Would Corona be considered a rich kingdom? Do you think it's more profitable than the rest of the other kingdoms we saw in the series even though we weren't told much about them?

Yes. It comes across as very prosperous, as it can afford to throw multiple massive festivals every year. I don't think Arianna and Frederic would have been described in the movie as beloved if their kingdom couldn't take care of its people (series retcons notwithstanding).

I also think that each of the Seven Kingdoms help each other out, that that's part of what the alliance is for. They have trade agreements as well as aide agreements in case of disaster. Equis also doesn't look particularly desolate (though Trevor seems more the type to spend extravagantly on himself (or his seals) rather than his people).

But since the series did nothing to let us know about trade, tariffs, imports, exports, etc, I don't really have much to go on. These are just the impressions that I get.

More webtriangles bc i keep getting Funny Thoughts about them at work. More of those thoughts under the cut in case it isn’t ur cup of tea. Also a brief mention of them getting up to adult activities but it’s very vague.

For the record i have zero care if this out of character at all. This is just for funsies.

Before Hal had a body, Vriska would kind of just, steal him from Dirk. I have no idea how they met and i kind of don’t want to pick bc them just existing in the blank white space of my digital sketchbook is enough. But she would somehow get her hands on Hal’s shades housing, more often than not being seen wearing them despite actually needing her glasses to see.

Hal is better at manipulating Vriska than she is at manipulating him, but Vriska is better at just not giving a shit. She hardly falls for it and it pisses Hal off to no end. He thinks her luck thing is cheating, she thinks he’s too restrained for someone as smart as he is (literal supercomputer), so they both try to get the other to figure things out with that. Hal tries to get Vriska to not rely on luck as much, and Vriska gets Hal to loosen up, thus bettering eachother and deepening their rivalry.

Equis has had to go ash for them sometimes bc they both like testing their limits a little too much. He is not a fan of doing it, and low key wishes someone else would, please someone else get between these two.

When Hal gets a body that’s entirely his own, he and Vriska went missing for like 2 days and showed back up covered in bruises/dents, claw marks and general kismesis damage.

When they’re not good for each other, which is often, Vriska really digs at Hal about not having a body (and later, not being meat) and he lashes out at other people a lot more bc of it. Hal makes Vriska feel stupid often (which is a hard feat bc she’s not), and even tho she won’t admit it, it makes her insecure and she gets bitchier. It’s in these instances Equis sometimes has to literally stand between them while they try to hit each other around him.

They have the most ridiculously complicated sideways tango time, just like, needlessly difficult and usually nothing even happens bc they’re too busy calling each other names and getting in the other’s way. Everyone else hates when they go at it bc they do not care if people know what they’re up to.

The only thing they agree on verbally is how shameless they are about their relationship.

¿Taxqueña o Tasqueña? ¿cómo le dices tú? seguramente desde hace mucho tiempo este punto de la ciudad lo conoces como Tasqueña ¿o Taxqueña?

En Agosto de 1970 se inauguró la línea 2 del metro de la ciudad de México de Pino Suárez a "Tasqueña" con un recorrido inicial de 11 kilómetros. La terminal tomaría el nombre de la vieja Calzada Taxqueña, que a su vez se dice que se conoció como tal debido a una vieja historia en la que menciona que en aquellos rumbos existía una importante hacienda de la cual era dueña una mujer proveniente de Taxco, importante localidad del estado de Guerrero famosa por la venta de plata, La palabra "Taxqueña" es precisamente un gentilicio femenino hacia esta comunidad.

Pero ¿por qué se dice Tasqueña?

La palabra de la cual proviene dicho gentilicio, Taxco, proviene del náhuatl "Tlachco", cuyo significado es "juego de pelota" o "lugar donde se juega pelota". No obstante con el paso del tiempo la palabra "Taxqueña" se castellanizó y con el tiempo la letra "X" pasó a ser "S" dada la influencia del español sobre los vocablos náhuatl, pues el español impuesto desde la entonces Nueva España, la X se pronunciaba como "sh". Es así como llega 1967 cuando queda definido el proyecto final del Sistema de Transporte Colectivo Metro y la línea 2 tendría como terminal la estación "Tasqueña", quizás se utilizó dicha palabra castellanizada para mejor entendimiento y pronunciación de la población. Es por eso que se ha mencionado que el metro fue quien utilizó por primera vez esta pronunciación y a partir de ahí todos la conocemos con la letra "S", así como el transporte público y señalamientos, aunque también se dice que anterior a la construcción del metro subterráneo ya se leían letreros como "Tasqueña". También esto influenció en el tren ligero.

En la actualidad aún existe un amplio debate de cómo debe expresarse tal palabra, ya que en náhuatl no existe como tal el término "Taxqueña" debido a que no existe la letra "ñ" en esta lengua. Mientras tanto podemos seguir llamando a esta importante conexión de la zona sur de la Ciudad de México como queramos, Taxqueña o Tasqueña.

However, Equis which is stated to be NEXT DOOR to Corona, they visit Equis at the end of season two, at which point they have been travelling via horse for like a YEAR!

How fricking huge is Equis in comparison to Corona?!!?

Also, just to be even more anoying, remember how Equis IS NOT one of the seven kingdoms? I don't know why, it just isn't.

Dicen que la escuela no es tan mala, bueno, yo pienso que si, es mas, odio la estupidez de la gente cuando dice estas cosas: "La escuela no es mala" "En la escuela lo pasas muy bien" "Es que lo unico que haces es ir a la escuela, no tienes mas responsabilidades" "No entiendo porque te estresas si solo vas a la escuela".
