It’s Poppy’s and Bruce’s fav holiday

Branch used to HATE this holiday obvi

Poppy and Branch go ALL OUT, chocolate, paper hearts, writing songs for each other, roses everywhere ect

Poppy gives everyone valentines, dosent matter who

There is an annual Valentine’s Day get together at Poppy’s

Viva also goes all out for valentines day with Clay but he’s more private

Clays the kind of guy to just want to stay home with a box of chocolates and roses and read romance books with Viva but since the holiday is literally you doing things to show you love the other person he will go out and do things with Viva

Brandi and Bruce go out for a romantic dinner and sunset swim

John Dory stays home all day bc he is single and sad but when he does go out it’s for the chocolate

Jd rereads all the Valentine’s Day letters/cards he kept from his boy band days

My opinions on Cliva (Clay x Viva)

I think Cliva is cute, but I can't see it personally. Even with knowing each other for a long time like their younger siblings, it doesn't seem like they have that same kinda of love like Poppy and Branch do. I'm not saying everyone's romantic love is all the same, but it just doesn't seem like it's there. At least when I see them interact. Maybe it's because they didn't get a lot of screen time together? Idk

My thoughts on Floyd x Veneer

I hate it, It’s disgusting, if you ship it, why?

Because first off let’s discuss the ages, at BEST Veneer is 18 or 19, still a teen but an adult still, at Worst though? He’s 17, 16, 15, etc and Floyd? Floyd is 30+ YEARS OLD

Now let’s discuss the second factor of why this ship is weird and lowkey gross

Floyd was Kidnapped by Velvet AND Veneer

Notice how it’s not just Velvet? Exactly, they’re a duo. Even IF he had a change of heart, he still kidnapped Floyd. Floyd falling in love with Veneer (his captor) is called Stockholm Syndrome

Ever seen Beauty and The Beast? It’s a great example of what Stockholm Syndrome is.

I think, because Floyd and Veneer are very obviously written to be gay, or at least not straight. A lot of people started shipping them, and not to mention, TBT showed us interspecies relationships can work (Bruce and Brandy) But I think a lot of people forget the key factors why it wouldn’t work for Floyd and Veneer. One, it’s 10+ year age difference, and two, Veneer is Half the reason Floyd died and probably needed extensive physical therapy and whatever else he had to go through to heal.

Is it that serious? No, but whatever, I wanted to say my piece
