basic first aid and self defense, etc.

When the bombs fell, she was lucky. She was lucky enough to survive years of shelter-hopping and foraging for scraps when Thomas Rush went through what was left of her city. He offered her a job as an expert on his train, and once they became friends, taught her how to shoot. Adrian helped Rush rebuild communities and unite people all along the coast, hearing stories of violent people who call themselves the Highwaymen and of a cult that made their home in a what's left of a place called Hope County, Montana.

Although her journey there led her to heartbreak and loss, it also dug up ghosts from the past. Now she works to protect a place called Prosperity, and after swallowing her pride and alliancing herself with the very people who took her daughter away in the first place, she finally has a place to call home.

Warhammer 40k: Wrath & Glory RP #9

We’re back with the game, and finally done with the data disk, at least for the moment! Saef wasn’t present, so he was totes in his room the whole time (Gimlet grounded him). We’ll be skipping back a bit bc we missed few things when Cayenne was gone, so unfortunately this write-up might be a bit complicated. Here goes nothing:

First let’s see how the aftermath of the battle went, really.

Gorm asks Cayenne why she cancelled the mission out of the blue.

Cayenne comments that based on information from Gimlet the tech-priest is not a good guy, hence cancellation.

To which Gorm says that the rest of the party (Gimlet, Saef, Cayenne) is also very shady, and he works with them no problem!

Cayenne says that she sort of got ”Vanessa”, as it was the only thing that remained of her brother.

Gorm says that he would like to know of Cayenne’s sympathies sooner as he could have killed her, luckily he didn’t.

Gorm asks if Cayenne now understands why he doesn’t always follow orders.

And Cayenne replies ”Well, you’re a Space Wolf”, which is as good a reply as it gets.

The trio debates a bit whether to look into the data disk, and decide they probably should.

Inside they find four folders containing various types of files. Three of the folders have maybe 100 files, and one has over 10,000.

Our heroes decide to make a copy of the files so they can look into them in peace.

While they’re waiting for the files to copy, Cayenne receives a message from her cousin Ghost, asking why did Port send her a picture of Cayenne with an illegal weapon in an illegal casino.

Gorm suggests that maybe they can claim it’s photoshopped, apparently he and Snorri always used to photoshop stuff together.

Cayenne decides that this is a problem for tomorrow her, and leaves Ghost on read. (rude)

So, they start checking into the data disk, starting with the big folder. There’s some pictures they check, in the beginning, featuring a woman and a man, and a baby pretty soon.

Soon our heroes realize that these files appear to be the sergeant’s memories.

They search the name of the tech-priest within the files and get a glimpse into their first meeting (the sergeant was in a hospital).

They also find a memory of the sergeant suggesting the tech-priest takes another name, as calling him E-E \\ 821 is cumbersome. The tech-priest asks the sergeant (who he calls Kuru) to name him, and Kuru dubs him Eden.

Searching for Eden yields far more results in the sergeant’s memories.

Gorm takes this moment to search for ”dick” in the memories.

Luckily before anyone has been scarred for life, Tabasco Pepper bursts in and everyone hurries to close the files.

Although Gimlet scolds Gorm with ”you search them, you watch them”.

Aside from audio, video and image files, there’s a lot of files that the computers cannot execute. Gimlet takes a copy of one and sends it forward to his old Inquisition contacts. Unfortunately it might take some time to get answers on that front.

They check the other folders, they appear to be memories of the other three AdMechs that were with the sergeant on the Necron planet, only starting when they left for the planet however.

The last pics in each folders are the same, our heroes through the eyes of the Necron Tomb Keeper.

(also a funny gif of everyone falling over by the seismic tremor attack of the Necron)

Gorm wants to print all the pics of him looking cool, but unfortunately the computer isn’t connected to a printer.

Searching through other names mentioned in the discussions, they find out that the corporal is named Vivek and that he and Kuru had some sort of scism over Kuru being a Mendoza.

In that conversation Vivek mentions that Kuru has killed a tech priest, which certainly doesn’t sound great.

