I woke up this morning feeling, lighter, with more energy and just ME again!! I analyzed what I did different last week, this is what my #ChallengeTracker showed:

✔️ I workout at home 30 min for 4 days! ✔️ drank my Shakeology 6 days straight!! ✔️ slept 7-8 hrs ✔️ ate clean! No sweets, low carbs, no processed meats. ✔️ check in with my suppprt group every day! That's how we win a BATTLE, one day at the time, right? 🔱

I'm so grateful to have ALL THE TOOLS I NEED to be successful in my fitness according to my BUSY LIFESTYLE!! 🙋🏻🙋🏻

I am on total #supermommode • This morning had a lot of hiccups. While I was ready to leave to go to the gym, I had to rescue hubby after having a flat tire on his bike. I’m so glad I didn’t have to drive all the way to the city to get him although he was 5 mins away from the GWB. 🤷🏻‍♀️ So workout was stalled for a bit and I decided to hit the #garagegym with the kiddies and workout together! My goal used to be for the “after picture” but not anymore. What happens when you get the after picture, where do you go from there? . You start to put pressure on yourself to change more to look better to be a little more strict with your diet and I found that's just not good for me personally. . My goal now with any program that I start is to be happy, to feel good, and just be freaking Healthy! .
