Hi Kellyvela, I just had a question since you are the queen of collecting extracanon materials. I had heard that Bran's actor knew he would be king during the filming of the show prior to S8 but that D/aenerys' didn't know she would 'turn' and burn King's Landing until she read the script for S8.

Do you know if this is true, and why would Bran's actor know about the future of his character before it happened, but D/aenerys' actress didn't? Did they intentionally keep that from her or was she just surprised by how dark D/aenerys went?

I think Isaac Hempstead-Wright found out about King Bran when he read S8 script, not before:

HBO: So, the biggest question on our minds: What was your reaction when you found out Bran would become king?

Isaac Hempstead Wright: I had to physically get up and walk around my flat. I said, “What?! You’re joking.” It was the very last thing I expected to happen. I was convinced they had sent a script to everyone in which they become king or queen, so I still didn’t believe it until the read-through.

But I think he is a great character to take on that role. You never thought of him in that way, but what more could you ask for in a king than to have no personal attachments, no agenda, but have a calm understanding of the entire universe? He’s the ideal person to be in charge.

[Creators] David [Benioff] and Dan [Weiss] told me there were two things [author] George R.R. Martin had planned for Bran, and that was the Hodor revelation, and that he would be king. So that’s pretty special to be directly involved in something that is part of George’s vision. It was a really nice way to wrap it up.

Firstly, Daemon did not take her out just make her happy, he took her to see a play where people hate her as crown princess, and Daemon is shown as the true heir. And then takes her to a brothel with suspicious intention, it wasn't for showing her the good side of marriage or, it was to use her.

What I don't know is if his plan was to sleep with R𝗁𝖺𝖾𝗇𝗒𝗋𝖺 till the end and then demand her hand cause no one would want a stained lady, but it got ruined because she was into it and reciprocate with desire, and he couldn't handle that, so he just got drunk and still tried to continue with the plan with a bluff while half drunk.

Or he planned to stop when she showed some discomfort or rejection, I want to know what was the level of hurting R𝗁𝖺𝖾𝗇𝗒𝗋𝖺's feelings and her honor and what was the afterwards plan.

By the way I am happy he did not continue and stopped, I just wished he stayed there told her to put her clothes on and take her to her room safe and sound which would not have left a scar in her little heart. The shot after Daemon left with her half naked was heartbreaking, imagine being left like that exposed, vulnerable by the only person you trust.

I wonder what she thinks of Daemon now, does she despite him for using her, or is she still hopeful about his feelings.

But still I know he loves her dearly but that wont stop him for using her even if that mean hurting her becouse thats who he is.

Hey! Arya and Gendry got more than just one nod. Their endgame is also in their final outfits. Gendry is wearing grey under black, with claw marks, he's basically marked as Arya's mate. Arya by the other hand is not wearing her maiden cloak anymore (the grey one), she is wearing a black cloak that symbolizes she's a married woman now... maybe is not official yet but it will be in the future. There's also a whole re-tell of the SE legend during the season, starting in episode 2.

Yes, thank you! I knew Arya’s cloak was different and I wasn’t just going mad. We all took note of the furry claw marks in Gendry’s outfit, but I was trying to work out the symbolism of Arya’s clothing, so this is great, thank you. And yeah, already knew about the SE legend retelling with the cloak in 802.

Honestly, we’re legit in a very very good place with this ship. People who are jumping off distraught I’m like… these two love each other, they’re just not in the right place for it now. It’s fine! They’ll find their way back, because they always do.

How did you crash with him?

I suppose we all knew about Frikidoctor and his S7 leaks that were 100% confirmed, he was all over Twitter and Reddit. His leaks were legit since he got them from someone that dubbed the series to Spanish (that's why he got his reputation of having legit leaks). HBO sued him at some point, so he couldn't do the same for S8. He got some info from the filming sets in Spain (Like Tyrion's trial) and then he added his own speculations (Tyrion will die being the bitter part of the bittersweet ending -WTF? & jonerice not being in the trial because aunty was giving birth boatie with Jon by her side LMAO) and got almost everything wrong (targ restoration WRONG, boatie WRONG, jonerice king & queen WRONG).

I still remember his fervent belief that 'without targ restoration the show would make no sense' LOL
