Some doodles/concepts of my re-telling of Ghidorah, The Three-Headed Monster
Changes the dynamics of the monsters & story quite a bit, with the perspective from a scrappy little Rodan. (The type of story that would work better as something like a comic instead of animation)
Godzilla in pop culture: Look at this funny dinosaur guy fight other dinosaur guys. He's so wacky!
Godzilla in the original film (and Shin Godzilla and Minus One): This beast represents our fears and damaged psyche caused by nuclear destruction. We must be staunchly anti-war or risk the annihilation of our species to petty grievances. We will never truly heal from the pain and suffering that occurred in Nagasaki and Hiroshima.
Godzilla in every other movie: Look at this funny dinosaur guy fight other dinosaur guys. He's so wacky!
I should mention that I legitimately love both styles of film, but the mood whiplash between them is pretty intense.
