For mums that are going back to work life simply has to fall into some sort of routine Doing things on demand, all day, every day, simply isn't viable any longer But where do you start? and how do you balance your need for the alarm clock and your baby's 24/7 on demand schedule they have nicely got used to 😜 You start GENTLY! Do these 3 things at the same time every day: ☀️ wake, or get, your baby up at the same time every morning 🍼 feed your baby lunch at the same time every day 🛌 put your baby to bed at the same time every evening WHY?
