Happy Birthday @azurefishnets!!!
I decided to draw FianSissel and Alma bonding and gossiping about their husbands because we need more content of them being besties 🥺 I know you like my FianSissel a lot, which makes me happy! And I want to draw more of her and Alma interacting because I love the idea of them being friends! 💜

GT/AA crossover thoughties (spoilers):
-Pheonix wouldn't die. Maya 100% would. Probably while getting arrested. You'd save her and clear her name somehow in the 4 mins prior
-After that point she knows who you are so at sometimes you'd be pulled from wherever you are by channeling because she wants you to help her out (She can't reach the high shelf and needs you to rock a bowl or something to drop it)
-Apollo probably has reactions to your presence in his bracelet.
-Athena and Lynne get confused for each other constantly. May even become an important part of the plot. (Some witness saying something about the 'redhead with the yellow jacket')
-Ghost tricking in the courtroom to give the defense a few moments of respite to come up with some contradiction in a testimony. Also possibly to stop a witness from doing something bad.
-Actually maybe Yomiel is the one who gets charged with murder. When he first sees Athena somehow having Sissel he silently cries. (Also some joke about him saying 'Sissel' but the context makes it unclear whether it's the cat or the fiancee)
first things first. i am absolutely obsessed with the idea of using ghost tricks in court. you are a damn genius
secondly, yeah i agree phoenix wouldnt die. he is unkillable, he would just get comedically close to dying. maya absolutely would, and would also exploit the existance of ghosts with powers. yomiel when his cat makes new friends <//3 (me too, this is how i feel when my cat sleeps in someone else's room)

Also for those of you who aren't wary of spoilers, some Y/omiel from G/host Trick details because I want to talk about him so much I could implode
He's a systems engineer. The implications from this alone are staggering but the main focus for me us the fact that it is a branch of engineering focusing on life cycles. I'm going to scream.
In a similar vein, he has a fiancee named Sissel, a name that means without sight. We are never shown her.
He lived as a cat for a while. Don't say anything to me, I know.
He sought revenge on everyone involved with the worst day of his life including someone who was a literal child. Sir. The drama. Far too much.
His hair is styled to resemble the soul design of the game, but they chose to make him blond, so it resembles a banana. It has physics. It rolls up at one point. I have to live with this knowledge.
He is undeniably a war criminal. He's an actual poor little meow meow. He saved a starving kitten by living with it in its body. I fucking hate it here.
I like him in a shrimp colors way :}

I know there’s a page for it in my blog, but I decided to make a post to simplify things for new people because I know I can be a very confusing person lol, so here we go.
[😎] Yomiel (Shades)
This nerd is the blog’s main muse. Yomiel after his fate-change, a man who is seeking his redemption after everything he did in the previous timeline. He is a pain in the ass and loves to hide his fears and insecurities behind sarcasm and irony and may seem rude sometimes because of this, but deep down, he just wants a hug. Loves his fiancee and his cat to death. Is trying really hard in letting go of his past, but sometimes has to confide in his cat when he’s feeling depressed. He just wants someone he can talk to and understand him. He suffers from heavy PTSD and Guilt Complex after the Temsik incident and is very depressed and immersed in a deep anguish and he’s trying really hard to become someone better. This man really need some friends.
[☄️] Yomiel (Shard/The Manipulator)
This one is an asshole. Like, the king of assholes. He’s Yomiel during the game-timeline or before. He’s a wrathful man who will do anything to accomplish his revenge plan. He is cold, cruel, sadistic and with no sense of morality. He lost all of his senses of moral and can be very sadisdic and cruel to those who stand in his way. He likes to let people suffer and at the same time he is jealous that they are able to feel and can be very manipulative (quite literally) to get what he wants. Don’t mess with this guy unless you really want some trouble.
However, behind all the hatred and anger, lies a very sad and angsty man who just want people to understand him. He is desperate for affection and any kind of kindness or compassion shown towards him can make him feel calmer and less aggressive.
[🐈⬛] Cat Sissel
Sissel used to be a small stray kitten wandering alone in Temsik Park when the Temsik meteorite fell, killing Yomiel on the spot. Yomiel’s soul inhabited the little kitten until he regained his memories. After that, he adopted the kitten and named him “Sissel” in his late fiancée’s memory. He was Yomiel’s only friend and companion during the time he was a Temsik undead until the events of Ghost Trick happens, in which Sissel is mistankenly killed by Yomiel in his revenge scheme and ends up becoming a Temsik ghost in pursuit of his own lost memory. He ends up going back in time ten years to avert Yomiel’s fate and he is now currently with the Temsik shard inside him, making him a Temsik undead in place of his best friend.
[💍] Sissel (Fiancée)
This sweet lady is Yomiel’s beloved fiancee. A friendly, easygoing woman who can get along with pretty much everyone. She is really curious and not afraid to experiment new things. She also loves to tease Yomiel in a playful manner just to see him blush. Sissel loves meeting new people and making new friends, so it’s pretty easy to approach her! Just come say hi to her. She needs more love in this blog!
[💻] Yomiel (Teen)
Yomiel as a teenager. He is a shy, introverted and nerdy teenager. He is socially awkward towards people and he prefers to spend more time in front of computers than socializing. Not because he doesn’t like to interact with people, but mostly because most of his time he is actually afraid of what people might think of him. He is also kind of a dork, but in an adorable way. His family life is unstable, as he has divorced parents, his father is always absent in his life and his mother turned into an alcoholic after his father left her, which makes him even more insecure and anxious. He often uses to escape from his family problems by spending time in front of a computer, programming, which seems to be the only thing capable of distracting him, other than spending time with his best friend (and not-so-secret love interest) Sissel. He is a dork, but he is much easier to approach than his adult self because he hasn’t experienced all the Trauma from the Temsik incident (yet) and seems to be a bit more cheerful.
[💜] Sissel (Teen)
Sissel is a cheerful, playful and extroverted girl. She met Yomiel in her childhood and they quickly became best friends, but she had to leave him when her father found a better job in another country. She gave Yomiel her late mother’s favorite red scarf as a goodbye gift, as a way to make him not forget about her. She comes back seven years later, when she meets Yomiel again, now as a 17 year old teenager. Their friendship still remains strong, but it seems to be growing into something more. Sissel finds Yomiel’s clumsiness and awkwardness near her really cute and she finds his intelligence to be very attractive. She is really impressed at his great skills with computers and she often teases him about it. She also became quite popular in high school, attracting the eyes of many boys, but she only has eyes for her best friend, Yomiel. She often defends him whenever a bully mistreats him and she suports Yomiel with his family issues and is always there for him whenever he is feeling depressed about his family, serving as an emotional support for him.
[👦]Yomiel (Kid)
As a kid, Yomiel is very introverted and shy. He lives in a troubled home, with parents that are always fighting each other and he is also bullied in school because of his studying habits. He doesn’t have any friends and has a terrible eyesight because of the time he spends studying and in front of computers. He is highly intelligent, but he is very shy and has difficulty to make friends. His only friend is the girl who just moved to his neighborhood, Sissel.
[👧]Sissel (Kid)
Sissel is an extroverted, playful young girl. She wears a bright red scarf that once belonged to her mother, but was given to her by her father when her mother passed away. She always wear the red scarf in the memory of her late mother. (more information about the red scarf here ) When she moved to Yomiel’s neighboorhood and started to attend the same school as him, she felt sorry for the poor boy and tried to befriend him. They quickly became friends and they would always play together. They spend the majority of their childhood together (three years to be more exact - she met him when he was 7 years old) but then she had to move to another country after her father got a better job and they were forced to separate. She gave Yomiel her late mother’s red scarf as a way for him to remember about her until she returns.