Trying to search for that results in a lot of unreadable files, but there’s one where Eden tells Kuru that he gets why he killed the tech-priest (though he doesn’t condone it).

Attempts to search for information about the criminality of the other AdMechs yields a memory of Eden rushing through a hallway with what appears to be a bleeding 13-year-old in his arms.

They’ll have to go through the data disk more later, but now they get to the Triplex Phall, and as recorded in a previous write-up, Gorm, Gimlet and Saef go off to meet with Snorri, leaving Cayenne alone when Inquisitor Inpax arrives.

Cayenne kinda freaks out, when her brother comes to tell her this, and even more so when he tells that the others have gone off with an AdMech to do something.

Cayenne puts on her best rogue trader smile and goes to meet with the Inquisitor.

Inpax is a woman in her thirties, somewhat stern looking woman, but she is pleasant enough.

She notes that Cayenne has been working with a tech-priest she is interested in, because there exists no records of the man.

She wants to use Cayenne’s ship as a meeting place as to not aggitate the AdMechs. Cayenne can re-necogiate her deal with the tech-priest.

Cayenne agrees, and as soon as the Inquisitor leaves she texts the others ”INQUISITOR ON THE WAY TO TECH PRIEST” and lots of screaming emojis and exclamation points.

She chats with Tabasco about this, what this means for their mom and Tabasco says he only hopes it’s a misunderstanding.

Gorm and Gimlet (and Saef), upon receiving Cayenne’s text, quickly make their exit from the AdMech base and back to the ship, where Cayenne asks what they should do about all this.

They decide for Gorm and Cayenne to sit in on the interview with the tech-priest and the Inquisitor to see what’s up. (Gimlet doesn’t want to come)

The interview doesn’t last long, as the Inquisitor asks the tech-priest kindly remove the mask he’s wearing, and upon doing so, it’s plain for everyone that the tech-priest is not and has never been a human, and instead is a robot with some synthetic flesh.

Upon seeing this, Inquisitor Inpax takes the tech-priest straight from the meeting to the brig.

Gorm and Cayenne go to Gimlet to talk this over, but before they get too deep into it, Gorm receives several confusing and frantic text messages from the Corporal, Vivek.

Here’s the gist of it, he had snuck into the ship of Gorm’s friend Uffe in hopes of getting off-planet and had kinda gotten caught.

Gorm calls them and asks to speak with Uffe. Gorm tells him as far as he knows Vivek is alright, but also maybe someone someone (ie Uffe) should keep an eye out.

Uffe isn’t very happy about it, but agrees.

Vivek chats a bit with Gorm as well. Vivek mentions that there’s a tracker of some sort in the back of Uffe’s neck and he can maybe take it out. It was the tech-priest who pointed it out to him.

After that interlude, Gorm and Cayenne explain the situation to Gimlet, who knows to say that being an A.I. (Abominable Intelligence) is actually illegal in the Imperium, punishable by death to whoever made such a creature.

They decide to search for the sergeant’s memories to see if he knew that Eden was an A.I.

It turns out yes, and also so did the other AdMechs (noticeable in that memory Vivek’s scarring is rather new).

So what is our heroes’ stance on robots anyway?

Clearly they are illegal, and uh, well what’s gonna happen to Eden? It’s usually the creator that gets executed.

Our heroes decide to go talk with Inquisitor Inpax, and at the same time ask permission to talk with Eden, as she promised Cayenne could.

Gimlet is resistant to coming with the others.

The reason turns out to be is that Inpax is the successor of the Inquisitor Gimlet worked with and was the one who kicked him out.

Inquisitor Inpax is filing some stuff when our heroes arrive. She is more than willing to share what will be done with the A.I. The Inquisition will attempt to extract information from it (!) and after they have gotten all they need, it will be disassembled.

And yeah, ofc Cayenne can go talk with it.

Before leaving Gorm attempts to threaten Inpax by dropping his trophy of an Inquisition badge very noticeably.

Inpax barely rises an eyebrow.

She does greet Gimlet by name, though.

