Hey I want some help gaining some weight. I’m a 6 foot boy who currently weighs 10 stone 2 and is very skinny. (142)

I’m trying to gain 30 pounds within a month

Here is my body weight currently

And this is my goal that I want to get to as quick as possible

I need as much help as possible to get less skinny and generally bigger and chubbier.

I have a very small budget and can only afford really cheap $1/2 items that are easy to consume and loaded with calories

As much help as possible with diet plan of what and how much to eat to achieve my weight gain would be much appreciated
