It's complicated.

Getting into a relationship with him is it's own feat. As the man is quite busy with his union duties and getting to have him all to yourself is rare.

But that's another discussion. This is about your already established relationship.

Dates with him mostly consist of homely, domestic stuff. His life and job are hectic as hell so he finds a solace in your activities. That's not to claim that fancy dates don't occur though. They do, especially in the beginning of the relationship but gradually decrease in frequency as time goes on. But that gradual decrease might not happen if you prefer fine dining, although he will fail sometimes but you must understand, the man's awfully busy.

He's a man of few words, so you must focus more on reading his actions if you want to understand him in the early makings of your relationship. Gradually though, he will fall into a common phenomenon among couples and partially adopt your habit of talkativeness.

Along with that, he might also adopt other things such as preferred choice of curse words, how you hold your cup, the patterns you draw on his skin when cuddling, spice tolerance etc.

He isn't necessarily trying to become a doppelganger in the behavioral way, he's just becoming more in tune with you.

Any hobby you might have, he'll also grow interested in it and try learning that as a form of bonding. It's his tactic for growing closer to you as he isn't quite skilled in the department of sweet talking. The man's quite self aware of his lack of communication expertise.

He has a deep respect for you. He values your opinion in almost every situation. Even when you are clearly wrong, he still tries to take it into consideration.

He feels a deep warmth blossom in the depths of his otherwise cold heart when he sees the way you interact with Subin and her friends. It makes him almost wonder what it would be like to see you talk with your very own milk mukbang. As much as his job is demanding, it's also risky, so he tosses away that idea for now, it always stays somewhere in the back of his head though. Even when you say that you don't want any breathing embryos, which he respects.

His love language consists of quality time, acts of service and words of affirmation. He prefers being on the receiving end of affirmation most of the time but he'll pucker up the courage always when necessary.

He has a way of being funny without even trying to, it's from his almost uncanny comically fake laugh to his nack for making inside jokes. A genuine laugh of his is the most breathtaking though.

He is most apologetic if you happen to be a fan of cats, because he is no way in hell allowing one at his home. He's very much sorry for depriving you of such simple pleasures but he simply cannot.

When asked why, he's hesitant to reveal.

He does it after almost 1year into the relationship on a random Sunday when you both are laying on the couch, limbs over each other with an awful romcom playing in the background that you've seen over 10 times already. Did I mention that he's a hopeless romantic too? And that he has a craving for cringy romcoms? And also that he's deeply embarrassed to letting you know that and was actively hiding it from you before you found out through his most watched list? He was utterly terrified.

Anyway, back to the subject on matter, he begins to unravel the story without invitation, it just starts, out of no where, like a blast of cold water in a dessert. He goes 'so one fateful day I was-' and slowly along the way you figure out that he's talking about the story behind his fear for cats.

It's notable that he talks akin to an old man when talking about incidents in his life. He sulks quite a bit when you tell him that though.

He's very adamant about keeping you out of harm's way, it doesn't matter to him if you're as strong as kayden, he would still fuss all over you like a mother hen.

He might not seem like the type but he's quite prone to jealousy. Especially when you seem to be getting along with a feline obsessed freak. This jealousy sometimes even extends to animals and objects too.

Like for example if you were to do a little excited dance when the food gets delivered, he'll be jealous of the food cause he wants you to get that excited when you see him too. Silly, so silly.

To be honest, this should be its own separate fic due to how many things that come up in my mind that I wish to discuss.

But anyhow, you have to be his colleague, work in a similar background as him, be an enemy, be close to kayden or be connected to his past in the experimention lab.

Otherwise I can't really see how both of you would come into contact with each other.

Anyway, since that's done, let's get to established relationship.

He's very considerate of you and cares about you a lot, though he never says it. You'd have to piece things together and read his actions to understand this aspect of him.

For example, if you tell him that you like something in passing, it'll magically appear in your living space. It won't happen immediately, at least 1-2 weeks later.

This odd delay happens due to two primary reasons,

1) {in the case of the item being a little rare} resources are hard to find when you're constantly on the go,

2) he kind of wants you to forget that you ever mentioned liking it to him and wants to pretend he just got it for you and it coincidentally happened to align with your likes. (He's shy and doesn't want to risk you mentioning it, which would cause him to fluster and talking gibberish in front of you is something he would like to avoid.)

