Day 13, Favourite ship

I don’t really have a singular favourite ship, if I see a pairing and I find it cute it will be all I can think about for a week. I think if I had to choose an absolute favourite it would probably be between Whitenoiseshipping and Doublebattleshipping they’re the ones I come back to the most but again all ships are cute <3

I tried putting my thoughts on the ships in the tags but there wasn’t enough space so I’ll put them under the cut

ConductorShipping: I really like this ship I love all the artwork that’s made for it, they’re very cute together. I love the way their personalities play off of each other and I think their relationship would be sweet and filled with light hearted teasing and compliments.

DoublebattleShipping / Emmelyn: like I said above this one is one of my favourites I love the way people depict them together. Emmet can help Evelyn become more confident and less self deprecating whilst Evelyn can help Emmet through his self doubt and insecurities. Very sweet 10/10 would ship again.

BleachboneShipping: I saw some art for this one last year and thought it looked neat. I don’t quite like as much as like the others but I still think it’s really cool. They can be the best bug dads together🥰

WhitenoiseShipping / EmpierShipping: I also really love this ship I love how cute and flirty the artwork of them together are. They’re very sweet and fun together, Piers is patient encouraging and Emmets celebrity crush making him mushy and nervous makes me feral. In short I love them soo much

Trainwreckshipping: like bleachbone I don’t think about this one as much as I do with the others and in the beginning I didn’t like this one at all. All the art at the time made it look like they hated each other but my mind has been thoroughly changed after I saw more softer depictions of them like the one in the softwreck series and in Unova Re-Education and I now think about them more often.

Elesa, through connections, was able to bring Piers along for a karaoke night with the train boys! Gay Bar by Electric Six is the first song Emmet decides to sing in front of his crush.

Inspired by karaoke time with friends! I love when solo songs turn into a duet then everyone ends up singing by the end XD

More of Rosie! I absolutely love her, and I have so many little story ideas and little facts planned about her.

For her 7th birthday (her first birthday after being adopted), Ingo gave her a Subway Boss uniform of her own, in her favorite color: dark pink! Everyone at the subway calls her Subway Boss Rosie, and when posing with just Ingo, she takes on her uncle's pose. But when posing with both Ingo and Emmet, she stands in between them with her right hand pointing down and her left hand pointing up.

Her Uncle Emmet is the one who gives her the Joltik that's part of her team after she got Sandile. It's one of the many Joltik that his Galvantula had, and he gives it to her as a surprise one day when she's about 9. Emmet also helps her train it, as the local Joltik expert.

Rosie develops a love of punk rock and metal music thanks to her Uncle Piers. She loves listening to his music and she learns all his songs so they can sing together in the morning (or whenever the opportunity arises). She also loves going to his concerts, and whenever she goes to a concert on her birthday, Piers gives a "happy birthday" shout out to his niece.

Aunt Elesa absolutely spoils Rosie with shopping trips. Clothes, toys, snacks - whatever Rosie wants, Elesa is there to buy it for her. (Ingo appreciates it, but he often has to warn Elesa to not spoil her too much.) But whether they actually buy anything or not, Rosie loves shopping trips with Aunt Elesa. She loves spending time with her and hearing all of her puns and jokes.

If you wanna hear anything else about Rosie, just send me an ask and I'll happily share more. Also, I unfortunately lost my laptop's stylus pen, so until I can get a new one, it'll be a while until I can do digital art. Hopefully I can get one after the semester is over.

Little headcanon/projection. I realized while on a walk today that I tend to bounce my hand as if I'm holding an invisible drum stick whenever I listen to rock music or anything with a really good beat (although it's usually rock). And since I already think Emmet listens to rock music, why not pass that trait on to him! Let the funky train man stim to rock music! And of course, I had to throw in some Emmet x Piers cuz why not. Piers loves watching his boyfriend stim to his music.
