Antis are so weird because if someone says they ship Floyd and Veneer from Trolls 3, they complain about Floyd being an adult and Veneer being a teen. Which, I feel like should be a lesser concern to the kidnapping and torture.

My thoughts on Floyd x Veneer

I hate it, It’s disgusting, if you ship it, why?

Because first off let’s discuss the ages, at BEST Veneer is 18 or 19, still a teen but an adult still, at Worst though? He’s 17, 16, 15, etc and Floyd? Floyd is 30+ YEARS OLD

Now let’s discuss the second factor of why this ship is weird and lowkey gross

Floyd was Kidnapped by Velvet AND Veneer

Notice how it’s not just Velvet? Exactly, they’re a duo. Even IF he had a change of heart, he still kidnapped Floyd. Floyd falling in love with Veneer (his captor) is called Stockholm Syndrome

Ever seen Beauty and The Beast? It’s a great example of what Stockholm Syndrome is.

I think, because Floyd and Veneer are very obviously written to be gay, or at least not straight. A lot of people started shipping them, and not to mention, TBT showed us interspecies relationships can work (Bruce and Brandy) But I think a lot of people forget the key factors why it wouldn’t work for Floyd and Veneer. One, it’s 10+ year age difference, and two, Veneer is Half the reason Floyd died and probably needed extensive physical therapy and whatever else he had to go through to heal.

Is it that serious? No, but whatever, I wanted to say my piece