(Little does he know you have the memory capacity of a spoon.)

This delay adjusts according to what type of item he is getting you. For example, food arrives faster, say you tell him 'I like cherries', it'll appear in 3-4 days. But if you say 'I'm hungry', you can rest assured expect food in the next 30-60 minutes.

He's very stiff and doesn't know how to communicate his feelings. And isn't really all that comfortable sharing them, so you shouldn't prob him too much or he'll raise his walls higher.

After a certain amount of time, a bit of builded up trust and some light probbing from you once in a while, he'll come to you on his own and tell you all that's troubling him. As by now, he has learned that you're clearly leagues better at emotions than him.

It's not that he necessarily wants you to solve everything for him, he just needs to talk it out with you, he has discovered that doing so makes the matter seem simpler to him. Especially when you so remark, 'that's just 2 things! '

After a bit of time, he would partially learn how to deal with it himself too, as he learned from watching you.

Although somethings he wouldn't tell you are when there's a possibility that you might sacrifice yourself or get harmed by participating.

His love language is mostly gift giving and quality time.

Not that he minds physical contact, he's just not used to it.

He falls last but when he falls, he falls deep.

When in a dire situation, if you happen to be suffering from hunger with no other safe food resources around, he might just cut up his own flesh and feed it to you.

He would probably do it without telling you as he knows your morals won't stand it. And he quite frankly doesn't care when in that desperate of a situation. He needs you alive, not dead. He also doesn't see the harm in it as his flesh gets regenerated anyway. He would feel remorse later, although not for deceiving you into committing literal cannibalism, but for lying to you.

Dates with him mostly consist of stargazing, cuddling in bed and domestic stuff. Your man is a borderline criminal, he probably won't be allowed in most restaurants. But you could dress him up in normal clothes and give it a try still. Be prepared to have your boyfriend be stared at like shark bait though.

He's fiercely loyal to you and is ready to just about give his life up for you. He might not be great with emotions but when you confide in him, he tries his utter best to come up with a solution.

🌸 Jisuk as a soulmate is hard to imagine. His way of handling things and his blunt way of speaking might make it difficult to get close to him.

🌸 When this white haired boy found out about the soulmate stuff, he was sorely confused. Subin told him that for every single human, there's a soulmate. At first he laughed it off and called Subin a crazy horoscope girl but little did he know there was some truth to it. Eventually he'd end up reading about it on the internet late at night. Believe me when I tell you that this man researched at least two nights about finding your soulmate.

🌸 Still, he doesn't believe you are automatically attracted and attached to the human you belong to. I mean... Why should anyone have a big meaning in his life when he doesn't know them? He lives on like nothing ever really happened. The chance of meeting his soulmate is so low as well, there's no hope in fighting for it.

🌸 Jisuk gets to know you; you met by accident. Neither of you know that the other one is an awakened one, and neither of you know you are soulmates. How are you supposed to even know? The little meeting ended in a friendship between you, him and everyone else who sticks around him.

🌸 After some months of meeting up, spending time together and getting to know each other, he feels attracted to you. It developed at a normal pace and he assumed it was just a little crush. Jisuk himself usually avoids talking about love (due to the fact he was never attracted to someone). But because of you he begins to question a lot of things. He insisted asking Subin about it.

🌸 Subin, who's a total bitch about keeping love secrets, immediately jumped to you and asked you if you already found the one and only. You denied of course, and she screamed. A small action of hers resulted in a never ending love.

🌸 When you both found out, Jisuk was hesitant. Simply being in love may be easier to deal with, than actually having a soulmate.

⚜️ 𝑺𝒖𝒃𝒊𝒏 𝑳𝒆𝒆

🌸 I think Subin could be one of the horoscope girls. Not someone as annoying but she'll inform herself about zodiacs and soulmates when she's alone. With that being said, she does believe she has a soulmate but won't share it with anyone.

🌸 Having a soulmate is a difficult imagination to her: is it truly romantic love? Or just a commitment between two random people? Maybe it's something platonic? What if they argue a lot? Are you forced to be together the rest of your life?

