Of course, leave it to John Murphy—a rival merc from her ex’s organization Second Dawn—to be after the same target. Goddammit, there really is a reason his code name is Cockroach. But the longer they dance around each other the entire night (literally and figuratively), the higher (and hotter) the tension between them.

“Dancing in the Moonlight” – Clarke Griffin may love autumn, but she doesn't exactly do horror. Which is why it's against her better judgement that she finds herself at The Ark's Haunted Grounds this year, dragged there by her friends. She's prepared to be on edge the whole night, but then Octavia Blake's older brother and his friends join the party unexpectedly. Her fear of scary things outweighs her fear of him finding out that he has a crush on her –– especially once he becomes determined to look out for her in the haunted corn maze. Maybe Halloween won't be so bad this year after all if the way he holds her hand is any indication.

“An Enchantment in the Light” – Clarke Griffin comes home to heal after a failed attempt at making her own path in life and even more failed romantic relationships. She arrives expecting the small New England fishing town of Arkadia to be the exact same, and in some ways it is. But the disappearance of Octavia Blake is a reflection of brewing struggles in the community and it still haunts the people living there –– namely Octavia’s older brother, Bellamy.Clarke and Bellamy haven’t spoken in years, but he proves to be a good distraction for her during this time and slowly they’re able to find a way to heal together. She just can’t help it if she falls in love with him along the way.

“Imitation” – In a remote research station on the planet Nakara, Emori is just starting to get into a rhythm with her work when things take a turn for the worse. It starts off with a dog bite but it leads into a desperate race to survive, as the infection spreads and it turns out that her fellow teammates aren’t all who they appear to be. The race against time will involve keeping emotions and personal feelings in check while trying to stop the creatures from picking them all off one by one.

“Strange You Never Knew” – Against the potential end of the world, Bellamy’s offhand comment about his experience at Mount Weather distracts Clarke more than it should. For once though, she gathers her courage and they have a real conversation about it. Feelings bubble to the surface, exposing what they both feel towards each other. With the encroaching apocalypse, they struggle to find a balance between their emotions and trying to save their people. Now that she knows the truth about how Bellamy feels about her though, Clarke will do anything to ensure they get through this together.

“Under a Star-Studded Sky” – A breakup initiated by a wedding, a tumultuous relationship with his wild-child sister –– needless to say that Bellamy Blake’s spring is off to a rocky start. So once summer finally rolls around, and he’s tired of feeling sorry for himself, he knows it’s time to mix things up. Thankfully, a chance encounter leads him to a strange new opportunity. Working at the guest ranch in the mountains is supposed to be a chance to work on himself and his relationship with Octavia. But the daughter of the ranch’s owner, Clarke Griffin, might just prove to be a bigger distraction than he was prepared for, though he wouldn’t say it’s an unwelcome one.

She finds that she enjoys the people of her village, but still feels torn between the people who want nothing to do with her anymore, and the people who she finds she wants to be with, including the village's leader, who is annoying and pushes all her buttons, but also has a depth to him that she hadn't expected.

So they decide to just be friends and not worry about their matching marks on their bodies that mark them as destined to be together.Clarke’s never tried to battle fate before, but she’s determined to pull this off. Now if only the universe can cooperate with her.

Grounder Princess versus Sky People Princess. They form a tentative alliance after proving themselves to each other, but then that's when things continue to derail. When Anya is shot, Clarke has to scramble to keep their tentative truce alive (as well as Anya), so that they can take on the mountain.