And off to the ship’s brig it is, where they find Eden, who’s arms (all except the one with fleshy bits) have been taken off.

So of course Gorm starts with a pun by asking if Eden needs a hand (*rimshot*).

Well, so, hey, you’re a robot?

Eden says he doesn’t actually like being called a robot, and certainly dislikes the term Abominable Intelligence. A Servitor will do.

Cayenne is rather apologetic about the situation. On the one side there’s Eden, who’s definitely illegal and on the other side there is the Inquisition which is big and scary.

Eden says he doesn’t blame her for taking the other side.

Eden’s main concern seems to be to get the Inquisition off the rest of his team, and if getting arrested and eventually killed for it, then so be it.

He isn’t happy about it mind you, he didn’t choose the circumstances of his birth, he didn’t choose to be something that shouldn’t exist.

They ask him about what’s in the data disk, and he says they contain the sergeant’s memories, his soul almost.

Apparently the sergeant was always supposed to die on the Necron planet, and the reason for that is that he and three other Mechanicus have caught a mutated strain of the Life Eater Virus, making their bodies essentially ticking time bombs.

Eden’s idea was to clone them new bodies without the virus and build them back up using memories (creepy, says Gorm).

He has knowledge of this because his mentor / creator was originally planning on stealing his body once his own became too broken, hence memory programming research.

Also Eden points out to Gorm he didn’t lie when he said he couldn’t kill anyone, he’s literally incapable of doing that.

They ask if a copy of Eden exists also, and Eden says that as he is not human,but a computer, he cannot be copied in way that would keep him, him. So, no, no copy of the Servitor.

The rest of the AdMechs are not Life Eater Virus carriers, but prisoners they got to help bc they figured they’d have nothing to lose (as they would be turned into servitors).

Well, here’s a theoretical puzzle, what if the data disk is copied?

Eden seems to find rather concerning as the data disk will continue to accumulate memories even after Kuru has died, so copies existing in other places will grow differently.

Well, it’s a good thing there’s not a copy of the data disk, haha!

So what does Eden want our heroes to do with the data disk?

They should probably keep it, until after Eden dies and the Inquisition loses interest, and then give it to one of his AdMechs.

He does doubt whether anyone could bring the sergeant back except him, which he finds regretful, as apparently Kuru was not merely a colleague but a lover as well.

Eden then turns to ask about Cayenne’s mother, and she says that yes, her mother was taken in by a cult and she needed Eden to fix that.

Eden says he still might be able to help, he needs to see the mother and then maybe one of his teammates could perform the actual thing.

But the problem is that both Eden and mother are running out of time, and that’s what Cayenne must buy from the Inquisitor while she searches for her mother.

Gorm is in, he always loves pranking Inquisitors, provided Eden stays out of his business.

Eden says he can’t promise that, as he had ordered Vivek to hitch a ride with Uffe.

Turns out Vivek is, uh, known for setting factories aflame, so the Inquisition might be interested in talking with him, and if he goes back to prison, he will become a servitor.

Cayenne says she will try.

There’s also a matter of Eden’s cat and Eden says that since the AdMechs may need to flee, someone should probably look after the cat. He names Saef for it.

Before finishing up, Gimlet calls his mom and Gorm calls Fenris.

Gorm lets Fenris know that Snorri has been dealt with, mentions Uffe and how he seemed OK (and is asked to keep an eye out for any strange behavior).

Then he mentions this servitor that the Inquisition is after that possesses some information relating to Snorri and asks for permission to move in the gray area re: that. Permission is given.

Turns out Cayenne’s mom went missing in the same planet where the helmet of Gorm’s friend was found. What a coincidence! Let’s go there next!

eden didn’t do mass unfollows what are you talking about the rp was dead because the admins ditched so someone came forward and made a new one for all the active people? not to mention that the og rp’s admins ghosted because they had more kpop fcs than they anticipated, they didn’t owe loyalty to those weirdos.