🌸 Of course she's very curious but also anxious. Normally she doesn't give a damn about opinions others have towards her. But a soulmate is supposed to be someone very special. Subin agrees with herself that keeping her cocky attitude and putting more effort in looking fabulous will do the job.

🌸 On some occasions she pays a lot of attention how others behave towards her. Jisuk couldn't be it, Jiwoo has Jiyoung, Wooin... Well, he has a bond with food. So most of her friends aren't in the league, but who else is?

🌸 You met her by a coincidence. She was buying flowers for her grandfather, as she does occasionally to pay her respect. It's something she wouldn't do in front of her friends. She enjoys the space when visiting the flower shop and choosing some roses and daisies. She bumped into you because she was daydreaming and immediately you liked her cool yet warm expression. "Oh- uh sorry. I didn't mean to bother you." She apologized and picked another flower. You still looked at her, nearly stared.

🌸 She was confused. Out of confusion, she waved her hand in front of your face and you reacted. She smiled beautifully and offered to pay your flowers as a former apology. You insisted. While looking through flowers you got into a conversation and weirdly enough it ended on the term soulmate.

🌸 You asked her if she already had one. She shook her head. "Dunno, I think it's not that easy meeting them. And I'm also anxious about it since how would you know what a stranger thinks of you?" She looked at you when you answered you feel the same. She grinned and paid your bouquet. When you thought you'd never meet again, she gave you her number.

🌸 "Well... I'd like to keep contact since you're a really nice company. I wasn't able to talk about this with any of my friends. So hit me up when you find time." Winking at you, she took the other path and you only see her checking out the flowers for her grandfather and doing a little happy jump.

So, it's been some time since I last wrote something for Eleceed so here I am again on my bs after catching up on the chapters.

After Amyeong and Royst appearance, the thought of an ABO au with omega Kayden has once again forced itself at the forefront of my thoughts. I've talked about some of my hcs in these posts under the tag #eleceed abo 'verse.

I'm gonna put a everything else under the cut as a spoiler warning in case you're not familiar with those names!

Aaanyways, so it's been stated that a lot of people wanted to be Kayden's disciple ever since his name made waves. Jisuk mentions how having a electric characteristic even became a fad among the awakened ones in order to imitate Kayden. So far, we only have Amyeong and Royst that actually sought out Kayden and asked to be his disciple. And both of them got rejected.

But like I said, this is an ABO 'verse.

So, imagine if they're not only attracted to Kayden's strength but they're actually pretty much half in love with him. Amyeong and Royst had both wanted to be his disciple, but had also dreamt of bonding with Kayden. And Kayden both broke their hearts.

They didn't really care what his designation was. And it was only by accident that they even found out he was an omega.

He had been at least gentle (in Kayden's own way) in his rejection of Amyeong. He had been thankful that he got to stay by Kayden's side for some time. Even if his status as his disciple was one-sided.

It hadn't been the same with Royst. Not when Kayden had told him to get lost. And Royst had carried that rejection ever since.

Amyeong

Amyeong's first meeting with Jiwoo hadn't been pleasant. He was jealous. No matter what front he put up, it leaked through his defenses. What did Jiwoo possess that he didn't? What made him different that Kayden had broken his own self-imposed rule of not taking a disciple? He had expected someone intimidating. Someone that could rival Kayden's own presence. Maybe he even expected an omega as strong-headed as Kayden. But no, it's an Alpha. A baby Alpha, in fact. Barely out of maturity you could still scent the traces of pup on him. He was so kind and sweet it made Amyeong's teeth hurt. He can't fucking believe this.

Except Jiwoo was completely covered in Kayden's scent. A pack scent. A claiming Amyeong had never had the pleasure of knowing. Until now. It made Amyeong angrier. He loathed this child for having something, taking something he'd always wanted: Kayden.

Still, he couldn't bring himself to kill him. Not when he begins to understand why Kayden chose this kid. He has to admit defeat there.

He also reminds him of someone else. Someone he owes a debt towards.

It takes him some time to realize why that is. A familiar scent, so faint, you could barely detect it even when you try looking for it.

He can't begin to understand how that feels, for a parental bond to be so faded. It must have been painful for both of them.

He wonders if that had been a factor to why Kayden had pack bonded the kid.

Royst

Royst, on the other hand, had been dying to meet Jiwoo.

