when i made boggy, I did it in like 2 weeks and absolutely burnt myself out. By the time i got to the teeth, I was so done with the project that i just made a random bunch of tiny clay teeth and only made enough for the top of the mouth & they looked …. interesting 😵‍💫

This last weekend I got motivated and ripped those suckers out and sewed a whole plush set of teeth to put in and VIOLA:

I’m very happy with these!!! I followed this tutorial and it was really great. Highly recommend! Now all that’s left is for me to get buckram and fix the eyes :]

Last night I ordered all the materials to make a fursuit semi partial of Chudobka :3 I’m pretty excited because I haven’t made one since about 5 years ago, I will probably record and document the process here and on youtube(gotta make a new account for it)

i have started making waddles. i have very little idea what i'm doing but i'm having fun so that's all i care about :3 the first pic is where i realized it didn't fit on my head with my glasses on so i had to cut out a glued section and add two inches. the second is when i realized i looked like sauron and the third is when i realized i looked like optimus prime.

Got all the pads sewn in, lined, & stuffed. I’ve stuffed all the claws but I really want to just attached the ones on the middle fingers to be super reminiscent of bee claws…but I know doing that means it won’t sell well 😔

I will always be in awe of the sheer artistry and craftsmanship that goes into making fursuits

Like before I joined the fandom proper I didn't know just how much work needed to be put into them, and how much of a labor of love they are

Not only that but there's such a variety in styles and creative designs that I find myself appreciating almost every suit I come across. There's so much creativity on display and it's genuinely so inspiring I just can't get enough of seeing them

Fursuits are so cool man

#ramblings #kemono suits are a personal fave but i appreciate every style #i can't say i really dislike any suits i've seen (with few exceptions. but this is an appreciation post so we won't talk abt those)#even like amateur suits that are poorly made. like i can see the love and effort that went into them #and i can't bring myself to say i don't like it #cos like making a fursuit takes a lot of dedication and love for the character being made #and creating one in itself is amazing #i have such immense respect for fursuit makers like the stuff they make is just so awesome #learning more abt them and what goes into making them makes me kinda sad that ppl hate on it so much #i feel like if more ppl were willing to learn abt it and got to see the whole process there'd be a lot less hate for it #tho it's very unusual and ppl always hate on stuff they don't understand #anyways fursuits are cool and i want. one really really bad #gotta start saving up money to either commission one or make one myself

Representation for furries who cannot draw 😞 I want to make a fursona sooo bad but I just suck at drawing and am also not very creative so 💔 I do plan to try and get better at drawing in the future but for now....I'm just kinda here..... no fursona or anything I just rlly like cats and looking at furry art 😭😭 THATS ALL I GOT!!!!

I’m still tweaking some things (the teeth need to be bigger & on the bottom, and the eyes should be buckram, and i might take the foam out of the hair so it flops and looks less funny) but otherwise my dude is mostly done

Always kinda wanted to make a fursona. I'm not even really a furry, I just think they're kinda fun. Also I love doing the whole "its me but as *blank*" thing and that fits under it.

#also I'm not saying i don't like furrys bc i obviously do if I'm interested in just making a fursona for fun #i just don't really fully identify with them? but i still think they're fuckin neat and SUPER talented #like I see some fursuits and look at it like...i want to ask you about the entire process of making that bc holy shit #and also I say fully bc i do kinda like ears and tails... and occasionally fangs and paws but those two are mostly more for drawings

i get to make horns and then use them as a drawing ref 😎

#*i had to clarify ‘pros’ as in the opposite of ‘‘cons’’ bc there is nothing ‘‘pro’’fessional about my entire self- art/fursuit or otherwise #one day i gotta add ridges to them via clay or iron burning #that sounds so violent compared with what the actual process is!