How long have you been rping? so long honestly. I started out in the neopet boards, with wolf pack and pirate and fantasy rps being my favorites. then I moved to a couple forums that my friends ran. (this was when aim was poppin, truly, honestly) I don’t remember what they’re called though hmmm. Then I stopped rping for a couple of years and somehow found tumblr krp one day. With the first directory I joined being [eden-krp] and I really hope the admins bring it back one day. Do you write outside of rp? I do! I write poems and short stories and my favorite college class so far has been creative writing tbh. Which days/times do you get the most writing done? late at night. its my magic hour.

If your muse(s) could describe you in a few words, what would they say? “he's a good kid. he tries his best.” cris is hella soft bruh What is the most wicked thing you could imagine your character doing? he’s not really a wicked person but when it comes to his pack or pride or friends for that matter…he’d kill someone. If your muse(s) were real, would you fight them? uh no. he would destroy me with one finger. but if we’re being honest…I’d probably try. out of curiosity.

What object would you erase from existence if given the opportunity? im going to have to second mosquitos, because I hate them. and scientist have proven they could die out and nature would be fine. they suck blood and spread disease so fuck em. If you had a billion dollars and could only spend it, what would you buy first? my mom a house and a business so she could make more money even without my money. and pay of my student loans. If you could play any sport, what would it be? I play basketball and baseball so probably football (soccer) the sport of my people. Do you have any fun hobbies or talents you’d like to share? I can play the xylophone and can also snipe you from 800ms away on Ghost Recon. come at me bro. Do you have/want any pets?

OKAY SO THIS IS GOING TO BE A LITTLE SAD. WARNING YOU NOW.

I’ve had three dogs growing up. The first dog was my grandfathers, a shaggy little black dog named Scrooples. When me and my fam moved in with my grandfather, we were passed the responsibility of taking care of him. He was blind in one eye and pissed everywhere but I loved him. Then one day, he passed away and although it was illegal, my grandfather buried him in Central Park. Because that was Scrooples favorite place.

My second dog was a beagle named Candy. She was a rescue and hated loud noises. And whenever she did something wrong like ripped up a tissue or a peed on the sheets, she would always bumrush you as soon as you came through the door crying and licking your face so you’d forgive her. She was a sweetheart. About a year later, she ended up going with my older cousin upstate when she got married because they had a big ass backyard and city living was getting her fat. As she got older, she started getting really sick and got cancer. Even though she went through a lot of surgeries, she too passed away. She was my Candy Girl.

And my third and possibly saddest dog was my blue nosed pit-bull named Blu. I had him since he was a puppy and he was basically my child. Contrary to popular belief he was very sweet and loving and even when my baby cousins or family members would pull on his ear or try to sit on him, he wouldn’t try to bite them or anything. He would just run to me because the hoomans were scaring him. But he was a good guard dog though. When my ex girlfriend would stay over and I had left to work or the store, he would perch himself in between my room door and pick his head up if he heard someone getting too close to my apartment door.

Okay heres where it gets sad, So for those that don’t know the word gentrification, its the process of renovation of a deteriorated urban neighborhood by replacing the residents with more affluent families. Its happening all over New York City and as one of the last latino families in my neighborhood, we’re constantly getting pressured to leave the apartment or sell out. Although my apartment building never really had a rule for pets, all of a sudden they had one. They basically threatened to kick us out because we had a pitbull. So one day while I was away at work, my mom and cousins took Blu to ASPCA and didn’t even tell me.

It was the first time in a long time that I ever cried so hard. And there was nothing I could do. (sidenote: my first tattoo was his face on the left side of my chest, over my heart *coughmantitycough*)

Rules:

1) please send me a message like "hi" before we start I don't like just jumping into it

2) do not force my characters to do something extreme little influences are fine but not like your yelling at me to do something

3) play nice

4) if something makes you uncomfortable tell me immediately I don't want to keep doing something that makes you uncomfortable

5) if I say to please stop doing something then stop

6) no rape or incest(meaning no toast x gavin and such)

7) I sometimes won't say more than one or two lines so don't yell at me for it or I will leave

8) after 24 hours I will send a message asking if your still there