The moment his master told him about Kayden taking in a disciple. Royst had to restrain himself from running there that very instant.

Then, that Grayne kid came crawling back to their base with his tail between his legs, bleeding and smelling of frustration and anger.

Royst was intrigued. So, goes to the World Academy.

He feels his nose twitch when he catches a whiff of Kayden's dangerous, intoxicating scent. It's been years since he'd last been this close to the man. He's still beautiful. His gaze sharp enough to cut steel, Royst has to rein in his instincts not to pounce.

Especially when he catches another scent clinging onto the man. He keeps the snarl at bay. An Alpha. Two of them, in fact. One mature, while the other was still growing into its own skin.

He tries to keep his composure as he follows Kayden.

And then the scents grow stronger as they get close to their destination.

One of the scents belong to Jiwoo. Understandable, as proximity could do that. But it does not explain the undercurrent of pack. It's a claiming no one has been able to put on Kayden.

It's even more astounding that the bond is mutual. Kayden and his disciple where pack. This baby Alpha was Kayden's pup. Royst feels something in him stir.

He wants to ruin this boy. He wants to spill his blood and watch Kayden as he guts this—his—puppy in front of him.

The jealousy burns. The envy nearly all-consuming. This pup had gotten what Royst had been coveting for years.

The other unfamiliar Alpha was here too. But there was no one around Royst can pin it too. He shouldn't have taken his eyes away from Kayden. No other Alpha should be that close to him. No other Alpha should lay claim to him.

When Amyeong had appeared, he had thought this mutt had been the one drenching Kayden in his repugnant pheromones. But no, he was familiar with Amyeong. Even concealed, he could tell this claim was not his.

In the end, Royst doesn't learn who it is. He just knows that it's also clinging to Jiwoo and that malnourished cat that was hanging around them.

Royst had made it his goal to find out who the Alpha was and show them who exactly Kayden belongs to.

Don’t get the wrong idea I’m not trying to fix anything (despite my issues with 75% of the bestie crew having the same hairstyle) ZHENA-nim art did really well on this series and I can definitely see her improvements!!

I find redesigning characters I like as a good exercise for me since I’m trying to practice my character design skills! I’ve also added headcannons so strap in.

First victim, istg he doesn’t even look like the same person lol.

- gave him the :3 mouth bc he has the little shit potential especially after wrapping everyone around his finger

- Longer hair comes from the hc that he is the kind of person who would hide behind it and to match his dads

- changed his hair to brown bc the blond colour blended with his skin too much (helps with contrast)

- The bag is to help him carry cats and more cat food

- Oversized clothes to wallow in, also to hide himself or something

- While Jiwoo and Kayden are implied to wear the same size clothing I still think Jiwoo’s clothes would be tight on Kayden

- It helps Kayden learn about Jiwoo as a person since he would question why his clothes were so ill fitting on him

- Colour palette was hard af, but I mostly went with warmer colours and added blue as an accent so he could match Kayden

- His bag would start with no buttons and over time more would be added based on where he’s been and the friends he makes

- Glasses are up for debate but they look nice on him

A gentleman for sure

He may be a little awkward at times but he tries.

I think he's probably not the most touchy boyfriend out there but he has his moments for example holding ur hand when ur taking a walk or maybe an arm around ur waist as u cook.

But he makes up for it with tiny gifts and helping u with cooking and cleaning the house.

Training partners

If ur an awakener he helps u train ur ability, but if ur just a normal person then he helps u learn self-defense and close combat so he doesn't need to worry too much about u being attacked by other awakeners.

He doesn't hide the relationship like others but he doesn't go around and talk about it either it's just not that noticeable that u two are dating.

Well, it's noticeable if u look really closely and at the small things he does differently around u and how he acts.

For example when he looks at u his eyes are soft and full of love and when u are around he's always standing close to u.

And if u look really close u can see how his body almost fully relaxes when ur near him.

Pluton

Big teddy bear

Definitely awkward and unsure in the beginning but if u help him and teach him about relationships he will get better.

He loves to train and fight which is no surprise and if u wanna train with him he would probably first be confused especially if ur not an awakener but later on would find it nice since he gets to spend time with u.

He helps u with self-defense and corrects u if ur doing something wrong that can lead to an injury or damage ur body so trust him he knows what he's doing, like just look at him.

