Day 18 on the Portuguese Camino: Baiona to Vigo (26km). Possibly our best day yet, certainly one of the most varied. We depart our fortress hotel as the sun is rising. We pass through a town where vendors are setting up for market day, then cross a 13th century Romanesque bridge. We walk along the beach for a spell, visit possibly the most striking church of our journey, then pass through forest paths with epic views of the Atlantic. Lil' Cash Man is 8.5 months old, and he's still at the BM! It has not been easy for me. And there have been days I considered giving it up. But, it's worth every inconvenient minute, to keep him healthy and growing. I hope this motivates the working Mom's out there, who fear they can't work while breastfeeding.
