STORMUR (Flying/Electric) the tiny bird pokemon
A solitary STORMUR is barely able to produce enough electricity to create sparks and crackling sounds, but when a large flock comes together, their energy combined is able to create giant thunderstorms wherever they go
STORMUR (Storm/Murmur) is similar to WISHIWASHI, a single small pokemon that merges with others to form a larger one, but insted of having the ability "Schooling" its ability is called "Murmuration"
It is of course based on a murmuration of birds, a large group of birds flying as a single mass, usually composed of Starlings, but other birds like robins and blackbirds can form murmurations
Tumblr media
The solo form is based on the Yellowheaded Blackbird, one of the species known to form murmurations
Tumblr media
Its murmuration form however is based on the Thunderbird from native american folklore. As its name suggest, the thunderbird is known for creating thunderstorms wherever it goes, with its wing producing the sound of thunder when they flap. Altough its name is "Thunderbird" many accounts of supposed sightings describe the creature looking very similar to prehistoric pterosaurs, with even some alleged photos of supposedly captured thunderbirds showing them like one, and that is why the murmuration form looks like a mix of bird and pterosaur.

Its shiny colors are based on Northwest Pacific art, in which Thunderbirds are a very recurring theme

This unnamed Eeveelution was inspired in part by tigers, Eastern dragons, and lightning.
Named: ??? (Electric/Dragon)
On rare occasion, an Eevee can be affected by more than one environmental factor, and reacts to grow into a new, rare evolution. Eevee who live in among Dragon-type Pokémon and are exposed to frequent powerful lightning storms may evolve into an Electric/Dragon-type. Extremely sensitive to the electricity in the atmosphere, these Eeveelutions are able to step into the air by propelling themselves off of pockets of electricity generated within their paw pads. Drawn to storms and overcast weather, they will leap through the sky until they reach an area dense with electrolyzed ions. The ions collect on their fluffy mane, long streamers, and tail, charging them up and allowing them to soar through the troposphere with speed and grace. With Staraptor-like vision they search for prey on the ground below before pouncing from up high; their glowing body descending from the clouds looks like a bolt of lightning striking the land, their impact booming like thunder. They have a serious disposition and are fierce hunters; an Electric/Dragon Eeveelution will not give up on a hunt or battle until their foe is conquered. Their cyan pattern glows when using Electric-type attacks.

The Shell Shock Pokemon "This Pokemon was long thought to be extinct as their bones have been found in fossil records. Their shell is charged with electricity meaning just brushing against them can cause massive damage."

Galvanized Gilas - The Electric starters of Urzavos!
Special thanks to @caseyaces of twitter and tumblr for helping me with the mid stage! They gave me the idea of it using its drool like a mace!
Also, special thanks to @zeke_is_best_boy [insta] / zekeisbestboy [twitter] for the final stage! He designed it, and came up with the signature move! All I did was add some extra spikes on the tail. Bless and thank you both!!
Base form: This 'Mon is easily excited, causing it to drool excessively. It is always testing objects with its tongue and squishy face.
Mid form: The saliva that this 'Mon produces is highly toxic, corrosive, and conductive. It often uses its spit like an electrified mace.
Final form: With the electricity store in its tail, this 'Mon releases powerful blasts of electricity from its jaws. It makes a catastrophic sound when released.
These 'Mons are speedy special attackers. They know moves such as Lock On, Wild Charge, Venom Drench, and Toxic Spikes. They have a special move called Acidic Reload. It is a move that requires one turn to charge, and after attacking, it both poisons the user and raises their special attack by two stages. This move does not require a turn to charge in Electric Terrain.

Fuse Pokemon
“They become more active during thunderstorms, or when they find powerplants. The points on its head absorb electricity to give it energy. Because of this, its horns are prized for their conductivity.”

#243.? - “Raging Bolt” is an enigmatic Pokemon theorized by leading researchers to either be an ancient precursor of Raikou or even a parallel version of Raikou from another timeline; however, the true origin of this Pokemon remains unknown. A wild and powerful creature, Raging Bolt is said to incinerate everything around it by cloaking the skies with dark clouds before employing its elongated neck to deliver devastating lightning strikes upon its targets. If certain researchers are to be believed, it is possible that over a long period of time, Raging Bolt evolved as a species to become the smaller and more nimble Raikou that is known as Legend in modern times. As the species develops a shorter neck and tighter gait, they become faster and more physical powerful with the trade-off of less-intense lightning and other special attacks. Their mere roar splits the air like crashing thunder.
