NLMG Ep. 1 Random Thoughts
NICE IS BACK!
Ai Long Nhai just ended yesterday, yet today I'm blessed with him again! I don't care if he is a bully. I don't care if he is the worst. I don't care if he gets 30 seconds of screen time. He is number one in my heart, and I'm so happy to see his face again so soon.
I know I didn't miss Pawin in a trailer. I'm observant. How did I miss him?!
A commercial with Mile and Apo during the baby KinnPorsche show is brilliant.
Was Phuwin's English scene dubbed?! I remember him speaking English in Fish Upon the Sky, and I don't remember it being like that.
They can't cast Chimon as the competition and not expect me to cheer for him. His flirt was cute, and he is the class president which makes it even better.
There was not enough Perth this episode. I need him in the background of every single shot. There is no shirt under that and I appreciate the wardrobe department for making choices that serve the narrative and the audience. Oh, and paired with the necklace and earrings! *bites lower lip*
Can't move past that this was Nueng's birthday, and he was well aware that his dad's work was more important to him than his own son. Damn.
This is Kinn's (KinnPorsche) and Todd's (Not Me) apartment, so where is that damn Deutsche Bank? It's not, but I'm going to figure it out because this building's carpets are amazing.
I love how much of a jerk Nueng is to Palm. Palm lowers himself around Nueng instead of sitting and standing up tall, and I'm going to eat it up.
Such a jerk. We like them rude.
Palm having to walk and bus to school while Nueng gets driven by PALM'S DAD is delicious irony, mostly because Palm has to walk by all of these signs on his journey.
Nueng demanding Palm be his friend on top of an abandoned building that his father left for him with broken promises while Palm has flashbacks of his absent father destroying his future in one sentence is feeding my soul.

got a worm nibbling my brain. can someone help me find a piece of obscure media?
webcomic/indie comic from the 2010s. basically a sci-fi short story about a young girl (with red hair?) who was being raised by scientists as part of an experiment. she receives a haircut/has her head shaved, in preparation for her annual brain scan/testing. it is revealed that while her body is human, her "brain" is artificial, made of computer implants throughout her skull and spine. at some point her biological mother (also a scientist on the same campus?) encounters her and is repulsed, viewing her as a machine who has murdered her daughter.
it was very poignant and it bruised my heart and i can NOT find it anywhere