finally decided y'all should see FianSissel but only in the context of seeing my dumbass headcanon
Yomiel only ever had two friends, Sissel obviously, and a man named Adam, both of whom he met in college, and they were all just the biggest dorks together.
Sissel and Yomiel eventually got engaged, turning Adam into the third wheel. Very silly shenanigans.
Then canon events happen and everything gets fucked up before being fixed by Cat Sissel. Yomiel is extremely happy to have his friend and wife back after waiting through ten years of suffering twice.

It describes Yomiel's grief perfectly and even scares me how accurate the words in the song are to his situation, since he himself, refers to his own body as a "shell", and how he feels numb because he can't feel and can't come to life.

obligatory fiancee Sissel design. I've been OBSESSED with her and Yomiel after finishing the game.
I've seen a couple of people on here design her after the moon, but I saw in the Ghost Trick wiki that Yomiel's hair could be referencing a flame, so I decided to design her around water. cause god do I love me a couple with complementary designs.
this is supposed to be one of Yomiel's paintings, and I tried my best to make it a little more stylized to the game/his painting style, but honestly it's mostly just my style lol
here's my first digital sketch of her. I honestly was going to originally base her off the sun, cause some people were saying Yomiel looked like the moon, but I like the water idea better. I was also gonna change her hair to look more flowy and like water, but idk the long hair didn't suit her as much

green man sitting here while i try for the millionth time to contextualize myself in the living and the dead. ghost trick i think what they did with yomiel that man is dead a hundred percent stuck in time. like as far as his body goes? you cant cut into it, and if you do itll revert to how it was before. cos thats how it was then, and now is then.
im pretty sure even canonically he fucking hates that. cos sissel (fiancee) is gone there isnt really anything for him except like. revenge. you got home too late it doesnt exist any more fuck it up for the people who made it that way or whatever. i wonder what would happen if you try to cut his hair.
like it doesnt really matter for me anymore since my body that was hated by time was burned up and over. yomiel is between life and death and hes untouchable for it but that isnt the experience i had at all and id describe it the same way. if like is like an ebb and flow then i had an ebb and he would have neither
if your hair is cut itll grow, if your skin is cut itll scar, unless youre dead. so maybe i was just more on the dead side of the stuck between life and death? able to move and feel for at least a little while. yomiel couldnt feel. but he could move. and he didnt have a heartbeat either. your touch will have an effect but the fingerprint is thwre forever as opposed to it having never been there in the first place. and i wonder what any of that mwans
