these two pictures are exactly six months apart. the left is from October and the right is from today (April). in just six months I’ve thickened up significantly. my chest is filling out from working out, my arms are getting bigger, and most important of all, my gut is getting rounder and heavier. I’m totally in love with how much bigger and rounder I’ve become, and it makes me so excited for the future… how much bigger and rounder can I be? 👀

Two and a half weeks in America (+6kgs) 🫠

It started off with just appreciating the larger portion sizes. But pretty soon I was stuffing myself every night. Addicted to the sugar and fat-laden food 🍔🍕🍩. At one point I had a hotel next to ice cream shop which I visited multiple times a night. I was insatiable 🤤