He helps u clean the house sometimes since he doesn't find it fun nor interesting but if u bribe him with something he might change his mind and do it more often.

Probably can't cook so u do it for him but he might help u with easy things like cutting the vegetables but he loves ur home-cooked food.

Touched starved for sure but doesn't know it.

He would probably reject the physical touch since he's not used to it and he doesn't wanna hurt u.

So u need to reassure him that it's okay and he won't hurt u, it will take time but u will get there eventually.

It will start with hand holding and a hand on ur lower back when ur around him and if ur sitting down ur legs are touching or ur leaning into his side.

But when he's used to it he gives the best hugs ever, almost always as an arm around ur waist or on ur lower back, when u cuddle ur either laying on top of him or by his side since he's scared of accidentally rolling onto u and crushing u.

— Doesn't need a lot of sleep but it takes 30 minutes top of cuddling with you for him to pass out. Complains about the crick in his neck afterwards like he's not responsible for his bad sleeping posture. Very quiet in his sleep, at most a few snorts and mumbling.

He dreams of you often on the rare occasions that he does dream but never anything nasty or cute, he always forgets about his dream after he woke up.

&. The type of guy who picks fights with you for no reason once he gets too comfortable with you. It's never anything serious and somehow always looks like he wants to brawl you for real.

He mostly just wants to mess with you and makes you mad. Also finds it pretty funny when you get all riled up over nothing. You think you're going to get a moment of peace when you're with him? Never.

&. Every now and then he gets random urges to be extremely nosy. Like, he doesn't actually care about the gossip you be telling your friends but he wants to hear anyway.

You be on your phone trying to comfort your friend about something that happened and this bastard is standing at the door 🌝 like he's not intruding on an entire conversation. Would probably put the knowledge out of his head as soon as he's done bothering you anyway so no need to worry about him.

&. He doesn't really care for money but there are times when he's so stingy that it's annoying. Then he's coming home the next day carrying that one back pillow you wanted for a while now. Makes you pay for both of your fast food orders then pays for every item in your Shopee carts, it really makes no sense.

&. Always the carrier whenever the two of you are out together. Whether it's your luggage or shopping bags, he always carries them without getting asked. Never makes a big deal about it either. However, if you spent too much time deciding what to buy, he will complain.

He doesn't really do dates, to be honest. Like, if the two of you went out to eat, then that's it. He has little patience for sightseeing, and unless the date is fun and active, he finds it a bore. Maybe things like paintball or laser tag if you want something closer.

KARTEIN

✽ — suffice to say this man spent too much time worrying about his dear sibling. You can imagine his absolute exasperation after finding out they’re alive, and well, and away from harm, but not only that; married and with a child too.

✽ — “You are insane,” are the first things he says. “Do you have any idea how long I’ve been searching for you? Idiot. You don’t even contact your own brother?” – most likely goes on a tangent like this. Demands to be told the whole story too, from start to finish. But naturally his mild annoyance wears down and, at the very core, he lets his sibling know he’s just relieved to find them safe, contented, and happy. Might get the tiniest bit emotional and allow a once in a lifetime hug. Might.

✽ — He connects with the MC’s extended family well, after spending time with them and somewhat getting to know their spouse and kid. Kartein, as with all things, prides himself on his exquisite taste for people, so once he’s gotten to know his sibling’s spouse long enough he approves quite well of them. Cue Kartein now sponsoring their fancy dinner dates and overseas flights.

✽ — NOW THE BABY. Oh, the baby.

✽ — At first look Kartein might not be the image everyone’s mind conjures when they think of a person that likes children, but Kartein actually has a very big soft spot for his niece/nephew. Occasionally, he mulls over the fact that his sibling just disappeared without telling him and, most of all, never informed him about his niece/nephew, but he respects his sibling’s choices and decisions and is just happy he gets to spend time with family.

✽ — When I say he spoils them, he spoils them. All the effort when it comes to toys and books and clothes. Birthdays? Kartein has a whole stash of presents ready. Christmas? New Year? Halloween? This uncle is ready for every season and holiday imaginable. All the gifts are expensive as hell too, with some even being personalized or gold-plated or studded with little diamonds — MC has to remind Kartein to go easy on the kids lest they grow up to become too materialistic 😭

✽ — He’s down for babysitting too. The first few times might not be the smoothest, as Kartein still isn’t well-versed in the likes and dislikes of children (they’re mildly gross too, always sticky and eating things off the floor...) but he soon takes up to the challenge of constantly taking care of his sibling’s kid/s. He reads them books and lets them tinker around with his healing apparatus, converses with them on anything they have in mind, and wholly supports their interests and anything their little hearts want to discover and learn. Becomes skilled at braiding hair and washing clothes and sewing/patching up any ripped blankets, shirts, or stuffed toys.

✽ — Speaking of stuffed toys/plushies: the kids would definitely bring any of their broken toys for Kartein to ‘heal.’ Kartein could never say no, so of course he pretends to use his powers (for some reason, it works sometimes,) or secretly repair them. It never fails to make the kids smile and, by extension, see Kartein as their ultimate idol.

✽ — Most likely talks to his nephew/niece about refined culture too, whether it be about music, visual arts, fine arts, fashion, or sciences like astronomy, anatomy, or botany. They visit museums and galleries every once in a while together, Kartein not being able to resist buying them anything they want when they go to gift shops.

✽ — Because it’s Kartein, the kids will be eating haute cuisine every time they come to his place for sure.

✽ — I see him as the type to help kids out with their homework and helps them improve on anything school-related that they’re stuck with, especially with mathematics or sciences. Of course he is greatly proud when the kids come home from school and boast about their accomplishments.

✽ — He’s a great uncle overall. MC has a growing comptetitive streak with him since the kids like their Uncle Kartein a little too much more than their own parent 😭 Either way, it’s just good that they, as siblings, get to see each other again, knowing their family is safe.

KAYDEN

✽ — This man is just relieved that his sibling is alive once he gets to see them. Immense strength runs in their genes anyway, so he was only slightly worried when news of MC disappearing got to him. As always, he just knows they can handle their self.

✽ — BUT THE FAMILY? Man, Kayden uses this to tease MC to no end. You really went all out once you were away, huh? Remarks like that were going to be frequent and then cranked up to a thousand once the siblings reunite. He can’t help it, Kayden is a professional shit-talker.

✽ — All jokes aside though, Kayden is Kayden to the bone and he just respects his sibling’s decision as well. As long as you’re safe, just do what you want to do. He forges a civil relationship with the sibling’s s/o and thanks them for looking out for his beloved sibling. May or may not reveal past childhood stories about his sibling to the s/o during dinner, who knows.

✽ — Onto the most important part: The Baby.

✽ — Now, if the baby were a little older, Kayden would actually know what he’s doing since...he’s got a kid (? a seventeen-year-old apprentice is more or less a kid, right?) that he’s gotten to know over time. But if it was an infant we were talking about, well...Kayden has a tiny fear of, I don’t know, not being able to hold them properly since those things were so fragile and stuff.

✽ — But he does make up for bonding with the baby through playtimes; shaking their little rattle for them and doing puppet shows for the baby, etc. etc. Follows a routinely schedule of mealtimes and naptimes and soaking-the-baby-in-the-sun times, just as he was with Jiwoo’s kitties. Basically carries over what strategies he has from being a full-time cat father, modifies it a bit, then applies it when he’s on Uncle Duty.

✽ — When the kid grows a little older, you bet they’ll hang out all the time with their Cool Uncle Kayden. Now, it can get a bit hard to bond with your niece/nephew when you’re an internationally renowned Awakener with hundreds upon hundreds of bloodthirsty enemies on your trail, but Kayden does his goddamn best to make sure they’re safe, happy, and having a great time overall. Goes along with them to parks, helps them in physical activities (and might even train them upon request too), treats them to ice cream and goes with them to the roller skating rink every weekend on the agreement that they finish their vegetables and take care of their physical health. It’s really a cool time.

✽ — When they’re Older Older, maybe somewhere around Jiwoo’s age or a little younger, that’s where even more training kicks in. To Kartein’s distaste, who thinks Kayden being fight-crazy enough to even teach his niece/nephew as well is sooo absurd (/j all the time of course), Kayden helps them improve on their abilities and powers from a developing stage. He’s always a great mentor as he usually is, and it’s not that different from what we see with how he trains Jiwoo. Is so, so fond and proud of his nieces and nephews when they fully utilize their potential to the maximum and beats their opponents’ asses during sparring.

✽ — Is the basis of gossip at the niece/nephew’s school. I place my bets that these kids have to suffer whispers of omg is that your uncle is he like an actor or a model omg omgomg from both students and teachers alike every time Kayden has to pick them up from school or something.

✽ — 10000/10 Awesome Uncle he’s surprisingly wise, fun, and a little goofy but also kind of a menace which, come on, who doesn’t love a menace? MC kind of gets headaches from it though. Kayden was already a pain in the ass growing up, him letting their own kids join him in being menaces just adds to the trouble. (They all love one another though. One can just say that teasing is a love language in their family.)

🌸 If he's confident enough, he'll invite you to a spa evening. Just a small date where both of you try out different products, watch movies meanwhile and talk about a lot about stuff. Maybe you'd expect him to throw big dates and make expensive gifts... But it's not the case. He prefers chill, relaxing and more deepening dates, where he can get closer to your heart.

🌸 You won't notice it at first, but when his eyes meet yours, a slight red tint will cover his cheeks. Cain usually only blushes when someone embarrasses him, so it's weird to see him blushing randomly. After some time, his blush will increase, because his feelings towards you only keep growing.

🌸 With that being mentioned, he's a very passionate lover. Once he has his fierce eyes on you, he can't stop wanting you. He craves for your attention, wants you safe and secure and he commits to being your best friend, while dating you. He's throughout serious about his love but he can also cheer you up when you need some fun. Cain isn't as one sided as one might assume, no, in fact, he's a pleasant company to have.

🌸 Small gestures like opening the doors for you, carrying your backpack with him or giving you pats on the shoulder show his affection. When you insist on taking your stuff by yourself, he just shakes it off and gently takes your stuff away. "Let me carry it. 🌸 As we all know, Arthur is a living chaos with a lot of sides and views. When it comes to love, he's complex and hard to understand. He prefers to keep his emotions to himself, unlike Cain. Maybe that's because he feels ashamed of himself, afraid of rejection or he doesn't really understand what the rollercoaster in his mind means. It's guaranteed you won't find out, until you actively gain his trust.

🌸 Arthur is quite afraid of getting rejected. Loving makes him so vulnerable. He's known to be a loud, intelligent and proud person, loving only makes him a potential candidate for getting hurt. Usually he's not afraid of pain, even relationships like friendships don't hurt him too badly... But getting rejected by someone he cares about? Man, he's not gonna deal well with that.

🌸 This results in him being a little distant towards you. He avoids your looks, talks over you sometimes, increases the distance between the two of you while walking next to each other and he acts "cool". Of course, this doesn't sit right with you. Why is he such a bitch about everything...? He used to be pretty fun and relaxed.

🌸 So one day you found out he adores you by a simple question from Jisuk. He meant to simply mock Arthur, but he even embarrassed him. "Jo, I wanted to ask you if you wanna go to a double date with y/n and someone else?" You just overheard it, but the sudden change in his skin color tells you more than words ever could: his ears turn red and his face flushes. It makes him adorable, yet a little more attractive. He does have a weakness and it's you.

🌸 So, you can expect him to have a difficult time with expressing feelings the right way. Getting neglected or friend zoned scares him. Occasionally he finds himself overthinking about the smallest things he ever said to you. Being in love is beautiful they say, but the feeling of not knowing if that love will exist on the other side surely frightens him. Until he knows you love him back, he's gonna be an emotional mess.

🌸 Nevertheless falling in love doesn't have only bad parts; Arthur uses you as a motivation to grow stronger. Unlike Cain, he does this to be able to protect you from any danger. Of course he's aware you're a strong individual yourself, but he can never be 100% sure.

🌸 On top of that, his emotional chaos teaches him to deal with emotions better. Arthur does have some rages of anger and loving you develops into a coping mechanism to secure his negative feelings towards himself and his surroundings. Yes, he does question himself quite often because of you, but he also learns to be someone more likeable and peaceful for the sake of you and himself. Arthur is willing to work on any flaws he might has, since improving is never a bad thing to do.

🌸 He does adore and love you, expressing it is a hard way for him, but with a lot of time he grows his confidence back and will be able to brag about you in full passion.
